Windshield had lots of dead bugs and I had to stop and squeege clean the outside of the window. Inside had paw prints on door handles and inside window was dirty from possible wet pet nose, had to clean that as well. inside of cabin smelled like cigarette smoke The people here are great, but these things were unfortunate.

Communication. We received An email the day before pickup stating our pickup pickup time had changed to noon versus 9 am as we'd requested. Give enough notice and explanation as to why change had to happen.

There were young adults who had no customer service skills or even the ability to effectively communicate. Pick up took 45 minutes due to lack of communication and being completely unorganized. Drop off was better the man helping with that was amazing. Please get your teen workers training to be able to effectively communicate to customers. This experience would have been so much better.

Joshua at this location was extremely courteous and professional. From making sure everything was annotated correct with my reservation to installing the trailer and validation of safety. this truck was not clean inside but it was not too bad and every other rental I've had was clean so not a big deal. Just made note of it so I wasnt charged and there was no problem

Although resolved, when returning vehicle I was charged an additional day after only having the truck for five hours. Explanation was the charge was the result of not returning it by my guesstimate. A day is twenty-four hours the last I checked. In the future I will estimate my return time as twenty four hours later.

No improvement is necessary. This U-haul location is the only store I'll use. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. I have used this location several times & have never had the slightest issue. Kudos to this staff for always putting their customers first and always providing excellent service.THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN!

i had an appointment for a trailer connector on bumper and controller, gave me a price for parts and labor went over, young man told me he only has time for connector on bumper, showed him my receipt with parts and labor he said he will give his boss a call but he is sleeping now why make an appointment if you are told you can't do these work when you bring the vehicle over. it seems you need older people who want to work instead of young people who don't want work. sad situation at that time.. by the way they did do all the work but i had to call to confirm all was done... thank you...

I was charged twice and didn't get my charge return on my MC CARD AND I USED MY VISA CARD TO PAY FOR THE RENTAL ON THE TRAILER I RENTED FOR HAULING MY CAR. I ASKED THE AGENT THAT WAS ON DUTY AND ASSURED ME THAT THOSE CHARGES WOULD BE RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT AND I WAS CHARGED BY MC FOR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS ON MY ACCOUNT

Returning with the volume of gas I left with, you determined to bill me after witnesseing and telling me in person “No extra charges.”, seeing that the gas was exact. How can you find, as we observed together in person, something NOT billable, and then bill me?

1st van had the catalytic converter stolen the night before. Staff handled the situation perfectly abd got us on our way quickly. It was a great first time experience and look forward to renting again in the future.

nothing really. the bed of the trailer had greasy bolts scattered on it when I picked it up. the representative apologized, but I said it was fine, as long as you don't ding me on the way back. I removed the trash before I returned it. all went smooth. easy to rent and return, performed flawlessly.

My reservation was not met by the location it was guaranteed at. I was sent over to this location across town with the promise of a 50 $credit and no one at the location knew anything about it nor how to fix it. I had to call Customer service where I was placed on hold for 34 minutes and then the system hung up on me. Upon return asked again about credit and the gentleman said he would look into it and give me a call later. No follow up. A bad experience all around. No help from any employee.

I was charged for a 2 dozen furniture blankets and only received one dozen. I was told the gas tank was full, by it was actually at 3/4 full. I refilled the tank to where it was, however I was charged for gasoline. I took a photo of the gas gauge but cannot attach it.

Horrible experience that could have been resolved with clear signage, attentive employees, and a general care of the service you provide. We were charged for an item we never received despite contesting the payment online, had a nightmare getting in after hours (zero after hours support despite providing a number), and an absolute rude checkout experience. I'm genuinely sad we chose this location for our storage and hope that maybe they were just experiencing a bad day or maybe this was a breakdown due to the pandemic / lack of qualified staff. Would absolutely not recommend your location.

Ordered hitch 2 weeks prior to install appointment, hitch never arrived. I had to order from a shop and pay for rush shipping. Waited over an hour from appointment time before car was even moved . During install person could not reattach exhaust I had to help him for 15 minutes. During wiring install person could not get it done. Broke tail light assembly mount and has do purchase me a new tail light assembly. Wiring was never installed because person was done for the day. Most extremely unprofessional experience in my life . Employees were not wearing masks as they are required .. I will never do business with Uhaul again.

Again, the scheduling department was awful. After my location was changed (of which I was never notified), I even called the scheduling department to ensure I still was going to receive a a first floor outside storage unit. The representative ensured me that I would, and when I arrived at the location they didn't even have outdoor units, let alone having one available for me.

