Provide gas. I was given a vehicle with the needle passed the E and the empty light was on. It too over forty dollars for the needle to move. Not fair.

I also asked a few questions and they were very impatient and short with me. They were not busy at the time. When I returned the truck I was ignored and they helped the person behind me when I was first in line. Overall the customer service was below average. Customers come back primarily for the service . That being said, I will no longer do business in this store.

AJ HStorage is located near home, it's conveniently located. The Staff is semi-friendly, some are kind and others have an attitude (but still helpful). The facility is clean, i did find a baby roach and spiders in some of my belongings after moving the items out. (Nothing to fuss about) Overall, i would recommend this location.

Jose SI did not like the new requirement of having to complete the check in ourselves. It took longer than checking in with the associate at the front desk and was more tedious. This should not be a requirement, especially after specifically requesting a counter check in when making a reservation.

So the very nice employee of yours helped me out. If I didn't have him help me. I would have never used your company. I think it is a horrible policy.

Closing out at the end of the month per my contract and always following rules I was forced with out sympathy and consideration to pay $5 for a key card I no longer had. The manager threatened to leave my account open until I came back with the $5 and told me "you have 6 days before you get charged a full months rent" (I didn't have money because I was unemployed and barely surviving. A little compassion goes along way and I'm almost certain your company wouldn't have went belly up by waiving the fee. God have mercy on this world. It's a shame what we have become to each other .

When I arrived everyone was friendly and helpful but the new unit I had paid for was still occupied. I was told there was a delay in the previous occupant moving out and asked the staff to contact me when the unit was available. No one called to notify me but instead I received a call that I had left my existing unit unlocked at this time I asked about the new unit and was told it was empty. I'm very disappointed in the service I received especially since I've been a long time customer.

Also was not allowed to actually physically view the space to be rented until I rented it. Felt that they were trying to pressure me and hide something. Explanation was that prospective renters might move in before signing agreement. I asked for them to have an employee open unit so I could view it due to advertised space size discrepancy. Was told no way that would happen so I signed agreement and was escorted to space and it was already unlocked. If I wasn't under some personal time restraints I would have walked out Certainly not what I expected from uhaul after my multiple year dealings with your company. Really gave me a bad feeling.i also got a couple of other surprises as well both when i went to rent a van and to rent the storage space that I found very aggravating If you want to talk to me about those I will discuss them over the phone.
