It takes way to long to return a rental vehicle specially if you want to pay by debt a customer shouldn't have to use there phone to go though all those steps to return and pay for a rental vehicle. Ridiculous!
We had an issue with the tail lights working on the trailer. U-Haul technician 'Mark' took the time to test all the fuses in the fuse box under the hood of my vehicle. He found a blown fuse and replaced it with one of the spares. Bingo, it worked - tail lights working to allow for safe night towing. Brake and turn signal lights all good too. Mark was confident and helpful through the whole process. Please pass on my thanks to him. Thanks Bruce
Our customer service agent went above and beyond our expectations.
Every section of this truck was banged up. It also didnt run well at all. We were scared it wasnt gonna make it to brampton and back. Truck latch is so warped you have a hard time opening and closing the back. It takes way to long to check in as well. We needed this for 11 am. And we were late with pick up time at 10:30am
My overall experience at 240 Rexdale Blvd, location was professional, friendly and quick. I'm impressed by the way the ladies make the operation move better than men would at most location. I'm also glad that they got the job done right the first time. Great team work can be seen as I was waiting my turn in line to be serve. Although I was very disappointed with the U-haul closer to me ( Weston Rd and Albion) for calling a week ahead and booking a truck, given a confirmation number in advance. Arrive early (3 person in the line) outside in the coldðŸ¥¶, only to be told inside at the counter on my moving date.. (Dec 27) there was no truck availableðŸ¤¯ðŸ˜ª. The Rexdale location step up to the plate over the phone and was able to make a bad feeling become a bright ray of sunshine on my moving dayhin... Many thanks to you all for easing my stressful day and giving outstanding customer satisfaction. ðŸ‘
The light in the trunk was not working and i moved in the night time, so it was really difficult for me to load and unload stuff.

One thing very strange. When u give truck keys then ur staff have to show truck. Yesterday I'm 15 min waste to find truck. Nd told basic instructions.
Overall the service was good but when the bill was too high compared to use I did of service. Some of the entries in bill were not understandable and when I call them no one is answering the call.

I book a 20 foot truck 2 weeks before to make sure i have the truck in the right date. Staff even confirmed that truck is available after 2 to 3 days by calling my phone. The time of the schedule truck is not available because costumer who borrowed it is not returning on time. I wasted time, money and more headache due to people who suppost to help me are not available when truck is already free for me to borrow. The company is too big truck are limited when needed
The Staffs needs to be fast and more effecient, as they were slow in attending to customers. I spent almost 45 minutes just to book a van. Waste too much time on attending to one customer.
The truck I got wobbles at around 80kph. Would be nice if the truck was tip top. Moving is already stressful and can do without the added anxiety of breaking down along the way. Plus the lady kept on trying to upsell. Very annoying
very high price and the truck was in Miles instead of Kilometers and the balance was not good.
A little busy, only one person working at the desk. Once It was my turn, it took about 20 to 30 minutes to get my keys to the truck. Just super slow service.

I cannot say enough what an awful experience this was. I booked a Uhaul downtown Toronto near where I live and my reservation was changed the day before to Rexdale. This is about 30 minutes away from where I live. I had to take an Uber to the new location to pickup the Uhaul. When I arrived, the operation was complete mayhem and the service and staff were completely inept dealing with long lines of disgruntled customers. I waited an hour to get the Uhaul (keep in mind my reservation was from 9 AM to 3 PM) only to realize the truck had no gas. I was told to fill the truck up down the street and I would be REIMBURSED fully for it. This cost $145. I had to drive the track another half hour back downtown. At this point I had lost nearly 2 hours off my reservation. I had to drive the truck another half hour back to the location to drop it off. At that point I was told I would only be reimbursed $45 for gas. Absolutely unacceptable. The staff, vertabtim, told me I would be reimbursed. Literally the worst, most unpleaseant experience I've ever had to deal with for any rental. So what normally would have cost maybe $100, now cost me $275 with the gas and Uber charges. Absolutely infuriated! I will NEVER rent from this company again.
Stop charge ppl hundred of dollars on their credit card for faulty truck and bad service
Truck wasn't even ready for us the day of booked it a month in advanced got sent to a different location 20 minutes away and still got charged for extra km
Horrible. The person at the counter was outrightly rude, unwilling to listen & clueless to the core. On arrival, the woman at the counter first told me the truck I booked (15 Feet) wasn't available. She mocked me saying that expecting a truck for a booking made 2 days prior the pickup date was very optimistic of me - apparently your customers make their bookings at least a month in advance. Once I showed her the confirmation email, she miraculously found a truck for me. The ill-treatment did not end here. She asked me to return the truck the same day before 7pm sighting high demand. When I told her the booking was for 24hours, she refused and said the truck has to be back without fail. I forced her to check the system. That's when she realized her mistake. This was my first time renting a UHaul and for obvious reasons I had a few questions - none of which this lady was ready to listen to. She kept dismissing my questions & asked me to go online for Q&As and T&Cs. Overall, the expereience was extremely unsatisfying & pathetically unprofessional. It was completely chaotic from the start, and the insensitivity & lack of knowlege of the staff worsened it. Forget suggesting it to anyone else, I am never using your services again.
Unfortunately there was a few issues with picking up the truck. I booked it based on a location that would make more sense for me. When I booked it, it said there would be a truck there (hence why I proceeded with the booking). The day before I picked it up, I received a call that the truck needed to be picked up 25km out of the way of where I originally booked. It was not ideal in the least and pushed our moving schedule back by an hour, not to mention the extra kms we would use because of U-haul. We disputed the extra kms and no one has reached out to us yet. Instead I received a bill for an extra $10 due to overage on our mileage. I would appreciate this to be waived/reimbursed. Once I got to the Rexdale location, the 4 individuals working at the desk did not greet us, they were all staring at their computers. Finally someone acknowledged us and tried to assist. There was some confusion behind the desk as to what truck was ours. They gave us the keys, they sent us out to inspect the truck, it was parked behind the building with 2 trucks in front and 2 behind and a wall on one side and another row trucks on the other. We couldn't get out. We went back in and they were still confused as to what truck we should have been taking. FINALLY, the individual that helped us came out to move the other trucks so we could get out, but kept saying she couldn't back them back in. I had offered to move the trucks for her as this seemed to be a big deal and to be honest all she had to do was drive 2 of them forward somewhere. We also recommended that they give us the keys for the first truck and then all of this wouldn't have to happen. Seeing as I booked this online a week prior and they called me 24 hours in advance to confirm, they knew we were coming but were still very unorganized. This was not great service in the least.
