I reserved a 17 ft truck and got a 15 ft truck without notice. That caused me to drive more miles than necessary. I ask the owner for concession on the mileage, knowing I would have to make multiple trips due to the smaller truck size, but was not given any. It is unacceptable that a reservation is changed without notice or the effort to move the reservation to a location that can accommodate the request.

I made a reservation for 8am. I live about 40 minutes from this location, but they were the only one that had a reservation time available that day vs dropping my car off and picking it up at the end of the day. I called ahead of time to make sure my reservations was good and the guy said we are good and it will only take an hour. I show up and there is only one person working. He asked if I could drop off the car and come back as he can only work on it in between helping customers and I told him I have to get it done today and I can't drop it off. 4 hours later of him working on it for about 5-10 minutes at a time it is complete. After I asked, they gave me a small refund for taking up an additional 3 hours of my time and I was on my way. I get a call later that day that they had forgotten to put the screws in my taillight (my taillight fell out the first time I opened my back door) and asked me to come back. I am completely taken a back by the incompetence of the management at this location and will never use Uhaul again.

I was told by the service department that they needed to charge me $10 to spot me another words over seeing me getting my car off of the tow dolly this is new to me as I've used U-Haul many times within the last year I did not know now that they charge to help a woman take her car off the tow dolly. Then I get a phone call today saying that I had not checked in my tow dolly when my truck and tow dolly were both checked in at the time of arrival when I also that at that time got my storage unit.

After hours drop-off - we did have an issue where we put the keys in the drop box before checking the mileage and had to leave a note in the drop box for the 2 trucks. Maybe a notice somewhere that you need the mileage before locking and turning in the truck :)

We had some drop off issues when no one would answer the phone to let us know where to deliver the truck. We just brought it back to town. Cash took care of everything with pleasure. Way to go Cash!

It was incredibly difficult to use the app. Verification took upwards of 30 minutes and crashed halfway through not allowing us to record the milage or the amount of fuel in the tank. We had ordered a dolly and it wasn't in the truck. I couldn't leave a comment when paying without further prolonging the ability to pay... basically decided to not worry about it. The Uhaul jts self was fine, on the smaller side. It nothing to crazy. A little bit difficult to navigate the parking lot but again nothing to crazy.

I reserved a U-Haul 20' truck in Denver, CO. I reconfirmed the reservation before flying into Denver to move our household items to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. I flew into Denver and when I arrived at the assigned U-Haul location they did not have the truck. They were not able to supply me with a 20' or 26' truck at any location in the Denver area nor did U-Haul attempt to help me out by finding a truck. U-Haul completely left me stranded without a truck. I was forced to pay a crew who were supposed to help me load the truck. I now have to repeat the trip. It was the poorest example of customer service I have ever had. It has and will cost me over a $1000 because of their lack of commitment.

Need more staff on the weekends. The one checkout clerk was alone and seemed overwhelmed at a time when there was a line. I Had a 25 minute wait and was not able to comp our time of use of the uhaul against the wait. I would not have minded a less wait time but when you are given a return time and there is almost a 30 minute wait...i feel the time shoumd be extended or a discount applied to the final amount due.

This location is under construction, I was helped inside the garage. They had the computer setup next to an air compressor it was hard to hear and had to yell at each other. Otherwise installation and departure was good.

Front desk receptionist was extremely rude and did not help me with my online check in after. Had to call the customer service line and wait 30 mins online to leave the lot when the call rep explained to me that he showed me already dispatched and I haven't even left the lot yet because the receptionist told me I wasn't able too.

My experience renting from this location was excellent! I've rented Uhauls quite a few times over the last several years, all over the Denver metro area, and I've noticed that the quality of service at each location can vary wildly. This was certainly one of the better rental experiences. It was busy, but I don't mind a wait, and the staff were friendly and helpful and efficient. Cash (who handled my vehicle pickup) was especially gregarious and informative and helpful, and I failed to get the name of the guy who handled my return, but he was also great to interact with and very professional about the job. These guys rocked, and the van was in great shape and served me perfectly (by the way, I REALLY like it when the tank starts out full, so that I don't have to do any thinking or estimating to refill it to the right level! I wish that were always the norm!) and I'd gladly recommend renting from this location to anyone. Props to the staff for being some of the most personable and capable Uhaul pros I've ever rented from.

Watch the empty weight to expected loaded trailer weight shift on safety chain droop and possible load encumbered chain drag. There needs to be an instruction sheet and how to adjust on route customer heads up on this matter, or it can become a real issue.

Over the last month or so I have used U-Haul on 4 occasions for storage and a trailer rental. Literally, each step of the way something went wrong. First, whoever booked our first storage booked it in a town almost two hours away from where we intended. Then, when I went to pick up the trailer that I had reserved, it wasn’t where it was supposed to be and I had to drive to a different lot to get it. Next, when I got to the storage facility to unload into a second storage unit, the unit was locked and hadn’t been cleaned yet. We had to find somewhere else to store the stuff overnight until the next morning when we had to go back to the office to get them to have someone go clean the unit and open it up for us. At this point, we are into the storage units and everything is moved, but it is definitely interesting and disappointing that each step of the way with U-Haul was bumpy. The last step, which was for RV storage was actually smooth so I guess there was one smooth step, but the rest did not go as planned.

I have been a U-Haul customer for quite some time, I have used your storage facility and have really liked and appreciated my experience but this last time when I had been scammed by a criminal for $1000 to which I felt so violated by that situation, U-Haul turns around and does the same thing with my bill! I expected to pay some fees due to my negligence in trusting the individual that took our money but over $600? The manager at the store assured me he would help me out and I do appreciate what he attempted to do except at the end I thought we were to settle this face to face however he felt the need to just leave a voicemail because he knew this was not right. In addition, I was under the impression that fees were being billed and was SHOCKED to have the entire amount taken out all at once!!! I will never use your company again I understand that it was my fault but as much as I have spent in past moves and storage, really U-Haul sometimes you should look at loyalty instead of Dollar signs!
