Uhaul inaccurately charged me $741.56 and withdrew my account making it go negative. 1. A link was sent to me to check the vehicle beforehand, I clicked the link and it expired. 2. I was charged over $321.06 for overhead damage I did not do. But the receipt reflects $300.93. 3. I ordered a dolley and was never given it. 4. I filled up the gas tank back to the original amount and was charged for that as well; i have the receipt reflecting I added gas. So someone inaccurately reviewed the truck I rented. There is inconsistencies and the manager claimed he did not know why I was charged so much and refused to refund me. He claimed he couldn't refund me even though he recognized the receipts were inaccurate but did nothing to fix the situation. There is inconsistencies regarding U-Haul's customer service, consumer card privacy, and rental process. My card was charged 3 times inaccurately because it also is reflected on my receipt. My experience has been horrible and I'll never be back.

My only concern were the bugs, which I understand can be brought in by customers. I saw a few in my storage unit and the hallway. Other than that I was very pleased with my service. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. A special mention for Debbie, she made a very stressful situation actually enjoyable. Thank you.

When trying to reply that U-Haul truck was back I spent at least 15 minutes too long. I did everything the return message said do, it was over at least 4 times and my phone got stuck every time. My son took pictures of mileage and the time. Truck was not due until the next day in evening. I filled the truck beyond what was required. Then you had a message saying I could pay twenty dollars to confirm that truck was back. If you look on your security cameras you will the see truck that pulled in back of me, as I tried over and over to sign in. Keys were put in truck and door was locked.

The check-in personnel was great. We didn't have to go inside at all, and we were in and out of there within 5-10 minutes, even though he was the only one working the check-in outside. Very professional.

The manager at this location was very uncooperative and treated me as if I was some sort of pariah because I had a medical exemption to not wear a mask. He initially refused to help me because I wouldn't put on a mask. He was all about the mask and not about the customer. He clearly did not understand the law and kept throwing illogical and ill informed arguments my way so he wouldn't have to serve me. Fortunately, I am well-versed in the law and challenged him to look up the law himself. He finally decided to help me, but do all customers have to go through this hassle here? Are you trying to serve and accommodate the customer and do business, or is it about your authority and pride? Whatever happened to customer service? And, while I am arguing and pleading with this man, one of his employees was walking around without a mask, as well. The Wichita location was all about serving the customer. I don't know what this KCK location was about, but it wasn't about serving the customer. This man needs to be better trained regarding customer service and basic tenets of the law. He wasn't disrespectful, or throwing insults, but very uncooperative in the beginning. He later started to help me, but it was too little, too late. An ADA complaint could cost your company up to $76,000 per incident. Ultimately, I was not able to rent anything from this location.

The female employee at this location is a ROCK STAR!!! Despite the fact that the location was unexpectedly short-handed, she effectively multi-tasked several clients with a friendly, upbeat, helpful attitude. I'm not sure why she doesn't have Manager on her name tag.

Robert chambers was always so nice and friendly when I would come in there. Very helpful. Only downside is the stairs to the upper storage lockers. Very difficult when taking items to locker and to car. Almost fell a couple times. Need ramps or life to get upstairs when you are carrying items.

Better procedure would help! I was not informed that my truck was ready and I just kept waiting like I was directed! Proper equipment was not put in the truck, I had to go back in after pulling out to get a dolly. The person who helped me and also checked my truck back in was nice and very helpful, it just seemed if there was a better process it would flow better.

I utilized my storage space for over 2 years, had minimal issues, would definitely recommend uhaul and will use uhaul in the future if I need to.

Reservation was for a 10x15 storage unit it was confirmed yet when i arrived there were no units available. Was told Reservation was in system yet 5hey had no unit. Had to rent from a competeater told sorry and no adjustment made poor customer service.

The mirror was broke and my phone wasn't working properly so I couldn't take a picture to let them know it was broke. I called the store to let her know and who ever answered the phone was rude as hell. She said well we don't know you didn't do it but I had literally just left the parking lot and looked over and see it. Next time I will go to another store.

Did pre-checkin deffinitly help speed the process. However paid for appliance dolly, was assured "it was in the back of the truck" no that's a normally dolly that if i would have used would have added even more charges..... Had to go back in just to grab the dolly myself. Unprepared/rushed even with reservation and pre-check in.

Reserved a truck for no-contact pickup. Waited forever for approval and ended up having to go inside to get it. Staff got us on our way but were minimal in communication. The lady we were working with left the counter with no explanation. She also served another customer while in the middle of ours and had minimal eye contact so we didn't always know who she was talking to. They also did not provide us our dolly that we reserved.

The entire staff there on State Ave. were courteous and helpful to all customers and they had a handle on any situation for the customers needs. Any information about what type of storage was available was answered and all equipment for rental was maintained adequately, plus any propane tank that needed to be refilled for the customers needs were equatable and promptly executed for the customers convince. I'm a DAV and my hat is off to the service granted to me for the entire time of nearly five years that I needed their assistance. May everybody and their families be richly blessed. Excellent customer service. So helpful. Was very impressed. Only downside is the split level does not have a fright elevator or a ramp to haul your belongings to. You have to carry everything up 11 stairs to your storage. Major downfall

It took forever to get approved on the 24/7 app. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or chat. Communication was awful. I also didn't receive the moving blankets I ordered and had to sit on hold just to let Uhaul know so I didn't get charged. The guy that checked my vehicle in was not at all friendly.

When we returned the truck, it was quite crowded in the lot. The parking spaces are a little too close to the truck return/checkout area and I had to wait about 10 minutes for them to move trucks there that were unattended, before I could back my 2012 Traverse out of the parking spot. It's not like I was driving a Suburban.

Billing was incorrect. Mileage charge was too low (1 mile) and Refueling charge was added even though unit was returned with full tank. charged for 1/2 tank.

We have rented from here before but I was charged an extra $20 because we didn't turn it in with the online turn in. I called and waited for at least 20 both Sunday evening and Monday only to be told that even when my email and phone number were on the account. My husband who has a different last name pick up the Uhaul and returned it. So it was impossible for us to get it turned it in because he didn't have my phone or email on sight. Anyway, I am very disappointed with the whole process. Your online process is impossible... Not happy at all.

Our 24 hour access card stopped working while moving things from the truck to the storage. It was 12 at night. When emergency # didn't answer the 800 # rep got card reactivated so we could finish.
