Better costumer service and let the client have what they need and not what's easy for the people at the front desk, they need better communication and understanding, why submit info online if they ALSO wanted to do it again because it's “easierâ€, definitely not recommending this location!!

Jessica S.Access to the drop off zone is very limited from the South Blvd entrance (for vehicles pulling UHaul trailers), preventing vehicles from entering the property due to other parked UHaul trucks being checked in (literally backed up to the road). I dropped the trailer off at 4pm on Thurs 5/12 and the trailer was not inspected or verified as "RECEIVED" until Friday 5/13 2pm.

Yes he's hard working and moves fast but in the end the customers suffer because they're having to keep starting and stopping. Also what's the point in having an appointment for service or setting up a reservation when nothing is followed.

Francisco M.The review questions don't apply to the horrible experience I had. I had a reservation at this location for Friday, April 30 at noon. Two days before I was to pick up the truck, I called to ask if I could switch from a 10' to a 15' truck. They didn't have one, so they referred my reservation to another location. I went to that location only to be told that they didn't have a 15' truck after being assured by the reservation clerk that a 15' truck was waiting for me. I was then sent to a third location, only to discover that the location was CLOSED. I was given "self-check in" instructions on how to access the truck key. UHaul's website wouldn't work properly, and it took me literally almost an hour to finally access the key. I had to keep calling UHaul for help and each time I called I sat on hold for 10-15 minutes. After finally accessing the key, I discovered that the truck, which was filthy, had no air conditioning. I called and was sent back to the original location for a 15' truck - the SAME LOCATION THAT DIDN'T HAVE A 15' TRUCK 4 HOURS BEFORE. During this ordeal, the movers that I prepaid to meet me at 2:00 pm at my home to load the truck cancelled on me because it was 5:00 pm before I got home FINALLY with the truck. I lost a $100 deposit to the movers and had to load the truck myself. I am 60 years old and my husband is 67 years old. We are in no condition to load a moving truck, yet we were forced to do so because we had to deliver some furniture to our daughter the next day. I've been charged multiple times on my credit card and have charges for items I didn't even buy. I'll now have to call UHaul to dispute these charges, sit on hold, and deal with someone who probably will not be empathetic to the situation. I think UHaul owes me for MY time. I am a financial planner and the excessive time I had to spend to pick up this truck (almost 5 hours) cost me a great deal of money. I felt that UHaul had no respect for my valuable time. Minimally I should get a signifiant discount on the cost I paid for the truck. So, there's my review. I doubt anyone will actually read it, much less do anything about the situation. Allan Z.The window came dislodged while driving. I had it rolled down and when it started to rain I rolled it up to be stopped short 2 inches from the top. Confused I rolled it down them back up. It seemed further than normal from car. All of a sudden the wind caught it and it was out of track. While driving and no way to pull over for six miles I held it with my hand so it did not fly out and I was soaked by the rain. It was a terrible situation where I was amd high wind advisory. Honestly love Uhaul but this really pissed me off. Got back to return it and explained. They discounted a day amd said they were going to take a $100 off but that has not been credited. I will be following up for sure if you don't from this response. That will let me know this does not matter. Otherwise I will find a new provider for my companies need. But I really do love the location I rented from just a very unfortunate situation.

Ricky B.The only 2 improvements I can think of is Driver comfort( and I suppose it rolls into a safety concern as well,) I'm not a big guy, I'm 5'6" and I could barely see over the steering wheel, which is life, but the side view mirrors also were not adjustable. That probably needs to be addressed. The other, which I understand charging for the missing fuel but I also received the truck with less than a quarter tank, which definitely goes quicker than the first 3 quarters, haha! I think it would be alot easier, convenient, and make more sense to start and finish full everytime. Those are my thoughts, other than those two things everything was great! Staff was great! Definitely be back soon!

There is also an additional charge pending for the same amount as the gas charge of $27.58. Meaning I'm being charged twice for gas when I shouldn't be charged at all. I have a photo of the gas level before driving the truck.

James J. | Premières impressionsWorst storage ever! My daughter passed away in North Carolina. I lived out of state. I put her belongings in storage. For close to 10 years I paid on time every month. When I summoned the courage to get her things I came back to the storage. It no longer had a ceiling. Wire mesh covered the top. I had rented a large trailer for all her things. When I went into the storage it had been ransacked. The majority of my daughters belongings were gone. I found items that did not belong to her on top of the few boxes that were hers. . I took the few boxes and went home. All the years of paying on the storage were for not. The precious items I had from her life were gone forever. Not from fire or a flood but from thieves rummaging through what was left of my daughters life! To add insult to injury, a few weeks later I get a call requesting payment on the now empty storage. The entire experience was outrageous!!!!
