I booked a trailer online on the U-haul app and did express checking from home to pick it up from 240 Rexdale U-haul. I was hoping to save time/money by using express checking. When I arrived at this location it took another 10-15 mins to answer a few questions at the front desk/show my drivers license and make the payment. Then one of the staff members were assigned to connect the trailer to my car. She asked me to drive to the rear side where the trailer is located. So I did. When I arrived at where the trailer is, The staff member said in her own words (Your trailer is behind another 3 trailers. I'm a woman and I can't move these trailers). She tried to pull one of the trailers and she couldn't even move it. I'm guessing she is in her late 50's or may be 60's. The management of this location has assigned this elderly woman to pull trailers and connect trailers in freezing cold outside. It was taking too long and she can't even move the trailers. I was wearing nice cloths to go to a special occasion and I was not expecting to move trailers. However I didn't have a choice. So I moved 3 trailers myself and helped her connecting my trailer to my car. And then I had to move back the other 3 trailers back to their original location. She can't perform these heavy work duties at her age and this results in unhappy customers. That lady should not be outside pulling trailers. She should be working indoors doing light duty work or front desk duties or other option that suites her age and physical strength. Physically fit men/women should be employed to do the heavy work outside in the cold. This place made me feel terrible. I had to spend another 45 mins at the location even though I already have done express checking. As a customer, I want quick and efficient service for my money. And I did not receive that from 240 Rexdale U-Haul. It was a bad customer experience and I will not return nor recommend this place to anyone in the future.

I needed that truck; that location was the closest and I had no time left to change the location. Agent was so unfriendly, just serving me as if she was not interested in doing it, or as if my purchase was not important. I didn't feel any warming service that could encourage me to come back.

I used the move helpers application Uhall offers and I just got the invoiced amount on my VISA. I WAS BILLED IN US CURRENCY!!! Whats up with that UHALL?? I booked on a Canadian site and the workers were Canadian. Is this a fast way to make an extra 30%. Very disappointed!!

When I returned it. The outside had salt and sand from normal use. I got charged a cleaning fee for the normal use and that was not expected or has not been the process before.

I must tell you this AND hope you fix it right away. The time it takes to sign in and get out . Is just not acceptable. waiting in line.And for 45 minutes just to get to speak to an agent of u haul. Then to top it off 35 minutes to do the paperwork, And I used the pre- register program the day before. AND I was not the only one. This is wear you really need to improve your service right away other then the sign in I was very happy with the service you provide. I think the hole sign in and the return should not take more than 30 minutes at the most. ( 30 mins out and 30 mins return policy is what your goal should be ) Thanks Keith.

Upon picking up the trailer I was informed all damage was noted on the trailer with stickers, after reviewing the unit the attendant added a significant volume of additional mark stickers. The trailer also had debris and dirt in the back. Note: the attendant was having a personal phone call during the entire checkout process. Extremely poor service. On 12/9/2018 I returned the trailer and expected to as normal just drop off the trailer, however the attendant again on a personal phone call has me wait while he balances the tires and cleans the dirt out that was left when I originally picked it up. Why is my time wasted waiting for staff to do post check-in work can this not be completed after I leave? I have previously rented form that location and not required to wait. After waiting for the check-in attendant to finally finish his phone call and start the process I ask why I have to wait he can do this later.. I receive attitude as a reply. During the preceding argument U-Haul representative tells me to go “F MYSELF” I respond with great customer service. Your representative then follows up with “YOU F-ing PEOPLE” clearly this is a racial remark given he is non-white or whatever the politically correct phrase is and I am white. Had I used such a phrase I would be branded a raciest among other words; this is unacceptable. I cannot believe U-Haul has diminished to such a level as to present itself to customers in this way.

I have used this location many times I find the staff are AMAGING. They are ALWAYS happy and well welcoming. I would highly recommend this location.
