TEMIEKA S | Expérience généraleI completed the rental process online and was assigned a temperature controlled unit.The day I arrived to move in there was a lock on the unit and the staff had no idea who occupied the unit. I was assigned a non temperature controlled unit. This delay resulted in me having to pay my movers an additional hour. Last year it appears some attempted to break into the unit. There was a piece of Sheet rock cut out of the roof of the unit. I called the location several times and no one did anything. The managers never returned my calls despite numerous request.

ROBERT B | Expérience généraleMy only complaint so far is that during normal business hours if I need ask a question or talk to someone there while I'm checked into my storage unit I can't use my code to enter store at the west store entrance. Unfortunately, I then have to walk around almost the entire building to get in. I have walking and breathing issues, so that doesn't help.
KENNETH P | Expérience généraleOver all everyone was very nice. but there was one young blk man in the day that was kinda rude.. ( I’m blk as well ) but there were blk and white young men that were helpful and friendly.. The young lady in the office was a sweetheart and was very helpful.
