I am not tech savvy & entered wrong info for the trucks return (COST ME BIG TIME!). I had to pay before I could get the 2nd truck; yet I got an email saying it wasn't paid!! I have my receipt & it came out of my acct. But, my service was great!!! No problem with the truck @all. Thank you! Ms. C. Baker

Clifford MaddoxThe manager LeTeshaies Hill called me and yelled at me over the phone accusing me of purposefully "screwing her over" and threatened to charge me triple the price if I don't bring the uhaul back. I dropped it off at the wrong location unknowingly due to it being the first time Ive ever rented a uhual. She refused to listen to me and told me that everything I'm saying is excuses and the guy who helped me didnt go over anything, he just checked if my phone and email matched and gave me the keys. DO NOT go to this location. The manager is rude, ghetto, and disrespectful. A person like her does not need a job in customer service whatsoever.

I was thankful the truck did not smell like marijuana, even though the inside of the store smelled a little funky. Would recommend this location to friends. And I will go here first if I need to rent a U-Haul.

Ze'Erica DuncanJust have one outstanding question: I rented a 10 ft. truck for $19,95 for 3 hours; purchased $8 worth of fuel which more than replaced what I used, and my total charge was $53! No explanation was given to satisfy the difference, nor was a breakdown given on my invoice/receipt. I am still waiting on a return phone call from their home office. Clearly their special offer comes full of loopholes!

John MichaelBetter customer service. One of the young ladies was on cell phone on what clearly was a personal call based on conversation and profanity used. I purchased a dozen furniture pads but was afraid to use because the third pad had what appeared to be puke all over it. I requested refund but haven't received. We also left a bed rail on truck when we returned. When we came the next day to check the young man was waiting on a customer and said he would check in the back when he finished. The lady on the phone came in and said no without looking. I tried to call on Monday to speak to manager but was put on hold and didn't get to speak to anyone. My husband stopped by Tuesday and was rudely told that it was trashed. I guess it was easier to throw away than pick up the phone and call. I'm still waiting on my refund for dirty pads.
Anita DrakeThey charged me for the insurance after I explicitly selected no when reserving it online, and was never asked about it again in person. The employee then lied and said she asked me (she wasn't even the person who checked me in, so that is impossible) and was extremely unprofessional and argumentative. Refused to solve the issue in store and told me to call corporate.

Musette Mitchell | Expérience généraleThe only thing that was inconvenient for me was the hours that I could access my unit. I just wished it was 24 hours. This didn't affect my decision to stop using storage, I finally found a place to call home. I absolutely loved the staff at this location. The manager should get a raise, she's just the best. Once, I forgot to lock my unit and left the door open. She put a lock on it for me until I came back again. I felt like she was always willing to work with me if I was late, maybe it was the policy but she made me feel like she was looking out for me. I will miss chatting with her. Thanks for letting me use the storage. Also, I frequently rent your trucks and I'll say It's always hassle free and effortless, except the hauling furniture part. Thanks Again!

They give me 2 small storage when I had a 3 bedroom house and living room and den it wasn't a offer move and I move out on the march 1 and they still charge me to move out I will never came back to U-Haul to order me a storage never again if you only have something small you should give a person one price on a storage I'm only going to order a truck from our

Next, I was told at my drop off location I had until 7 pm to finish unloading to turn in my rental equipment. i was done near 6 and the office was still open. As I was standing behind a customer I pulled out of line and told I was not to expect a refund in cash although I paid in cash.i was asked for a receipt but had not checked the Renta equipment in yet. I received the run around. After I stated how I really wanted my money I left the office when I tried to come back in I was treated in a hostile manner while being stopped at the door. The Uhaul company on Union Avenue. The GM Crystal called was very unresponsive.I was stereotyped.i was told I couldn't enter the store due to me being upset with the service.i asked to return the key to my truckand was told I couldn't receive a invoice a piece of paper that shows at least I did return the equipment. I couldn't get any respect unless I was the white man in front of me who's received sympathy for his car being stolen although I had just traveled over 300 miles with two little kids and little no help unloading or loading my home. This is false advertising by uhaul and complete discrimination by the assistant manager who the GM Mom when she called to get authorization to go forward with my first month of free storage. I will never recommend uhaul of Memphis on Union Avenue.they so wish washy and so clicked up you can't get your money back if a deposit was made at least I can't.

It stinks that these people seem to not like their jobs, but don't take it out on the customer...honestly this location need a makeover with employees or to be completely shut down. I have don't business with Uhaul many times. This experience takes the cake and Iwill be considering other options in the future for my moving and storage needs.
Ashley Cosey | Expérience généraleFor the price that it cost me to store my items in the storage it wasn't really well kept. I had over $500 in damaged items. There was nice that got into the unit and ate threw my brand new mattresses and urinated on them. They ate kids clothes toys electronics and even toiletries like powder and soaps. I didn't think that having everything packaged in plastics and boxed down would still cause so much damage. I had this unit from July 2019 to Jun 2021 and the price went up and the maintenance went down. This was an awful experience and u-haul must do better. I still have went through everything as of yet but I know there may be more damaged items bsce some boxes are covered in rat feces and urine. Thanks one of your valued customers
