Customer service was great but I will not be recommending anyone to uhaul again until they make the cleaning changes after every customer.

Arax B.Yes and no to the equipment question. The truck I rented on Friday was out of gas and had a check engine light on and a bumper that was not fully attached. I was assured the check engine light was not an issue but it was unsettling. The van I rented Saturday was clean and in good condition. The staff at this location were very helpful and friendly.

WILLIAM H.The staff & management told me CDW insurance was "mandatory" for an in-town van rental, despite the fact that the Uhaul website refers to this as optional and the registration process allowed me to decline it. I had to contact U-Haul customer service to get this straightened out and get a refund. Either the website is misleading and the registration process is offering false price quotes, or the staff is being dishonest with customers.

My only quibble is with the number of emails I received following the online reservation: I was unsure of which emails were valid action items related to my reservation and which emails were just opportunities for U-Haul to upsell. Good experience overall.

David F.This was the first time I've had to rent a U-Haul. The staff was very friendly. They explained the process and it made it go smoothly. I also experienced a lockout and Isiah from this location came to help guide me to open the door. THIS!! Is what I called customer service especially after being told from U-Haul customer service or road side support That it would be $210 to have them come and open the door through roadside assistance which I feel is ridiculous so Isiah thank you to Isiah and show my appreciation for him coming to assist. My only negative from this experience was the condition of the truck on the inside. There was standing water at some point in the truck and it was still left on the floor under the seats as well.

There were trucks and cars parked along the front of the parking area so I wasn't to sure to park the truck there or not as well as the parking being tight because of the cars on the side. Also the drop box for the key is kind of scary I feel like someone might have been able to stick their hand in the slot and take the keys

When I arrived to drop off the trailer, I went into the office (no one was in the yard) and interrupted the 3 of them talking and said I needed to drop off the trailer. They all stared at each other, one walked away, another pretended to do paper work, and the 3rd was clearly irritated that they had to help. She said she'd meet me outside at my truck and walked into another room. I waited by my truck in the cold for a little over 5 minutes, then disconnected the trailer myself and drove off. I have no idea why the person went into another room, as she had her cold weather gear already on. I certainly didn't feel 'valued' or 'respected'.
Neil H.The truck that I rented was a non smoking vehicle but the previous renter smoked in it and even left their cigarettes in the console. I had to purchase air freshener and spray it extensively every time I drove so that I didn't also smell like tobacco. I also was charged for the cleaning fee even though it was not me. Other than that, the Silverado drove very well with no issues.
Christof B.When I got the vehicle the truck was on empty I check the back to make sure the dolly I rented out was in the back it was not so I had to walk back up the hill let them know and I had to pull my dolly back to the back and on the truck “not my job†the truck was so messed up it doesn't go over 30mph when returning the truck I informed isael of every issue his reply was just “okay†I leave and get to work they charged me for gas when I returned it how I received it WORST LOCATION WOULD NIT GO VACK OR RECOMMEND

I was put in a building further away and the price was more than advertised inside the store. When I asked I was told that's the wrong price they have to change it. I finally get to my storage unit and there is a huge medal beam in the middle of my unit. I had to maneuver my belongings around it, a huge inconvenience. So I'm paying full price for a unit that's not the size it's advertised as well. First and last time using uhaul storage.

Went to my storage at the top floor and there was black tar hanging from the celling and covered all of my furniture. I would like I refund for at least some of my money but I know they will give me attitude. When I arrived to my storage unit there was a red tag indicating I haven't been paying my payments but I paid all my payments and had receipts for all my payments if I could get corporate number to get a refund please let me know.
