I love using this location. I never an issue when doing business with this location and the employees are always in the best mood and willing to help with anything asked or helping understand billing and or routine. Though I understand many ppl use the trucks, but some of them I have rented have me nervous that they break down on me. Now I'm not sure if it's because of the size and engine power or just being old or ppl driving rough, but a smoother drive would be great. Understandable if that's out of their control. Also when I have a question or looking for info and call the direct line I am still directed to the calling service line. It's hard to speak to customer service when I have a specific question for that location, manager, and or the person who may have serviced me. Being able to get in touch with that location would be great. Merci.Casandra S.

Be more courteous to customers, when you all have a mechanical problem with your truck. When picking up truck from you all Cadillac converter was gone was a very inconvenience for me and my family, to leave Missouri and go to Kansas to get another van all the schedules in place behindL J S.

Everything was ok till the end with the self check out. It took me a while to complete. I was tired from my move then I also had to do the work of Uhaul, or pay an extra $20 for basic customer service. Sad to see Uhaul doing this. I will check with other Uhaul locations before I use them again to see if all locations are doing this. Seems there is a never ending way for companies to have the customers doing their job and charging for customer service. But they call it a convenience fee.BEVERLY B.

The truck battery was dead so we had to go to another store which added time and mileage to the move . The truck was only three quarters full . We returned the truck to Council Bluffs IA. At 6:45 pm with 3/4 tank did not close out lease and made a fuel ticket to fill the truck they had zero customer service .JOHN E.

Had a problem with the reservation, had booked for online pick up but UHaul apparently didn't put that in the system correctly. My 8AM pick turned into 9:15AM. Wasn't happy but staff took care of everything and got me on my way even though I was late.HONI B.
