Equipment was damaged and unsafe to use. One of the tow dolly straps was torn but this is not something that would have been easily caught during inspection before use. Trailer connector was also missing and I supplied my own. Check in took a while, one employee just sat at computer staring at her phone doing nothing while I was waiting for someone to help.BACILIO G.
I'm in the Logistics business, we all know things can go wrong and when they do I know I can count on Uhaul to keep my business moving... I have never had a bad experience with my neighborhood Uhaul... From renting a 26'box truck for work or a passenger van to take son to college or a trailer to help my daughter or just to fill my propane tank for a BBQ.. We were notified less than 24 hours before we were to move that they had no trucks available for us to use anywhere in Colorado or surrounding states. We had to scramble to find another truck with a different company and ended up paying triple the cost. The most difficult part of working with the U-Haul reps was that they were not helpful at all and the late notification put us in a real bind. I drove up and no one was outside for about ten minutes. So I began the electronic check out and it told me to park in a parking spot. I go to drop off the keys inside and no one is inside. Another guy and I are waiting and there was no staff around. So finally I go around the back and there was one guy washing a uhaul. I told him I just need to drop off my keys and he proceeded to tell me I parked in the wrong spot. I told him where I parked and he restated that I parked in the wrong spot. However after wasting 20 minute of my time already I wasn't going to go get the uhual to repark it 50 feet away. I don't work here, I followed your directions on the checkout, and I still catch attitude from your only employee working apparently.SAMANTHA S.

The truck was filthy dirty. The windshield was so disgusting we had to stop at the nearest gas station to SCRUB the bugs off the windshield so we could safely drive the equipment. I don't think I will use UHaul next time based on your lack of maintenanceDAVID W.

Ended up calling customer service who gave me the wrong phone number for scheduling. Called back and a different agent gave me the correct number. I called to see if U-Haul would be able to help me since the truck is too low in the back and I got stuck. I was for hours over the phone and no one help me. Also, I was charged for a insurance that it was optional and I never conscious if the customer rep offered speaking in English when my primary language is Spanish, even though, I requested an Spanish representative.
