Very poor maintenance people! No customer service values whatsoever! Uhaul does not think of big pictures!! Hence the reason they shut off electricity to the units. This is to what I was told !! Very poor service in this regards! Also seemed like a case of "aDifferent Strokes for Different Folks" very sad! I will never ever use uhaul for anything and will boycott it and never recommend to anyone!

The trailer I rented was clean and in good condition .The staff that I dealt with both during pick up and drop off were competent, friendly and helpful. This is a full service location and not a gas station after thought location and it was well laid out and easy to access. It was easily my best U-Haul experience to date and I would highly recommend this location.

All 3 employees were super helpful, personable and kind. Definitely the best UHaul experience I've had. Was worth going a bit further to pick up the truck at this location!! We even lost our credit card and they put it away for us until we could retrieve it after having dropped it on the property. They also went the extra mile to bring in/out the truck for us to the road. Outstanding staff and service! Also, cute Halloween decorations!!

I have had wonderful experience in dealing with the staff at the Towerline Uhaul Storage here in London, Ont. They are very friendly, treat you kindness, always have a smile. The staff have gone above & beyond to accommodate their services to help out where they can. The staff I have had wonderful service from have been Virginia (she goes by Ginny), Alex & Kristina (apparently the previous manager) & others that work there (didn't get their names as it was only a brief encounter). I am very happy with my services at this site. Merci

The whole experience was very positive from the pick up and hook up of the trailer. Taiga made sure everything was secure and all lights operational before allowing us to move the vehicle. The drop off was equally as smooth.

The customer service was great, staff very helpful and nice. BUT, when we booked the reservation online, we added a dolly to the order, but when we arrived the staff informed that there is no utility dolly but only appliance dolly which is very heavy and not suitable for me as I am moving on my own. This was very unsatisfying experience, if I was informed earlier that there is no dolly available at this location than I would choose to pick up from other locations or make other arrangement. This lack of communication made this experience very frustrating.

The App is absolutely horrible. Investment in the Phone Application is necessary. Your employees had to answer calls after hours and manually guide me through the process outside of business hours, because of the App not working / needing to be invested in.

I would recommend that what ever the agreements were made in the beginning or any changes the customer makes during the process be well documented so that there is no misunderstandings. First of all I was quoted that my charge per kilometre would be $1,03 It was not I was charged $1,09 Secondly, I did change it to a 15 foot truck That was not kept per the change requested Thirdly, I had to go out of my way to get the truck not in the location that I requested. I almost didn't get my $50 credit I felt like I had to be on top of all your representatives throughout this whole process constantly guiding them, and reminding them of what my requests were, I feel like I was doing the work and not your representatives for your company. This particular location was friendly, guided me to the best of their ability. My overall experience with U-Haul was not good at all. It was very unsatisfactory. I would recommend that you just have a one 800 number that your clients deal with specifically to change or check on your reservations. I realize you have different locations, Or companies that those individuals do not have the knowledge that your main office has, so to add less confusion and less phone calls, and time rectifying issues or changes it would be best that you just have a one main number for all concerned, that everything is well documented and not altered throughout the course of the time prior to getting one truck or equipment required or on the day of getting one's truck. Somehow, there should be better organization as to how to make sure people get the equipment or trucks they need at that location they requested, it used to be that way with U haul, it is no longer that way unfortunately. Your customer service is very bad, lacking in the knowledge required to complete one's reservation, following up with what was actually agreed upon or any changes made to the reservation.

They should try to get Canadian trucks as I had one from the states speedometer was in mph not kph

The staff were not customer centred - very particular. Called us when we were 15 min late picking up the truck stating, 'we can't extend the rental to compensate for your lateness. What time exactly will you be here?" even though we didn't need it and brought the truck back 10 hours early. The truck brakes were not good - very scary when driving down the 401 with a heavy load. AFter 2 days of moving asked us to fold the blankets or be charged $1/blanket. I have never been asked this before. There are 2 parking spots at this location. When we arrived to drop off the truck there was another party picking up a truck. They had parked in one of the truck parking spots. my only choice was to park in the handicap spot and I was told to move my vehicle. So I had to circle the block until I finally parked on the street on a busy corner. I think the woman's name is Christine - very customer blaming like we were inconveniencing her by giving her our business.

