While the equipment was good and the service people at the location did what they could, the overall system and online service has been awful for me as a customer. I reserved a truck 3 days ahead, and the night before I was set to pick up I got a text and email confirming the reservation, but providing a different address than what I asked for which was much further away, and easy to miss. So on my moving day I ended up a couple hours behind due to going to the intended location, learning they didn't have my reservation there, going to the location it was moved to, and then having an error at the desk that I had to personally call a corporate number to resolve. It turns out the reason they were blocking my reservation was because my last rental was reported as being late...but I can tell you that it wasn't. That previous time I tried to work with Uhaul, they told me I could return a trailer to any location in the town of the place I was returning to, that they would leave the destination unfilled, and I did on time, but there was a lot of confusion when I arrived and they said they would resolve it. Clearly it was not completely resolved. On this trip with the truck, I expected to need it until 8, but didn't return it until a little after 10 partially because of this trouble, and was automatically charged extra for it. If there's any way I can avoid using Uhaul in the future, I will.
MATTHEW JThe young lady at the desk was great. Very professional. She called me in the morning to make a friendly confirmation, and worked with me since I was running late. She is very capable, polite and friendly. She gives U-Haul an excellent customer facing experience. The gentleman who assisted with the truck was equally good. Kudos to the management team for the training and selection process that must exist. Please share my comments with them both. Merci.

RAYMOND ZThe installation tech was great. He was very flexible and accomodating. However, the proper preparations were not made (probably not him) because a tool that was required for the job was not on site. This was after I dropped off the car and made arrangements to and from uhaul. I had to PURCHASE a tool to lend to the team to complete the job on time... which I offered to do however it was frustrating that this was not part of the preparation for the installation.

Franklin MOne of the employees at this location on South Blvd tried to steal my purse from my back seat when they thought I wasn't in the car. They tried to open my back door when all that was in the back seat was my purse sitting there. Luckily it was locked. Then I proceeded to have to work with him to get my UHaul. I reserved furniture pads and double checked with the employees that they were on the truck; they said yes. When I picked up my truck after hours, no furniture pads. I wouldn't recommend this location.
Kelly FMy reservation was for 7am and the app would not allow me to select pick up truck. So I had to wait around for 2hrs until the store opened to get my truck. I had prior commitments that were not met because of this.
JOYCE OI make a reservation of uhaul and 1 utility dolly and a furniture dolly. However, on the day they didn't honour my reservation and didn't able to provide the utility dolly. They said it is based on the availability. If that is so, why they took the reservation or didn't let me know beforehand. They just make my day and moving harder. They should have either honour the reservation or let people know they have missing item so that people can plan accordingly.
SHANTANU NFirst truck we had had service issues, but the staff quickly got us a new truck. The only thing negative about that truck was that the interior just wasn't clean. The steering wheel was sticky on one side and the inside windshield was dirty, and therefore made it difficult to drive during sundown.

Shawanda LThe equipment was in good working condition and appeared clean. I interacted with two gentlemen who were pleasant and helpful. Most of my interaction was with a woman who was working at the check-in desk. She was the rudest, most unhelpful person I have ever dealt with in my life. I cannot understand why U-Haul (or any company) would tolerate he behavior with customers. Interacting with her ruined my day and made me come to a decision to never do business with U-Haul ever again.

CHARLIE MI only needed a trailer to transport the car, but they didn't give it to me, and they also forced your box truck on me, the manager indicated that I should return the car with 1/4 tank of gas, but when I got into the car the tank was empty, the remaining 30 miles indicator was on
Serhii SImprove your services - I am over charged for mileage or gas every time I rent from this location. It is time consuming to call and request the corrections to charges that should have never occurred. The trucks are not being properly inspected before renting. Customers should NOT be responsible for self-checkout when picking up in person. Trucks should be clean, correct mileage and gas logged before leasing.

Angelo SI've rented from this locations several times over the years. They've always been very nice and helpful. Of course anytime you're gonna rent a car or a U-Haul or whatever the check-in process takes a little bit of time. Definitely recommend doing the online check-in where you take a picture of your drivers license submitted and get everything done so you have a confirmation number when you walk in the door, it makes it so much faster and efficient hectic moving days

Mike RI helped associate remove trailer from my truck. He said I would get an email receipt. Yesterday I got an email saying I had not returned the trailer. I called and another associate verified it was there and sent me a receipt. I returned it a day early and would hate to think of the headache if someone had changed the location.
Charles CI was really impressed with how efficiently they handled my hitch installation. The man working on it started early, finished early, and made sure I had everything I needed. I'd definitely go back to this office for any "hauling" needs.

Jude DRented a car hauler open trailer. No other choices for equipment condition but yes or no. "acceptable" needs to be an option. The rachet mechanism on this unit was functional but barely. Due to being low and forward, it receives the worst the road can propel onto the device.

Had to rent a truck to move things from storage that closed and had t pay full price even after driving around looking for where to store my belongings since my reservation wasn't honored … I don't see myself using Uhaul again

It was kind of hard to get my stuff because a lot of people was trying to move out since we were forced to move due to the city. The same unit I got from U-Haul I went to public storage and it was $100 cheaper inside a building climate controlled.

I was forced to rent a trailer to remove my contense and the sales person assisted me by slouching back in a chair with an attitude showing no respect for the customer. I will not be back!

Even waiting in line I was cool with it bcs I could see their hustle to get us moving as quickly as possible ..my experience I must say was perfect from start to finish I dislike moving but this uhaul location made a tough job easier . This took weeks and weeks to get resolved through 2 National U-Haul numbers. The local store manager never responded to any of my approx 6 emails

James J | Premières impressionsWorst storage ever! My daughter passed away in North Carolina. I lived out of state. I put her belongings in storage. For close to 10 years I paid on time every month. When I summoned the courage to get her things I came back to the storage. It no longer had a ceiling. Wire mesh covered the top. I had rented a large trailer for all her things. When I went into the storage it had been ransacked. The majority of my daughters belongings were gone. I found items that did not belong to her on top of the few boxes that were hers. . I took the few boxes and went home. All the years of paying on the storage were for not. The precious items I had from her life were gone forever. Not from fire or a flood but from thieves rummaging through what was left of my daughters life! To add insult to injury, a few weeks later I get a call requesting payment on the now empty storage. The entire experience was outrageous!!!!
