I was told truck 12 hours before my pick up that the truck I reserved was not available, they gave me a smaller one and guaranteed same price. On pick up they charged extra for insurance that was part of the "Same Price" guarantee. Very disappointing and will rent from someone else next time

My reservation time was 10 am I got the truck after that time, yet I had to return it at 6 pm for an 8 hour rental. The service was not good at all.

Harmandeep S.They told me the tank was 15/16 full but it was only 25 % full. Truck was clean inside but mechanically it drove very poorly. It had USA Arizona plates on it. Driving down the QEW highway at 90km, the truck shook and rattled badly and was a very bumpy ride.

Jonib M.The person who processed my vehicle rental was quite rude. Staff didn't have the equipment which I reserved ready. Mistakes were made on fuel level. I waited 20 mins for them to find a dolly then it was placed unsecured in the truck in such a way that it rolled around and hit the wall of the truck as the truck came to a stop or started to go. I had to pull over and secure the dolly myself so as to not damage the vehicle. I was also asked to clean the pen & credit card machine (which I refused) as I don't work for U-Haul. I will need to rent another vehicle this month but I will go elsewhere to do so even if more expensive.

I rented a Tow Dolly and had an accident on the way home, the car that was towing it suddenly started to burn, the Firemen and Police were very kind and tried to help. My car was burned, unfortunately. But the Tow Dolly I rented was not completely burned, only some parts and tires. And yet U haul charged me 4 990,00 $ (more expensive than the value of a piece of equipment for sale on the brand new market). I found this an abuse and lack of respect for the client.

Kerong Y.My vehicle was given to me 1,5 hours after the scheduled pick up time which was 8am which caused me a lot of issues as i was moving into a condo and uhaul must be aware that they need elevator bookings for specific time slots. Also even though I was given the truck 1,5 hours late, i was still expected to return the vehicle by 11:45am (i got the vehicke at 9:30). I don't know if they thought we were superhumans.. even when the whole situation was explaoned to them about it wasn't possible to rush the moving, they still went on and on about having booked that truck for someone else at 12 pm. If they could be so punctual for the upcoming booking in the day, why not for the very first one too?? I would never use or recommend this uhaul location.

Now running late no time to inspect vehicle or check supplies, when returning explain the loss of time due to poor instructions, can't get extra time. Although the worker Glen and team was very helpful in pushing this along.

The staff is very slow and is unable multi task. This location is convenient however I would not recommend others this time. I did appreciate the staff member resetting my swipe card when it was not done done properly the first time and bringing out a rodent trap out to me at the storage unit. All other U-Haul locations were able to use the online reservation info however I had to fill out a paper copy at this location.
