The only thing I would change is rates I would recommend daily/or weekly charges for people like me who don’t need a whole month other than that every thing was great!

Ngozi O.Local agent very adversarial when I called him about an after hours drop off charge that I was unaware of. He told me it was in the contract, I owed it, should have read it, etc. and was unwilling to credit my account. I was told when I made my reservation that I could drop off the truck sooner than my scheduled return date, but there was no credit for bringing it back early. I was not told about any after hours fees. Anyway, thanks to the courtesy and good marketing sense of Kevin Lindell in the traffic management department, he credited me the $20 fee. It was not about the money, but just being unaware of it verbally, which I admittedly did not read on my end, was not good. Again, customer service for $20 is wise and the local agent at Amanda Lane has no concept of good customer service, but just the opposite. He actually hung up on me when I wanted to discuss it with him more. His name may be Dubois, not sure. Anyway, I will rent from U Haul again due to the good customer service I did receive, but the check in issue was not good and the drop off location agent also not good and should be discussed. Again, customer service is key and bad customer service is not to be tolerated. Thanks Jerry Averyt

Tony J.As I as traveling, it rained and water came into the passenger side front window. I mentioned this to the return agent in Texas. I have a picture if you need to see. When you wash the truck, you will see water leak inside. Also if the agent taking our order can describe if the truck has a dolly, ramp, then we can better select a more suitable truck.

AHMAD S.1 way in and out is not a good practice or ease of entry or exit for customers. I was in unit 1101 right next to a door but couldn't access. The hallways are narrow n would've been lots easier to use that door.

If if I return my truck one day earlier than my reservations, I feel like I should get a credit for that but the customer service representatives said no. I did go over my estimated mileage from my reservation. The staff were great picking up and returning the rental.

After signing the contract and given a security card and a nap with my unit highlighted I went home to finish loading my truck. I recieved an email where the manager tried to blame me for not answering my phone because I was IN THE MIDDLE OF MOVING line it was my fault his facility rented me a room that somehow after my reservation and in person meeting someone later figured out was rented to another person. This was after business hours and in a Sunday so I was left high and dry without a storage unit causing me to have to pay extra for a truck for another day. The insulting thing is in the email the manager tried to make me the responsible party for now answering my phone WHILE I WAS BUSY MOVING. This is the most unprofessional business I've dealt with on a long time. If you are looking for storage I would look anywhere but here. I even responded to the email to give the manager a chance to redeem himself but an unprofessional person who blame a customer BEFORE taking responsibility for their mistakes is a unprofessional as it gets. This was the most disappointing experience I've ever had with uhaul and even after giving the manager a chance to at least apologize or make me the customer happy he failed for the second time. I hope uhaul can fix these issues and find ways to compensate their customers for unprofessional and inadequate service because if they don't they will lose more customers like me and the ppl I will be forced to tell to stay away because of my experience.

We returned the truck with the same amount of gas we were given and yet I was still charged 100 dollars for fuel fees. Girl who was there when we returned the truck was not helpful when we called after receiving online receipt.

WARREN S.The truck was not easily found and had no key. We had to wait for the counter person to get the key. Once the truck was full from the storage unit the truck wouldn't start. We went to lunch while the counter person tries to work things out. When we returned there was nothing done. The roadside assistance person wouldn't work with the counter person and insisted that they try to trouble shoot with the customer before sending someone out. It was a very stressful day.

Needless to say I had to carry everything upstairs to the third floor on foot hardly any carts very rude gentleman tell me with a full car as I pull up that I cannot have access to my storage due to the elevator being out of service. Highly not recommended F+++++++

Alvaro R. | Expérience généraleThe truck I drove there from Michigan was rejected by the location so I lost my free month special for my storage unit. Although uhaul in Michigan informed me that I can drop off at this location both my truck and my trailer. There were no large storage units at the nearest uhaul for me to select. I am very unhappy that both locations are uhaul companies and my special was not honored. My pickup location misinformed me and I had to pay $200 for my first month in order to unload the truck. I would like uhaul to credit my second month for the mishap on their end. Not only did it cost me $2500 for a one way and auto transport, I spent money above my budget. The rep who checked in ,y storage refused to also give me two keys for the storage even after I explained to him that my husband and I will not always be together and will need access. I really feel like uhaul can do better. I would like to be contacted by leadership with some sort of resolution to my concerns. Thank you for your time and consideration.

The manager told me that if I called on the 3rd day which was July 29th instead of the 4th day July 30th. That I could've moved out free of charge. So I paid a whole months rent for an empty storage unit. I've had problems with Uhaul since I started my moving journey. I scheduled a rental and when I went to go pick it up, on my moving day, they told me my reservation had been canceled. No one called me to inform of that. I will never give my money to this company again!

Gladys B. | Premières impressionsNot a good place to store anything. They never answer the phone. Phone calls are always being forwarded to the call center. It took them quite a while to enter my correct information so I would get alerts as to when my bill was due. This caused me to get a late fee which, when I requested a refund, they ignored. I had two storage units and forgot to pay the bill on one of them and they locked my card preventing me from getting to the storage unit that was up to date as well. This place is just a disorganized mess.
