I was told that I had the truck until 7pm the following day but it was entered into the system to be checked in at 7pm the same day so of course I was charged $90 for a two day service when I specifically asked the cashier if I had a 24hr period…. So a bit frustrating as I'm sure you can imagine.

Nemesio A.Parking is very tight. There was a traffic jam after hours with several customers returning trucks and trailers (along w/companion vehicles to take the drivers home). Signage was poor to non-existent. Also, the online check-in process sure tell the user IN ADVANCE what photos they will need to take. That way they can take the photos and have them ready while filling out the form. My phone spontaneously rebooted mid-process, and I lost everything I had done up to that point. Had to start over from scratch.

I'm trying to get a hold of the facility and manager directly to see what we can do about this situation, but nobody is picking up the phone. I have pictures to back this up. Installation was done on 7/26/2022. This doesn't even take into account that my two previous appointments (at other facilities) were canceled the day of installation. One of which I drove over an hour to get to, and 5 minutes before arriving I get a text message saying they couldn't accommodate. I should've taken that as a sign to. It go with U-haul for installation purposes.

Called roadside eleven times and waited 3 hours for someone to come with a tire. Had to get a hotel room for the night, which caused use to be delayed a whole day!!! I We need to be repayed for that also.

Give a credit for all the extra gas above 3/4 tank when it's returned. This location is short staffed so the front desk girl was multi tasking like crazy doing a great job but obviously could use some help.

When I summoned the courage to get her things I came back to the storage. It no longer had a ceiling. Wire mesh covered the top. I had rented a large trailer for all her things. When I went into the storage it had been ransacked. The majority of my daughters belongings were gone. I found items that did not belong to her on top of the few boxes that were hers. . I took the few boxes and went home. All the years of paying on the storage were for not. The precious items I had from her life were gone forever. Not from fire or a flood but from thieves rummaging through what was left of my daughters life! To add insult to injury, a few weeks later I get a call requesting payment on the now empty storage. The entire experience was outrageous!!!!
