Check on system is very clumsy. The D.L. scan would not function on my phone. Just one of the bumps in a 45 minute experience with mobmess but me in the store.

I went to drop off my tow dolly and Uhaul did not check in the tow dolly. The next day I got a phone call from them asking when I was going to bring back the tow dolly. I told them I had brought it in the day before. They had to search the yard to find it. They called back and said they found it and sent me my receipt.

Poor slow customer service and received broken equipment. They couldn't fix out how to bill me so they said it was free. Now I received a promissory note for the amount due. Less than $10.

This location uses a computer system that does not work or that they cannot manage. My timely return of a trailer was not logged in properly by the attendant and I was called that evening to ask where the trailer was. When I informed them I had returned it they discovered it was there but then charged me for an extra day. When I called about the problem I was forwarded to a regional office that informed me they could not do anything about it but prepared a Customer Action File, sent to the local office.

The cab of our moving truck smelled awful. I know people get sweaty while moving but you can tell no one has attempted to neutralize the odor. Our Dolly was not secure and we had to stop half way to our house and open the back to secure it. The transmission is obviously going out on this truck which made it much more stressful to drive. I will do my best effort to never rent a truck or do any kind of business with U-Haul.

There didn't seem to be enough staff. One staff was helping multiple customers- long wait initially. Staff was very friendly, truck worked fine and was clean. Check in once finished was very quick and staff was very friendly and helpful.

there were 7 people waiting in line when I arrived at 9:30 on a Saturday. there were 2 people on duty, working hard. you shouldhave been able to anticipate that another clerk would be needed.

There is a tremendous lack of communication both among the employees and communication to the customer. I was not told I would be responsible for buying straps if the ones on the auto transport were inadequate. Being a first-time renter of the auto transport I assume the straps would be universally large enough and was surprised when they weren't. this caused me to be nearly two hours late getting on my journey. I received a call asking when I was going to return the auto transport though I had done so the evening before with an employee receiving it. I was told the employee did not appropriately show the auto transport has returned. I am not certain what sort of training occurs with a staff, but at this point it seems inadequate. I want to add that the employees were friendly and accommodating. And this is why I would recommend this U-Haul center to my acquaintances and friends.

The price is just more expensive. For example, my 10 by 10 ended up being 120, at another place I could get 10 by 20 for 125. The service at this place was always good though. Thank you!

The complaint I have is due to my personal storage unit. There was damage to my things due a leak in the past in the roof. It was fixed but not the ceiling inside. Water and rodent damage.
