The location itself is very nice. Service though ... quite bad, not only we had to wait a LONG time on a reservation I had already made online, but took about 40 minutes to get it done, and to make it worse they had not removed a padlock when I arrived to leave some boxes.

The location is a rip off. I returned the truck with exactly the amount of gas that in it and I still got charged for a refill fee. I even left the gas refill receipt in the truck. Total rip-off.

The workers were very friendly and helpful, but y'all just need more of them or something! There were 6 people in line when I got there and thankfully I was only the second person in line. I had my pickup time set for 1:30 online, so I would think with that in place, I shouldn't have to wait very long as it is kind of like an appointment time. Also, every time I would try calling the phone number associated with this location, it took at least 20 minutes to get off hold and in contact with a person. That definitely needs to be fixed also.It was very frustrating.

I used your website to reserve movers. I needed my upright player piano moved, so I chose/paid for movers that would move a piano. They got to my house and said they could not move the piano because it was too big. I was extremely mad and am going to give this service a very bad review. I told the movers that if there was a distinction/limitation on what type of pianos they could move, then that needs to be listed in the option section.. How ridiculous, and very stressful moving is, and then reserve movers and them being late and then telling me they couldn't move the piano. I am demanding my money back, along with extra compensation for the extra trouble and hassle I now have making an additional reservation to move my piano. Horrible and so unprofessional

We dropped of the trailer which seemed easy and painless compared the service we received at the other prior locations. We were told we would receive an emailed or text with the receipt. We did not. I tried to call first thing in the morning, but was a 20 minute hold. I had to drive back up to the location to get what I needed. Extremely disappointed.

communication to the local offices (Santa Clara, Pflugerville) by phone was really poor. That's why 4 stars. Even the national Uhaul tried to contact them and no one responded. I finally had to drive to the pfulgerville office to get someone to at least talk to me after several das of ignored messages. That issue is easy to fix and needs to me fixed.

I rented a 5x8 trailer on Saturday June 8. My contract number: 22496228 I arrived at 700am, as the instructions stated. I waited, with another man, until almost 800am, when an employee showed up to open the building. The lady told me she was sorry and that I would receive store credit of some kind for having to wait. I received my statement via email and it shows no kind of credit or anything. Normally, I wouldn’t care, but I planned my whole day around a 700 am start and to wait almost an hour for someone who I believe lives on premises is pretty rough. Thanks Jim Carse

Very convenient right off 130 access road. My reservation was easily called up and I was out of the office and in the truck in 20 minutes! Drop off was so easy and I got an emailed bill.

Misquoted on price/mileage. I made it clear I was hoping to stay under $50 so they changed the total mileage by half on my quote, then charged an additional $20 over expected cost. The seat wouldn’t adjust, stuck in position for someone much taller than I. Wouldn’t budge on cost. Definitely won’t use U-haul again.

Lower the air temp for the climate control units, most of my furniture and all the metal excercise equipment and tools had to be replaced due to mold and rust. I couldn't even fully complete this review!!

your check-out process doesn't flow very well. it's weighty and I think it could be streamlined a bit. one would hope so. it shouldn't take 15 minutes to check out a truck that you reserved online. additionally, why ask for my credit card online and then not use that information to process my request when i check out the vehicle? makes the online reservation inconvenient.

I made an online appointment the day before my installation. I arrive at said appointment a couple of minutes ahead of schedule because I was told I would need to leave my vehicle. I planned a movie date with my daughters to use up the estimated wait time. When I arrive I was told by the gentleman that there wasn't an installation employee to complete my order even though it was prepaid and pre-booked. He stated he was going to call his manager but she hadn't answered. Then I'm standing there waiting for a solution and he's not saying anything just typing away. Finally I ask ummm what are we doing here? He says oh I'm communicating with someone online to see what we can do. Only after about 20 mins to say...yeah we can't do it. Okay then why did you al make this appointment have me come up here wait, miss my movie to get nothing accomplished? I then ask when will there be someone here to install my hitch since it's already paid for?, he tells me the next day at 9am. So I say fine book it. I leave and then I receive a call from the manager saying she doesn't know how I was able to schedule an appointment when there wasn't an installation person scheduled for Sunday. She offers to have the guy come in and complete the service if she can get a hold of him. Mind you they have no place for customers to wait. That's why they ask you to drop off your vehicle. I tell her well thanks but I have my two children with me so that wouldn't work. The appointment Monday will have to work. I arrive 9am Monday, she asks the installation person to start my service. She did have a chair waiting for me to sit while I wait. I was told it would take a couple of hours and to add 30 mins to that time due to my exhaust having to be dropped. The manager offers me $50 discount for what transpired the day before. By 12pm I'm asking how much longer because I have to be at work by 2pm. The manager tells me oh about 30 more minutes. By 1pm I'm getting upset the guy doesn't look near done and I need to get to work. I ask another employee if he can check on the status. He comes back around 1:20 to tell me that they are going to let me use a uhaul pickup truck to get to work. (Mind you I'm not dressed for work yet) of course I'm like why didn't you all offer this a long time ago so I wouldn't be late to work. Finally the manager comes in to tell me the whole wiring job has to be redone due to faulty wiring on their equipment. I was completely done. They lend me the truck so I can get to work late and offer to bring my vehicle to my job when it's complete. Talk about a horrible experience. I do thank the manager for trying to come up with resolutions but communication in a timely manner is key. In the future don't leave your customers guessing what's going communicate with them about everything.

The staff were friendly but the billing and address change were a problem. I had to give my credit cards 3 or 4 times because it was not save or systems does not talk to local system. The address was not updated 3 or 4 times. It update in one system but online system were not updated. So, I had to call multiple times to make sure the delivery address is corrected.

Please treat your customers the way you would want to be treated. Do you like having money stolen from your bank account electronically? I'm sure you don't. That's what U-haul did to me, and no one even had the thought to apologize sincerely. Maury and Michelle at this location treated me with no respect, both speaking to me in condescending manner. I cannot get Matthew to return my call either about a refund. If I conducted myself and my business in this way, I'd be out of business incredibly soon. I guess I will have to be "THAT" reviewer and say, "if I could give less than one star, I would."

The service was quick and easy! The truck ran well and suited my needs, but could have been cleaner in the cab. There was a film on the interior windshield that was annoying when the sunrise and sunset occurred, making it a little difficult to see. It also smelled of cigarette smoke and there was an obvious cigarette burn in the headliner.

The pickup-up location was very busy when I got there normally that is a bad sign anywhere. But due to the professional staff on duty they got to me as fast as possible. I reserved a 15' truck and had my doubts that would be large enough. I mentioned in a low voice that I wish I would have selected a 20' truck instead. The gentleman helping me heard me and a few minutes later asked me if I wanted to switch out to the larger truck. I was happy there was a truck available and the fact that he asked me. GREAT SERVICE Thank you! I hate moving but you guys made it a lot easier.
