This was my second rental this day and I just needed something smaller to finish up my move. This pickup was very nice and had a smooth ride.

The truck I received clearly had transmission issues. On a straight road it would jump to 2 and 3 on the RPM instrument panel and then slam down to 1 with quite the lerch forward. It would not go when you hit the pedal because it seems it was stuck in gears. It made for an awful rental. I did let the folks at the station know upon its return.

I was recommended a smaller truck but went to 17ft just to be safe and thinking the whole back end was 17 ft ...well overall truck was way to small which was a big problem Just wish they would hav explained better what size to get as they said 12 to 15 and i really needed a 20 foot

I have used this location for many years and have not had issues in the past but lately experience has gone downhill. I've had multiple extra charges on my card that have required calling in for corrections, as well as the last two rentals, the trucks reserved were not available. The 2nd to last rental I was forced to get a smaller truck than needed, and of course required an extra trip resulting in more mileage. With my last rental, when I arrived there was not one pickup on the whole lot, I went in for service and while trying to figure it out, one was returned, so it worked out, but was frustrating, as this seems to be becoming a pattern.

When I asked if bringing the truck back during the night was going to be extra or anything extra the worker stated "No." Only to be charged an extra $20 for bringing the truck back around 9 pm.

Mileage was incorrect and was told that would be resolved. Issue wasn’t resolved and I got over charged. Now I have to waste time filing disputes. Won’t be using uhaul again.

Fix your computers! it was obvious your having computer issues nation wide. You have great employees give them a computer system that functions properly so they can be successful and costumers do not have to wait so long to check out equipment. Probably best to have your I T people service nationwide computer systems at night.
