I was charged for 15 dollars in gas when I only live a few minutes away from this U-Haul location. I tried to check in through the app and a worker grabs my key and just checked me in. Now I'm over charged and they overcharged the wrong card and I'm fucking furious. I can't even get any help through customer service and am constantly put on hold. This is nothing but a scam and I will never give U-Haul my business again. I can't believe the kind of swindling troglodytes the Memphis locations hire.Panda K.

Find employees who don't want to gossip and trash talk their manager while also treating the customer like crap. Assuming that every customer is going to steal the equipment is bad form. I requested a 26ft truck. I was never contacted by anyone regarding the availability of a 26ft truck. I went to my selected pick up location on the day of the renal and was informed there was no truck ready for me and there were no other trucks available for me that day. I had to call the Uhaul 1800 number to find and schedule another truck for that day. I was very disappointed all around from the service I received from Uhaul and will not be using you all again.Brent M.

Representative Kennedy Crawdford stole money by recharging my card after the contract was settled ,due to a verbal disagreement that occurred between the two of us due to a 5 $fuel charge that had to be refunded. After all was settled the agent went back into your system and charge my card again @ 5:17 pm We left the location with all debt paid. My information is in the hands of a thief. I am very concerned about my card information being at the hands of the very representative that has stolen 100+ dollars by using my credit card. I want to press charges. Had to walk around lot to find truck and was not given the direction to go only the number to look for. Personnel wasn't so friendly at all, I would not return nor recommend. In the past vehicles were brought up, now they are not which is absurd.Coshalyn B.
It has to be difficult working in a U-Haul location. While the employees at this location (as for most) aren't exactly jovial, they are doing their job well and serving their customers. FYI: The customers generally don't understand just how challenging working for U-Haul must be.chris G.

I had to check on my phone but I was having trouble with the website. I asked the person at the front desk for help. Instead of just checking me in, she insisted I had to do it from my phone. Once I figured it out on my own, the website instructed me to go inside to talk to someone as the front desk about getting the key. Complete waist of time. Once I received the key and looked at the truck, I noticed none of the equipment I ordered was on it. The front desk person told me they were out. They told me I had a basic dolly on the truck and that I would be charged for that once I returned. Once I returned the truck I had to explain that I wasn't going to pay for items I did not receive.Alexys W.

This location was fantastic! Aretha assisted me with transferring my reservation from the Millington location to theirs. Millington did not have the part. She got me an appointment 2 days later. She was also there when I dropped off my vehicle and she was very courteous and speedy service. My vehicle was completed in 30 minutes flat! This review is not a knock on the store. The store did exactly what corporate gave them to do from what I can figure. I bought a 30 $harness and got what looks like a 5 $or 10 $harness. Labor cost was fine. The part bought and received are not satisfactory. A ball of wire lying in my trunk is unacceptble. I should have gotten something that passed down to the hitch and mounted securely there. Any opening to pass the harness through should have had a grommet and water tight sealed. Now my trunk is harder to close and I must worry about my trunk seal. Corporate? Local not selling the correct item? 30 $+ install vs 5 $and I do it and I get what looks like same end result.dwight R.

Hard to connect to the store directly by telephone. The telephone kept rolling through to the 800 number. They were nice and transferred me to the store which rolled back to the 800 number. This went on for the week.John I.
This location has a couple of very nasty attitude having employees especially the young girl with purple highlights she's very condescending and doesn't like to be challenged on the incorrect information she's giving after being dead wrong no apology or anything at less her manager better customer service skills. If I had had more time I would have too my business elsewhere. This purple haired child told â€œI don't have to rent to youâ€ after me complaining about her over charging me for a deposit and the amount was wrong she's horrible I don't care what the company thinks and her coworkers know exactly who I'm complaining about without description. The hitch that was installed on my car is rubbing my muffler and causing damage to my muffler. I thought the technicians that installed these hitches knew what they were doing! Storage unit was fine. Customer service experience was horrible. I ordered a uhaul and tried to get them to pull it out of the parking spot for me to get it ready for a walk around, etc. but manager said they wouldn't do it. I have been using U-Haul storage since 2004 and in Feb 2021 I was able to get rid of one of the 2 rooms that I had. It was a sense of relief. I have had bad service many times when I had to interact with the front office staff. The day before yesterday, May 1st, 2021, I had to go to the office because your computer system was down. This is unacceptable. I was unable to pay my rent online. I had to drive 9 miles one-way because I did not want to be late with my rent. You should hire better IT personnel and if it was due to power failure, you should have a Diesel generator.JULIO C. | Premières impressions
I stored half of my household in room 1713 for 15 1/2 years and finally on February 2nd, 2021 I consolidated all my possessions into room 1705. Over the years, I have noticed that the quality of service of this facility has gone down. It seems that when I ask for something, they are doing me a favor. It took a month for the office to acknowledge that I had emptied room 1713 which I communicated with the attendant at the front office immediately after I cleaned the room. They even sent me an email asking me for payment of rent of the unit after 3 weeks that I have emptied it and released it.
