They charged me over 200 and couldn’t fix the issue or find out why when my total after pick up and drop off was only 60 something even there toll free number could not help only told me to wait in hope it would drop off if not I was told to contact my bank.

MARCUS BOne of the young ladies was nice. However, her attire was unprofessional. They had a bottle of hot sauce on the counter. Then another employee came in and went behind the counter with a bonnet on her head. On the day of my return. I over slept. I was awakened to what seemed like a phone call from the manager, yelling and telling me that I needed to hurry and return the truck because someone was waiting on it. I do realize that I was wrong, but bill me if you have to, don't call me yelling.
MAISHA WThanks for the smiling face and welcoming professional personality that greeted us. She was a helpful blessing in that moment she may never know how much she ment to us. On Saturday we delt with a family tragedy. Then had to assist my granddaughter move on Sunday. We needed the positive customer Service the young lady provided. Please thank her again for us.

One young lady attitude was very nasty and dismissive. Was on her phone the whole time assisting me and More Every wasn't rude but wouldn't go back if needed
Ashely WThe person that checked me out was rude. I stood right in front of her for 10 minutes, while she dealt with some venmo payment for a friend and was texting (she didn't even acknowledge I was there). When she checked me out she didn't give me the dolly I rented.

LONNIE TThe workers were very slow. After 15-30 minutes, we finally got our keys. When we went out to get the vehicle, it was blocked in by another vehicle. We returned inside, where we had to wait another 5 minutes while the staff argued with another customer (who was supposed to be renting the vehicle that was blocking ours). It was a waste of my time.

MELANIE NThe vehicle I rented absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. There was also ash still on the dashboard and crumbs of food in the cup holder. The staff at the site told me there was nothing they could do about the smell and that they were aware. Other than telling me that I would not be charged because they already knew, they were not helpful. It was so bad, I would not have rented this vehicle if I had time to find another option. I was overall very disappointed. I could smell the cigarette stink on my boxes as I was unloading.

Bernard E | Expérience généraleThe biggest problem occurred when I picked up the van. The woman who was behind the counter was categorically the worst employee I have ever encountered. She was completely nonplused and could care less about anything. She was rude, cantankerous and generally a bad person. Something definitely needs to be done. Otherwise the van was fine although one of the tires continually leaked. When I turned the van in the fellow who was there was very nice and pleasant.

Rose CThe customer service representatives had on a bonnet and kids were running everywhere. Not a customer's kids, one of the workers kid. The truck I received had a broken mirror and smelled in the cab. I called back to let them know of everything and a gentleman answer the phone and said "Hello". I had to ask was it UHaul, because I thought it was a regular person phone. I'm waiting on my final charges when they assess the truck today to see if they overcharge me for anything. I even took the truck back early because I was over the whole experience.

RHEYA TThe Customer Service Representatives lack knowledge of product and availability. They didn't give me a drop off location either and they switch my truck. The dolly wasn't there I order.. And I was given a decent rate.. Horrible experience

CONNIE MI recently just rented a uhual just for a short time yesterday, and i while i need to the service done. One lady employee had given me a really icky face of me wanting service. I know the timing was not perfect of entering the store, but i believe i could've gotten a better greeting than what i had to endure of completing my service.
KELSEY UReserved a truck ahead of time to be Rented and returned same day. Picked up the truck in the morning then dropped it back off 2,5 hours earlier than expected. The next day, both of my emergency contacts and I received phone calls informing me I did not return my truck. Night shift worker didn't check my truck in the previous day. Other than that, service was fantastic. Truck was clean and ready when I got there, inside service was friendly upon pick up.

ANN PTish & her staff delivered yet another fabulous day of service. Being disabled in the world is hard enough. Parkinson's & bad back made this one of the worst moves for us. I'm useless, Tish jumped in and asked what she could do to help. Even had a staff member come check on me later on in the day. Your company has a diamond in her. Bathroom was clean & areas for things were well sorted & organized. As a former manager I cannot say enough good things about this U-Haul site. Thanks again! Elizabeth & Dan

SALIF SSo i rented a truck for the 19,95 a day . But I only needed it for a couple hours. So rather than having it sit in the driveway I told them I would bring it back at 1. Well I did what I needed and returned the truck. At 1:15! I acknowledge that I was late. And the man than finally came out me asked how I wanted my receipt and I opted for online. Later in the day I looked at the email. I was charged another 19,95 for being 15 min late!!!I could be fine with a.penalty or a charge for an extra hour but an entire other day is reduculos!!

Musette M | Expérience généraleThe only thing that was inconvenient for me was the hours that I could access my unit. I just wished it was 24 hours. This didn't affect my decision to stop using storage, I finally found a place to call home. I absolutely loved the staff at this location. The manager should get a raise, she's just the best. Once, I forgot to lock my unit and left the door open. She put a lock on it for me until I came back again. I felt like she was always willing to work with me if I was late, maybe it was the policy but she made me feel like she was looking out for me. I will miss chatting with her. Thanks for letting me use the storage. Also, I frequently rent your trucks and I'll say It's always hassle free and effortless, except the hauling furniture part. Thanks Again!

They give me 2 small storage when I had a 3 bedroom house and living room and den it wasn't a offer move and I move out on the march 1 and they still charge me to move out I will never came back to U-Haul to order me a storage never again if you only have something small you should give a person one price on a storage I'm only going to order a truck from our

Timara F | Expérience généraleWen i made it to my drop off location the managers insisted I could not the discount offered to me. After 30 minutes I received the discount. Next, I was told at my drop off location I had until 7 pm to finish unloading to turn in my rental equipment. i was done near 6 and the office was still open. As I was standing behind a customer I pulled out of line and told I was not to expect a refund in cash although I paid in cash.i was asked for a receipt but had not checked the Renta equipment in yet. I received the run around. After I stated how I really wanted my money I left the office when I tried to come back in I was treated in a hostile manner while being stopped at the door. The Uhaul company on Union Avenue. The GM Crystal called was very unresponsive.I was stereotyped.i was told I couldn't enter the store due to me being upset with the service.i asked to return the key to my truckand was told I couldn't receive a invoice a piece of paper that shows at least I did return the equipment. I couldn't get any respect unless I was the white man in front of me who's received sympathy for his car being stolen although I had just traveled over 300 miles with two little kids and little no help unloading or loading my home. This is false advertising by uhaul and complete discrimination by the assistant manager who the GM Mom when she called to get authorization to go forward with my first month of free storage. I will never recommend uhaul of Memphis on Union Avenue.they so wish washy and so clicked up you can't get your money back if a deposit was made at least I can't.

It stinks that these people seem to not like their jobs, but don't take it out on the customer...honestly this location need a makeover with employees or to be completely shut down. I have don't business with Uhaul many times. This experience takes the cake and Iwill be considering other options in the future for my moving and storage needs.
Ashley C | Expérience généraleFor the price that it cost me to store my items in the storage it wasn't really well kept. I had over $500 in damaged items. There was nice that got into the unit and ate threw my brand new mattresses and urinated on them. They ate kids clothes toys electronics and even toiletries like powder and soaps. I didn't think that having everything packaged in plastics and boxed down would still cause so much damage. I had this unit from July 2019 to Jun 2021 and the price went up and the maintenance went down. This was an awful experience and u-haul must do better. I still have went through everything as of yet but I know there may be more damaged items bsce some boxes are covered in rat feces and urine. Thanks one of your valued customers