I will qualify what I am about to say with shame on me for not double checking the mileage prior to leaving this location, because I was charged 50km over what I actually used and an additional $12 for fuel cause I filled the tank to exactly the amount the truck had to begin with but the amount they showed on the paperwork was not the same amount the truck actually had and I was charged extra for that. I did not expect a two hour rental to cost me $200.When I pointed out the discrepancy I was told "well you should have checked everything before you left". I have rented from UHaul many times (never this location) and I will never return to this location again. I feel like I was cheated and this has left a very bitter taste. Not impressed at all.

Please allow customers to dispose off simple trash like cardboard box pieces in the on-site trash bins. Was not allowed to use the trash bin for a couple of cardboard pieces by the on duty staff (Navjot).

The uncertainty around business hours given that we had scheduled equipment rental to be picked up on a holiday was unsettling, in that we were told the outlet agent wouldnt know if it was open onGood Friday or Not until the day before. Ultimately it was the reassurance of the outlet agent who said as she lived on site- even if Uhaul said they were to close, she would be there to assist us with pick up of the trailer. It is only because of her that we didn't cancel all together

A very positive point about this location was access to a power plug inside the unit. But I recently received email from the Manager regarding discontinuing of the connection.

all aspects from moving in to moving out were just so easy. access was no problem. almost like having a garage, just not at my home. lol

My comments are not related to this facility but to my overall experience with U-Haul. Being out of town, I looked for a haul and storage close to where the move was. I booked wonderland south U-Haul and storage…however, in the fine print, was redirected to a storage facility on the opposite end of the city….which I did not realize until I went to pick up the cargo van. Unfortunately, where I was to,pick up the cargo van was closed and did not offer ride share….so off to the other end of the city I drove to the location that was open. Of course they did not have a cargo van available so went with a pickup truck instead. They did offer me a larger enclosed truck, however, I was not comfortable with the size in the downtown core. Not once has a rep called me to apologize or made any effort, aside from the booking guarantee rebate. We have now moved the items in storage to a closer location to where they need to be accessed from. Lesson learned about asking better questions when booking things from 6 hours away. Will definitely not be with U-Haul

We originally booked at the location on wonderland road….which is closed on Sundays and does not offer online pickup. Redirected to the other side of London. While my experience with this location was positive, my overall experience with the company was abysmal

The employee who took care of me when I arrived was Raevwn. Raeven was efficient, polite and extra professional. After being assigned a storage room, I went to the room only to discover it was beside an incline on the driveway. Without any hesitation, she relocated me to a more convenient room. Raeven exceeded my expectations on Customer Service! I will definitely tell other people about U-Haul

I just had an issue with an alarm being set off every time I open my storage unit door. I called the help line service but the lady who spoke to me was very condescending with her tone and was unable to help. I had to call just to document my visit within allowed hours that I was not trying to break-in into the unit.

Rate went up 4 times in the roughly 2 years I rented. Also staff were normally rude/ unpleasant to deal with ( with the exception of kat. She was always helpful and nice. My unit was near the bay used to prep/receive trucks so I was often rudely asked to move vehicle even after I explained I would be 20 seconds . Also yelled at to keep off the grass that was brown and looked horrible. I didn't come to my locker very often but when I did it was usually unpleasant and felt like I was a bother not a customer.

Overall the last few years dealing with this storage facility have been great, with the exception of rent increasing twice in six months, but that's a corporate issue. Facility and staff are top notch. 10/10 would return and recommend to others.

There was red chalk?? all over our storage unit, even with most of our items wrapped some were damaged by it. No warning of gate locking and we're locked inside storage area and it took a long time to get someone who could get us out. The staff at the uhaul storage facility were fine though.

My unit got broken I to and was told they cut the fence and when I went there there wasn't even a fence at the back where my unit was. So the employee lied to me and claimed false actions. And there's not proper security and I did my own quick investigation of the place and learned more then the employees were willing to admit or even acknowledge. Missing thousands of dollars in equipment and tools. Not impressed one bit. And they kept increasing my rental rate randomly and without notice.

I could not get close to my unit most days with out having the staff move equipment first and several time after hours there was no one to do this. Also prices went up after 1st month with no notice. You key card post are also designed for low vehicles which also makes no sense since most people coming in are in trucks.
