Truck had a leak in it and all of my items were SOAKED. Mattress & All. And when we told the workers they literally said nothing or did anything about it!!! 0/10 service.

The climate controlled units are in a old strip mall next to the Uhaul store. This area consistently had people coming by loitering and standing by your trailer / truck the entire time you'll be loading / unloading. No one from the Uhaul office seem to monitor this area and definitely do not come over and ask these people to leave the area. If I would have known this would be the situation I would never have stored my things here.

The employees lacked customer service skills. Their behavior made me feel as if I was more of a nuisance than a valued customer. The manager was eating at the counter when I arrived. He continued to munch away while I was being served by the other employee. That other employee showed no enthusiasm whatsoever while finding my reservation on the computer and offered no reason as to why an appliance dolly I had reserved was not available. When I returned the truck, I found no one in the store. I waited a few minutes and then found that the manager was outside working on another vehicle. He acknowledged my presence but kept on working on the vehicle. I will most certainly take my business to another UHaul location or, more likely, to another vendor next time.

i had a issue with after i paid for the equipment, and loaded the truck came back to get tow equipment i have issues with system saying tow equipment was not paid then after that was finally correct i was advised different then what i was first advised about them (( u-haul employee ) hooking my car up to the uhaul . the second rep states the was a fee to do so also the check engine light was on on the uhaul so it wasn't properly maintained in my opinion which ended up costing my $500-$600 in gas ultimately however i made it to the destination and ask a courtesy the hook the town up for free .

Rented one of you all's truck s they did not tell me it did not come with a ramp so I had to figure out how to load a washer and a dryer me and another lady that was an awful experience. Then when I returned it the guy chuckle when I told him. I should have not been charged 50 for a awful experience.

Kevin who works at the Mobile uhaul he works at this locate, was a wonderful employee. But this was not our drop off location. This location was where our uhaul truck rental broke down and was towed by a wrecker. Burleson Texas was our destination. This entire truck rental was a disaster! The pickup truck that I rented had been involved in what appeared to be several accidents —— with body damage in four different areas on pickup truck—-The interior was not clean —- The truck apparently had not received a Pre-trip safety check- turn signals not working on right rear-rear tires bad- motor had miss -I am disappointed in this location of u-haul-when I was having paperwork done I was asked to provide someone to vouch for me - I have been renting trucks and trailers from U-Haul for about 40 years and have never had to have someone to vouch for me at over 60 years old it was an embarrassment to me- Why did this happen-disappointed with the service and attitude of that I received -

My experience with U-haul this weekend was poor. I was given the run around for their error. My moving experience experience was stressful, and the company managers were not helpful in accommodating my needs due to their errors. I was extremely dissatisfied with their service. I would not recommend this company to any future movers.

When I went to first place to pickup my trailer and after having it hooked up the lights wouldn't work. I then had to go to another location. At the 2nd location The tires were questionable with retreads. We got not 2 hours into our trip we had a flat tire. We ended getting to our location 2 hours late at 4:00am in the morning.

Clean the vehicle before use. Mud all over the exterior of the truck and inside floorboards. Tank was only on half. Extended my rental for a whole day but made me return at 7 am. They charged me full price for a full day when I only had for less than 10 hours of that day. Trying to charge me more money for a truck I couldn't keep for the full day.

The only negative was that the site was almost full and did not have the size unit I needed. I believe the lady that worked with me was named Tiffinay. She was very polite, helpful and professional. I had a very good experience because of her.

Store manager tried to over charge me. I rented a 15 foot uhaul went a total of 9 miles closed out my storage unit. When i got the bill it was for 225$! He tried to charge me for 33 gallons of gas and Refueling fee! I had to call customer service and wait on the phone for 55+ mins. Luckily the customer service was super nice friendly and got my money back. I would not trust this location!
