Some of the staff seemed unprepared and not ready to help. Everything moved slow and there was a disinterest towards me. When I got in my rented vehicle, there was a low tire alert and when I went back in to inform them, they told me me to put air in the tire as if it was my problem that I received the vehicle with low pressure in the tire. Just get better help

Overall, experience with the 24/7 pickup was good. Directions were clear. Things slowed down once I had to go inside the facility to pick up the key. There seemed to be some confusion about picking up the key, and having already completed check-in and payment on mobile. “Skip the line!” didn’t seem accurate—the one employee at the desk was helping someone else ahead of me, and it felt awkward to interrupt or “cut” in line as the guy was working on entering the customer’s info/reservation into the computer. Maybe that’s on me, that I didn’t feel I could just jump in. Maybe if there was a clearer way to indicate why I’m there, like sign marking a checked-in/key only line by the counter, I wouldn’t feel like I’d have to cut in line to explain that I only needed the key. But once I was able to make that clear to the employee, the process was quick and smooth.

Every time I’ve rented a uhaul I have had to fill it with fuel before returning. Nothing was said about fuel during the paperwork preceding the rental. My son drove the truck and said it was only 1/2 full when we got it. Before returning I filled it up for $62. When I told the attendant that he said “What did u do that for?” So the daily rate of $94 turned into $156. I also gave the attendant Issac Bender the gas receipt to no avail. Probably won’t be renting from uhaul anytime in the future. Nor will my family and friends as I plan on telling everyone about this. Thanks for your time. Steve

I wanted to do the mobile pick up- couldn’t find the # on any of the trucks given. Finally go inside because it’s taking so long. Guy there comes out and can’t find it either. Rather than giving me a new key then , he continues opening each vehicle to see if maybe the #is wrong .. each vehicle!! Finally after he can’t even find the matching number goes inside to give me a new key . I’m pretty annoyed by then, he tells a coworker he can’t find the truck with the matching number, and right away they say oh did you look to the right?! So I follow him once again .. and there it is.. parked literally on the side of the building where no other trucks are and out of general sight where no one would think to look.. not even an employee. So how is that supposed to result in an easy pick up?! This took 20min out of my moving time and day, I was really annoyed when I left. On top of it- once I took off in the truck the back door was not locked shut resulting in me having to pull over- won’t be back to this location.

Aisha was one of the most capable and organized employees I've ever come across, as well as being friendly and kind. She made me extremely confident about the trailer I rented, and made the experience great. The man who hooked and unhooked the trailer also did a great job. Hooking everything up right and safely is crucial. I was very satisfied, and would definitely use UHaul again.

I made a 1:00pm reservation for a truck rental, but had to wait till 2pm to pick it up, as the truck had to be cleaned. As a result of not being able to pick up the truck on time, the movers I hired waited idly at my apartment at a rate of $100 an hour for over hour. U-Haul gave me a 10% discount which amounted to less than $7.00 dollars. Quite disappointed and will be sure to review the service on other sites.

The manager at this location was not helpful and basically called me a liar over the phone. I asked for a discount on the rental because the air conditioning didn't work. She said it was the other locations fault because they inspect all their trucks. She finally discounted my additional mileage fee after being extremely rude on the phone. I will not do business with this location again.

They are price gouging. The website clearly states 1 month free with in town truck reservation but store denied, came up w/ their own offer of three month prepaid a month free but no longer available

I made an online reservation for 24 hours. When I got to the location, I was told I could only have the truck for 19 due to someone else's reservation. This screwed up several of my plans and cost me money. I do not understand how you can do business like that. Bedsides the fact there was half a cigar in the cup holder when I picked it up.

The online reservation system experience was not very good. The system let me reserve a trailer from a location, but when I called they didn't have the equipment there. Then, later I get a text that it is at another location. The online system should reflect the ACTUAL location of the equipment. It would have saved me a lot of time and frustration, if I knew exactly where the equipment was. If i have to call around to confirm if the equipment is actually there, what good is the online system? Other rental companies seem to be able to identify and locate their equipment in real-time online. Uhaul's online experience is really stuck decades behind everyone else and needs to be updated, quickly.

The facility is fine. The movers they refer to WILL RIP YOU OFF! A service called movinghelp.com, powered by UHAUL, put me in touch with Do It All Movers. I booked them online and paid the movers directly in cash, with a nice tip. I then discovered they also charged my credit card. I called Do It All Movers who said they would look into it and never called me back and would not take or return any of my subsequent calls. I called UHAUL and spoke with the Asst. Manager who said he would call me back and never did. I finally got a nasty email from Do It All stating it was my mistake and their movers regularly get tips that size. I paid $160 in cash for one and a half hours worth of work and that was a tip??? They charged my card an additional $120. I am an older single lady swinging this move by myself and was completely taken advantage of. Stay away from this place THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
