The uhaul worker failed to let me know that they had transferred my reservation to another location. He could have called so that I wouldn't have had to waste my time and gas driving across town. Then he didn't even say sorry. Then the truck had bald tires. We had snow and the truck got stuck. This was a horrible truck and experience

Give accurate information and consistent information; dolly and blankets were supposed to be included; with no charge for the dolly. 25 min wait time to actually wait in line to get my rental, gas estimate was slightly underestimated; I was told I could drop in another city; they said the did not accept drop offs and wanted to charge me. I had to argue, and since no charges were popping up they finally took it; somewhat hidden charges not emphasized boosted price: explain the contract better. ; do not tell Persons and affirm a drop off and then say you ant do that plan;

Make sure tires have air. Rt rear outter dual wheel was flat noticed vibrating at 40mph+ after picking it up.

It's kinda hard to see where the Customer Service checkout counter is when first entering the office; maybe have a big overhead sign?

My reservation pick up was changed to a different location. I can't understand why the truck couldn't have been taken to the location we chose. Also, employees need to be re-educated on the insurance policies. We purchased the SafeMove policy and were told that it covers EVERYTHING. I specifically asked that, in a case example, we pulled into a gas station and hit the awning, would that be covered ? We were told yes, it covers all damage and liabilities. This was not the case. We had a small accident and clipped the side of our apartment building - I filed a claim and was told that the insurance only covers the truck - NOT any other damage or liability. The insurance policies are not clear and the employees need to be fully aware of what is/is not covered. This will be our last move with Uhaul.

I moved-out of the unit on 9/26/2020; you emailed me with Delinquent Notice. I NEVER received am email for my move-out. This email suggests my move-out was 10-06-20---THAT IS INCORRECT.

My only complaint is the cost of the storage facility. I was paying $127.00 a month. I've paid half that at alot nicer storage facilities.
