I needed to extend a one day rental to two days. I was told it would be an additional 19,95 $ plus the 10,00 $ insurance. Upon return of the van I was charged a 79,95 $ additional day charge. I was then told it was because I had driven more than 100 miles. I had indicated that I was would be driving 200+ miles at time of rental, and was not informed of any additional charges. I requested the additional charges on my billing to be reversed and was refused. I would not recommend anyone doing business here for these reasons.Michael G.

My reservation pick up location changed 3 times!! The last time was 30 minutes prior to pick up and we were already at a dif location which was 10 miles from where we made the original reservation. Not happy with this at all. The service was fine once we got to the right place but what is the point in confirming the day before if you change it literally as I'm standing at the location I confirmed with?Richard R.

Your customer service people working were a bunch of clowns. Explicitly arguing with one another in front of me at checkout, and one played a video game on his phone at full volume through the entire check-out process. Also, I never had the final receipt emailed to me.Jeremy S.

I do not know if it was a fluke but there seemed to be a lot of business when I arrived and only two front desk personnel. The line was almost 6 customers deep when I left. If this is a daily occurrence then perhaps more front desk personnel, If I just arrived at an odd moment then no change. The front desk personnel were friendly and efficient, just had a lot of customers at one time.SCOTT A.
To be open, instead of a rusted lock system, the truck needed a oil change, this truck was unsafe to drive. Was stuck in tow. A 2 1/2 hour drive took 4 hours because my father felt unsafe traveling to Kansas City.Kim E.

The only thing I would say is the truck I rented needed a tune up or some transmission work lol! Other than that the lady that checked us out was great. She helped me figure out the milage and deposit and all. I don't remember her name but she sits to the far left at the 89th maple location. Thank her again for us!antonio R.

It was easy to book, pick up, and drop off my rental; and everything was clean and well-maintained.Matthew M.
The ignition switch on the truck we rented stuck making it hard to start . The guy that we picked the van up from was horrible. The best attribute to customer service was that he was still breathing. He was rude and had no desire to help us. When we checked the van back in and he was there again. He told us he would not check in the van and to go find someone out side to do it. Thankfully when we found a person outside they were much better.Scott P.

Pendleton's towing was absolutely the worst experience ever. I then received a phone call that my equipment was never returned when I had in fact returned it early. I would not use Pendleton's towing for anything uhaul ever. Questionable if I'll ever use uhaul again based off this experience. Especially with how much I paid. FuriousMaha A.

My trailer was not checked in when I arrived to pick it up so they almost gave me a different one. It turns out it was there they just failed to process it into their inventory. I then dropped mine off and got a call the next day saying I still needed to return my trailer which I obviously had and they again failed to process into their inventory.RICHARD L.

Everything went well. The truck had an error on the dash having to do with the gas cap. We experienced rain on our trip and the windshield wipers were in need of replacement. We went through mountains and the brakes seemed to need replacement as well.Paul A.

The lady that helped me was beyond fantastic. I returned the equipment early and they made a mistake when they checked it in. I got a voicemail message the next day asking where the equipment was. When I tried to call back the wait time to talk to someone was supposedly 14 minutes. I ended up having to drive to the location to resolve the issue. When I got there they said "sorry, we found it." Someone had transposed a number. They were nicely apologetic but the issue cost me a couple of hours. They did not make any effort to make things right. I think they should have offered me a coupon or something. - I rent from them every couple of months and have always been happy. In this instance, I think they dropped the ball.Alfred B.

Absolutely awful experience. Would not even give one star. We arrived 20 minutes early and checked in online. All that was left was to receive our keys. We parked by our reserved truck and went inside. the woman behind the desk then argued that our truck was not available and she would need to make a new reservation even though the truck was in the lot. She then took 30 minutes to make the new reservation to wich we were given the truck in the original reservation. Our account was charged twice and two days later this still has not been resolved and recredited. The quality of the truck itself was very poor. Although the cab was very clean the truck was full of damage and the box was actually tapped up. The most important issue with the truck was that the breaks were horrible. Very loud screeching/scrapping and in a large vehicle like that it is unacceptable and very unsafe. Upon returning the vehicle after hours, we went to check in the truck using their 24/7 program. It would not accept the check in on the first step stating that the odometer Miles we listed were lower than we started off. They apparently assigned us different truck and didn't change that in the reservation that they took 40 minutes to make cutting into our rental time. For the price we paid I would not recommend uhual to anyone and in the future will definitely be using another company.Mathew R.

I called 2 weeks in advance got the confirmation number called 2 days before I left they said it was at a different location I called them they said yes it's here the day before I left they sent an email saying it was at a different location I called that number the guy said no it's at the location they said earlier and I could pick it up today and I said I won't be there till tomorrow around 2 on my way to Nebraska 2 hours out I get an email saying my reservation was canceled what the h I called and talked to kaylin brown at council bluffs Nebraska and she couldn't believe this and she said she would take care of it and she called me back and found me a truck at another location and I finally got my truck how my reservation got canceled you tell me but what a goat rope and a Big thank you to kaylin brown at council bluffs NebraskaMICHAEL B.