I didn't get their names but the young lady behind the counter was great. She even came out to make sure it put on correctly. The young man in the yard was great too, very personable and a pleasure when I returned the trailer. Thank you for the great staff.

I was unclear that mobile pick up would include going into the counter for the keys. It was my perception that my phone would have unlocked some sort of lock box to retrieve key. If I had picked the 3 am pickup time offered online, would I have had a different experience? It's unclear. However I would say counter service would have been much faster than using the app given everything was during business hours.

I reserved a trailer at the Eubank and Indian School location on a Saturday for use on the oncoming Tuesday. I received a call to confirm on Tuesday and all was well to go. When I went to pick up the trailer it was at a different location. This was never told to me when I received the confirmation call. Staff needs better training.

Whoever confirmed the reservation the day before pickup, did not inform us of the appropriate location site for the rental equipment. This created confusion because the preference site was having trouble confirming where we needed to go, and we had movers scheduled at a specific time, which was in jeopardy. As for the equipment being maintain, we descovered when we were unloading at our destination that the truck had leaked and items were damaged as a result. At the drop off location, the staff found 2 areas by the mom's attic that had holes. This holes when inside with the door shut allowed daylight to be revealed. We would expect this type of test to be performed prior to people picking up their equipment each time.

As a customer I got a key card to access my unit. Worthless. Every time I arrived, my card wouldn't work. Worse, the access panel would say welcome! You have access! Then I would wave my arms at the motion sensor door like an idiot. It wouldn't open. I had to go stand in line at the front desk. Finally someone would be available: "Oh, sorry, we have to unlock the building." What?!? Why isn't it already unlocked? Maybe this was just one day, they forgot. No. EVERY SINGLE TIME. If you're "sorry", FIX IT. STOP MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE EVERY DAY. Unlock the building so your customers can actually use their access cards!!! Never coming back. Absolutely never. Thanks and goodbye.

The gentleman that assisted me secured my reservation in a 5x7 unit. He also helped me when my lick was too small, he offers me one another customer left behind. That was so above and beyond!!!! He provided me with scissors to cut the cording that was holding down my roof storage unit! He was so very helpful and generous.

On at least three occasions my payment was screwed up with no apology. I recently called to update my credit card for auto-pay, the associate over the phone indicated the computer system was a little delayed but the change would updated once the computer system was up and running. Fortunately, two months after not receiving the confirmation I was told I would be receiving, I decided to call to see if the payment was ever processed. The first call, I was informed that everything went through and my payment had been processed successfully. My most recent inquiry, I was told my CC had been declined. When I asked what CC was on file,the associate informed me that if a CC is declined, that information is deleted. The associate made it seem like I was at fault. My question: How do I know it wasn't a data entry error committed by Uhaul personnel? Because, I supplied that same CC information during the original call which been successfully processed on 2nd call. When I asked these questions, the associate (Patricia) was steadfast that is was my fault. The frustration in her voice was very apparent when she rudely announced, Well, I don't know what happened before but your card was declined! I did inform her that this was the same card I had used previously when I was told it was processed successfully. Now I'm being told something completely different. Rude Patricia said well I can send you the confirmation to your email. Please do, but I am still confused about what happened. Her rude response: Well, you can speak to the manager. I replied, that would be great. Well, I'll have him call you. And then she abrutly hangs up the phone. I have yet received that call from the manager or the email confirmation for the most recent payment. Based upon the history, I would be surprised if I get call in the future stating my account is in the arrears or worst yet, my belongings were auction due to non-payment.

I saw online with my rental 1 month free storage but no way to do that online. I called and was told it had to be done in person. When I arrived I was then told the free month was only for one way trips. This wasn't explained online or when I called. So misleading. Then when I checked the vehicle out I was told "The gas tank is full, please return it that way or be charged 3 $+ per gallon needed". I put 19,5 miles on the truck, and it took 4,8 gallons. When I told them that would be 4 miles to the gallon (I showed them pictures of the gas pump totals) I was told it gets 10 miles to the gallon, so that's double what it should have been. The attendant then told me "Well I can't reimburse you", so I asked that it be taken off he total, which they refused. I argued with him for a while about it, and then told him to just charge it so I could leave. He walked away and I stood there for about another 5 minutes before I noticed he was cleaning the truck. I walked over and asked if we were finished and he said "Oh, yeah, we were finished earlier". Was he gonna just let me stand there all day because he was mad about me arguing about the gas costs??!! Talk about deception and crap customer service!! I'll never rent from your location again (and maybe not even Uhaul in general) with that kind of BS happening. Rude, unprofessional and the "deals" are misleading at best, and scams at worst.
