Was told there would not be a delivery fee for bringing the uboxes back to us and had to pay 330. Original delivery fee was only 100

Have a manager call the customer back when requested. I still never received a call back after I requested several times. We were charged transactions that were not authorized and experienced extremely poor communication and customer service. We will NEVER use U-HAUL again and will be sure to tell all of our friends/family how poor this experience truly was!!!

I wish to Thank Vanessa/Largo U-Haul for her outstanding professional Customer Service. I also wish to Thank all the Staff at the Albany U-Haul they were great getting my U-Pack to me promptly but it was delivered before my expected arrival date. With Staff like this, in two different states, you should be proud U-Haul You have a GREAT service here and I will sing your praises to Family and Friends to use this. Thank you.

The U-Haul U-Box Delivery Drivers (Jamie & Henri) were ***excellent***. They were both very helpful and were a true value-add this process and service The U-Haul U-Box service is very exciting. I will be recommending it to others. However, it seems to be a new process that is not integrated smoothly with the U-Haul on-line system. The U-Haul drivers provided me with more helpful information than I could find on the site. In fact, in order to contract the U-Haul U-Box service, I had to work through three sale agents on the phone. The third agent was also ***excellent*** and was instrumental in getting this process started. I have already had people asking me about the U-Boxes for their moving needs. Where should I direct them ? I want to give them the individual names of my drivers and the sales agent. I would be happy to talk with you about my experience. In summary, the u-boxes were critical for my successful moving experience. The u-haul IT system and other tech support systems need to catch up.

Ubox pickup in Mountain view never made it to Mountain view. I had to drive to Santa Clara. Everyone in NY was excellent. In CA, communication was awful.

Call further in advance to schedule drop off time and confirm. I did not receive a call until the morning of, after I had called multiple times to try to get a drop off and pick up. I had not been communicated with prior to me calling.

I don't know how to evaluate U-Haul, honestly. The person who physically delivered my u-boxes was super nice and helpful. I don't think any of the bad experiences I write about below are the Albany location's fault. So the ratings above are for the employee I dealt with from Albany, who delivered my U-Boxes and was a great person; this written comment pertains to the U-Box process as a whole, which was terrible. ***Again -- to be absolutely clear -- this is a review of U-Box customer service, NOT the Albany location*** The actual U-Box process was a nightmare. U-Haul phone customer service may honestly be the worst in the business. My U-Box delivery date was missed twice; every time I called to find out what I was going on I was on hold for at least 20-30 minutes and often was transferred multiple times because the phone reps had no idea what was going on. After everything was finally set and my boxes were delivered, My credit card was hit by another charge that I didn't understand. Called again, long hold times again. It took three customer service reps just to explain my bill to me. Such a waste of time and resources. Text chat support doesn't seem to work, I tried to resolve my problems there and nobody ever responded. At least one statement made on the voice recording when calling in appears to be untrue. You're supposed to be able to get a copy of your audio conversation with U-Haul customer service, if you request it. I've asked for a copy twice now and have yet to see anything. In short: my things arrived safely, and they were in great condition, but the delivery date was missed twice, and U-Box customer service needs a complete overhaul.
