The very general questions above really do not reflex our overall experience. Each and every time we needed to access our unit, our passcode and key card did not work despite us receiving a new key card the first day of rental. It required a manager giving us his access code on one occasion, calling the office on several occasions and, usually, getting your employee, Melissa, to give us access. She was a godsend. Each time we contacted the office on Broadway in Albany, NY, we were assured they had corrected the problem. When we were moving out on 11/16/20, it required Rob to give us access. In order to get the type of facility that we wanted for our items, we traveled
1 1/2 hours each way each time. The inability to smoothly access our unit made this a tedious and an unacceptable task. We followed all instructions given to us, accepted the reassurance and explanations but knew we would run into difficulties accessing our unit.
Making you aware of our experience hopefully will give you some insight regarding this facilities shortcomings that need to be addressed.
