I booked my uhaul a week prior to my moving day because of your guarantee that the truck will be available or else I get my money back. I got to Ram Fresh Produce at 9am, only to be told they don't have the truck. I was then told to go to the Uhaul location on Clarke Rd where I waited in a line for over 1 hour again to only be told they don't have a truck. The lady there tried everything in her power to track a truck down and advised me that a truck is being returned at the Towerline Pl location. I had to drive across the city AGAIN just to arrive at the Towerline location to wait in another line up. They had a truck for me and the staff at this location were fast and friendly, but by the time I got out of there It was 12pm. I had movers waiting at my house since 10am and because my reserved Uhaul was not at the location as guaranteed, please proceed to refund my credit card - Contact me at (519)777-7366 Andrew Lesik

The employees at this site are good , but your call center needs to know Canadian prices i was quoted 89 dollars when my husband went to pick it up it cost 300 big difference also i ordered another truck for nov 2end i was told i could pick it up at 8 am but this location won't have my truck until 3:30 pm this is not the first time i have had issues with U Haul

Truck did not work right. Kept idling when the foot was on the break which burned more gas then it should. The gas was returned to where it was on the paper that was given. He went by his phone I could not see it. So was charged for gas when i put gas into the truck. Was not happy at all.

I rent Uhauls often, and my ONLY complaint is how long it can take sometimes for check-in. The self check-in option is handy, but often takes as long, if not longer than going through the staff.

the pick-up location was Clean and helpful staff. The drop off location was a different story. I found the staff rude and unhelpful. I am a 61, I was told to move the trailer to a different lot and un-hook from my car and come back. The 6 x12 has a heavy tongue.

Very friendly.... Just did not like the comparison photos for the check in... I mean the workers said every little scratch that wasn't marked with an X was a big deal.... And there are literally tons of X's on the truck... It was hard to tell what you could be held responsible for... That was my main concern... Other than that the experience was great

the only problem with this space is the severe lack of parking for customers in the front of the office. it is not a big deal; i parked across the road until a space opened.

The process of reserving a vehicle was a shambles. We booked over the phone with credit card to another location nearby and were told to put down cash deposit in person. When we arrived the location had another person already in our slot. Calling back we were transferred to customer services who said our booking was at Towerline Pl, not where we had chosen. They reassured us we had the vehicle from 9 to 5. As we didn't trust the info we drove to Towerline Pl. to be told we only had the vehicle from 730 to 1130. They were kind to extend to 1330 and we reserved a back up slot from 4 to 8 pm. All this cost us a half day of vital time and caused a high degree of stress to an already stressful moving period. We also were put on hold for 15 min when we tried to cancel the 4 pm booking. We then managed to cancel online but given the previous diabolical communication we were stressed thinking it may not tell Towerline Pl and we may be charged. We also overshot refilling the gas but we were told by Towerline Pl that there was nothing they could do as it's company policy. In summary I recommend only the staff at Towerline Pl and would tell others you have to physically drive to a location to make a booking as phoning in is complete misinformation and if we had trusted the info we would have been left high and dry without a vehicle at the last moment on moving day. As a company I think the CEO should be ashamed and replaced given the empty promises their company makes at such critical times to customers.

I moved because the cost has become prohibitive. $175 a month for a 10x10 is a rip off. That is $2000 a year. I would not recommend just based on the ridiculous fee.
