Best U-Haul location I've ever experienced. The staff was helpful and was out to visit me right after I pulled in. This is twice I've been here in the last few weeks. You need to let people know up front that they need to refill the gas used before bringing the vehicle back to drop off. Whether it's your company policy or not just mention it before the customer takes the vehicle. I brought my vehicle back and then was asked if I replaced the gas and I hadn't because no one told me. I then I had to leave the facility and be charged for more miles because I had to go to a gas station when I had only driven the vehicle like 10 miles.AMANDA G.

I recently rented and returned a uhaul box truck. Upon receiving my emailed invoiced receipt I noticed I was charged and additional approximate twenty dollars for a fuel charge. I attempted to call the facility I rented the truck from and and an automated system stated there was a forty to fifty minute wait time to speak to an individual. I re-examined the emailed receipt and noticed a link to reply to for concerns/questions. I replied to the email link with pictures of mileage and fuel tank levels upon my departure and time of return. The pictures clearly showed the fuel level was above the level at time of pick up. All of the above actions were completed during my local facilities standard operating hours. My suggestion to improve customer service would be for your facilities to answer phone calls and work with your customers to resolve their issues.ARTHUR M.

Treyvion, Kevin and Cameron helped us rent two trucks in two days and the service was above and beyond. They helped us figure out what type of truck to rent for a move just across town and what options we should consider. Then when we ran out of time it was just an easy phone call to extend the time so we could finish. They were very knowledgeable, professional and fun to work with. We are moving our sons in a month so will definitely be back. The prices and location were much better than Penske!TERESA A.

We have now used this UHaul location a few times. It is easy to schedule onine, and they have always had our reservation ready to go when we come to pick up the truck. They have great moving supplies, and also provide a link for local moving help to load or unload. It has worked out well for us.MICHAEL W.
This location was nice but the uhaul in general needs to care a little more about their customers. Anytime you need to speak to someone no one will answer the phone to help. I was a little annoyed that the size of the truck I reserved was not available. I reserved a 20 ft truck approx. 4 weeks before my moving date to ensure I would get that size. I received a phone call 2 days before my move saying that truck was not available and that I had to use the 26 footer to move which was way too much and I honestly felt uncomfortable driving a vehicle that large. What is the point of reserving the trucks online only to receive a call right before you move saying your reserved truck was given to someone else?Jordan A.

Truck smelled like someone vomited in there. Even though the employee cleaned it by simply putting lots of cleaning products in an attempt to make the truck smell good, it still smelled very bad. The presence of vomit and bacteria really made this a very difficult trip. Really disappointedAhmad A.
Horrible service agent wouldn't get off his phone then the supervisor called said they would not charge for any of it and then I get more charges! The supervisor down played the agent being rude to me saying that he didn't say anything out of line he just didn't pay attention to you like the fact it on his phone the whole time isn't that big of a deal and then for them to continue to charge me I will never use U-Haul again this has been the worst experience of my life.JENNIFER S.

I rented the truck through the website. I had rented a cargo van, a furniture dolly, queen mattress cover, and pads. I got notice a few days before that they didn't have a cargo van so they were going to rent me the 10' truck instead, which was fine. However when I got there, they did not have any furniture dolly's in the building, and they forgot the mattress cover. I had placed the rental a week in advance, so there was plenty of time to make sure they had at least the dolly and mattress cover in the building.Michael M.
I was frustrated that I could not return defective straps that I bought at that location. I asked for return policy when I bought them and was told I'd just need a receipt. Then I went back and tried to return the straps which did not release well and had one ratchet handle bent out of shape. They didn't even look at them and said opened items could not be returned. Spoke to the manager and he confirmed that he won't take them back. So out of the total of $300 I spent at that location, the fact I was pissed about $50 worth of straps means I probably won't come back.PAWEL S.
