Trevion Scott was awesome! He was friendly and helpful and professional. He was so fast!!! Amazing!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UHAUL LOCATION!!!
Andrew F. | First ImpressionsThe employees are very rude. I was put on autopay by an employee without my approval. I called once and talked to the manager and explained to him that my rent would be late, I asked him not to run my card payment because the funds wouldn't be there. 5 days later my card was still charged causing me overdraft fees. I called back and he reversed the transaction which took 4 days and then I was charge more late fees. They are incompetent and don't communicate well with eachother. I was paying for a gated facility but sometimes the gate was wide open and within the last 6 months the gate had been removed. I wouldn't suggest anyone use this facility.
