Well I reserved two dollies and the location was sold out - I asked what was the point of reserving if they would not be held and the desk clerk said there is no point. Your reservation really means nothing to Uhaul. - The truck also was falling apart and was one of the worst rental trucks I've come across. There were panels on the inside falling off and the AC did not work either.Christopher C.

The email from uhaul changed our drop off from contract location in my hometown to over 2 hours away. Then we held on the 800 # for 30 min to change location. They said they were transferred us to a local reservation agent and disconnected. We finally got in touch with area code 512 office. Yolanda was very helpful and awesome!!!BEN R.

the previous time I rented a trailer when I returned it I had folded all the blankets. The Uhaul person told me it wasn't necessary for me to fold the blankets. When I returned this last trailer, the person disconnected the trailer and said I was good to go. I received an email with a $15.00 charge for not folding the blankets??????Robert L.
Sat for over 10 minutes in return area with no communication from this facility. Customer waiting behind me got tired of waiting and went inside just to be told to wait in vehicle. Install intercom at return area to communicate to customers that facility acknowledges they are there and attendant will arrive shortly.RICHARD D.
Customer service was bad, girl did acknowledge me as a customer. I had to go back to the back and get van, then move my car to the back the walk back to front to get van and it was raining. Had to remind her I purchased boxes and tape. Didn't seem happy to be there. She also seemed irritated that I left the van in the front when I was done.JENNIFER P.

One of the four tires on the trailer was worn to the flat wear marks on the tires; there was barely any tread left at all . I should have caught it myself , but I was too busy with the trailer hook-up . Aside from the tire issue, everything was fine about the rental and the people working there were super nice .Eliot D.
Please try to improve the smell of the cabs - the one I rented was mostly clean, but the cigarette smell was pretty strong (I don't smoke and I have asthma).Consuelo S.
