Make sure they are cleaning the trucks before they renting then back out cuz the one I got the windshield was very dirty both driver and passenger windows for dirty in the inside of the cab smell very bad with cat peeps i had to spray Febreze and Order eater to just make the smell go away so I can drive itRandy S.

Don't pay for the roadside assistance. It is absolute garbage! We were on a road in Colorado, it had snow on it as most roads do in the winter. The bald tires on the uhaul couldn't get us up a hill so we called the number listed specifically if you get stuck in snow or ice. The rude, moronic, and completely souless customer service rep told us that it wasn't a covetable incident and that uhaul always advises not to drive in snowy conditions.... again, it's Colorado in March... you rent trucks in this climate yet don't cover it when people get stuck because your tires are bald, okay. We were told we're on our own! So $150 in snow chains and 2 hrs later after our paid by the hour movers left, we got ourselves free. The man at the return office was nice enough to not charge us two days rental for the mess but that doesn't change the fact that we were left hanging high and dry by uhaul. I will never rent from them again. Period.Josie C.

I have used UHaul twice in the last 6 months and both times my reservation has changed regarding equipment availability at check in. I honestly wish I never have to use your service again. 1st time: moving from Houston to Colorado and the trailer was never there. Had to go to a new location and wait another day before I could get it. This caused me to cancel my hired help and was not able to rebook them. 2nd: specifically selected the location that would allow a one way from Denver to Boulder. Yet, I go to check in again and they say I cannot use the trailer for a one way. I mean it's really sucks to have options available online to choose from yet you cannot seem to honor my reservations. Beyond disappointing and a total disaster on my two trips.Kenton H.

I know things are difficult these time I manage a customer service call center myself- but the last few Sunday's we have had to do business there the reps are by themselves, so the customers don't always get the best of your reps. They try hard and this Sunday was actually one of the better ones, but they do seem to be stressed and overworked. I do think that he did do a good job maintaining what he couldLeslie B.

First of all - my appointment was supposed to be at a more convenient location. You moved me to the south federal address for the pick up. No problem except you scheduled me for 8am and the place doesn't open until 9am. So I sat around for an hour. Then the trailer was dirty and full of snow towards the rear end. Returned the Uhaul full and they reported it was 1/4 and charged me an extra $30 have used Uhaul's roughly 25-30 this was my last time I hope the $30 charge was worth it to UHaulBrian K.
