The customer internet interface is bad. Practically useless.

I rented a trailer for a day, i needed another day and I could no get in touch with the office location because long waiting in line, next day they called me and when I asked to extend they said no because there was another reservation 30 mins after mine was returned, so I guess uhall has only one trailer to serve an entire city. So I was charged a 54 $fee plus another day. You guys need to have better customer service things happen and you can't expect everyone to come a return a trailer at specific time and have another reservation 20-30 mins after

One ratchet strap came off twice on the same wheel safety issue. I use registry abs a lot so it was not knowing how to use it the ratchet had to be lubricated before I left because they were not working and then the one came off twice

You charged me for the transaction which was canceled the same day in half an hour. Your store was already closed but guys from your CS still saw me when I brought that car back. I never used that pick up track and it was parked all night long next to your store -order # 91288228.

The guy who checked me in first was very rude, and very impatient. I didn't understand when the pictures of the truck did not match what I was seeing physically. The truck was very shaky and I have driven your 26 ft trucks in the past and this one was very hard to drive. The guy the checked me back in was great. He took the time to explain the final charges. The first guy didn't even tell me to verify the information on my phone, which I am glad I did as the gas level was wrong and so was the mileage. He was very unpleasant to deal with.

The online check in is horrible. Its confusing and not customer friendly at all! I updated the fuel level and mileage because it wasn't correct, took a picture and was still charged for the incorrect mileage. This is not customer service!

The transmission was slipping when I picked up the truck. I made it through until my way back. The truck would not move forward or back. I waited and repeatedly tried to move the truck. I finally got it back to the location. When I told the man at the desk he said he would see what he could do for me. He later called me and said there was nothing wrong with the truck. I am not crazy, there was an issue with the truck from t he beginning. I have rented a truck from t his location at least 2 other times with no problem. This just wasn't right.

I arrived at 10:03am to return my rental which was due at 10am. I had picked up my rental at 10:06 am the day prior according to my contract for my one day round trip truck rental. I waited at the truck for 5 minutes before anyone appeared. They told me someone would be out to help me shortly. A few minutes later someone told me I could just leave the truck and they would take care of it since they were busy. I was 3 minutes past 10. 3 mins sooner than the 24 hour mark. I think it's wrong to charge me 57 $because I was 3 minutes late. I would appreciate it if I could speak with management about this.

Salesperson was rude, and almost would not rent me my trailer because I did not have a person to call to verify I would return the trailer ? I have been going to this location since it was built and have never been asked this (including renting a trailer from this same salesperson 2 weeks earlier) ...very embarrassing and disappointing.

My movers could not fit all of my items in the storage space I chose. I walked around front, pulled the door and they had closed. As I walked to the car an employee came and let me in. Brian A., the manager I believe, hung around and set me up with another unit for my remaining items. He didn't have to do that and I am grateful for his kind actions. This isn't the first time I've used their services and this location never disappoints. All the employees I've encountered have been friendly and helpful. They carry my boxes to the car and all that. Two thumbs up Westchase Uhaul.

I always have use u-haul for any storage needs. They are pretty good, however this facility and his manager Travis are specially helpful. I appreciate their kindness and dedication to a good service.

Only problem I have is when I did my reservation over the phone, they screwed up my equipment order giving me a hand cart when I asked for an appliance dolly.I have to drive all the way back to the store to get the right equipment which I had to pay for extra mileage and gas....which I was not happy about.they said that I didn't request the appliance dolly but I already own a handcart so why would I ask for another one.

The trailer was ready as soon as I got there. It took 6 minutes to hook it up to my truck and 5 minutes to take it off of my truck. It was excellent

we attempted to drop off our equipment after hours and it was a little confusing. We had some difficulty locating the key drop and would have liked an option to verify drop off through the mobile option. There was another customer there and they were also having difficulty

This is my go to location for rentals. My suggestions aremore of the Ford Transit vans and less of the Chevy vans. The Fords are a much better riding vehicle. Make some of the taller van options available. There are times when I could use the extra height but do not need a box van.

All staff members at the facility had good attitudes and were helpful when communicating with them. Jean D. was especially helpful when checking in after a long move as well as helping us transfer to a larger storage unit.

Self checkout was a little confusing as it did not take my odometer read when I keyed in my final read, It kept coming up with a decimal place within the application.

I used the mobile pickup option. What a mistake! This takes forever and such a waste of time and such a hassle. This has to be better for me to ever try doing it again.

I had paid for a full month, but only needed the unit for two weeks. They were unable to Refund the balance for the month that I didn't use. That cost me over 125 $. I think this was very unfair. Great for them, lousy for me.

I was to pick my U-Haul up at 6 am when I arrived the app said I had to wait until 7 am, worker was there I informed him he said there was not a 26' truck for me and was very rude and condescending, said I would have to wait for him to get done with his daily duties then he would look into it, by then it was 7 am I was on the phone with U-Haul 800 and they informed me my truck was there and the lady I spoke to on the phone heard how this worker was speaking to me, the manager got there at 7 am and helped me get the key out of lock box while the guy that was rude watched me struggle and never once from the beginning did he want to help me with anything. I will never is U-Haul ever again and I have already told people that I know about this situation and I'll continue to let people know not to use your service. I told the manager when he got there how the gentleman was treating me and he said he would look into it, never apologized for the workers behavior and the work never apologized but the women I spoke to on the 800 apologized several times and made a complaint as well on this gentleman, so thank you to the two lady's I spoke with on the phone they were very helpful.

All three employees were all very helpful to me while there: The female, her trainer/mgr. and the night shift employee that received me. Each and everyone of them treated me with courtesy, respect and professionalism. It was reassuring and made me feel welcomed as I moved here from Philadelphia to start a new life. Overall good experience. Waited 10 minutes to return while I waited in truck. I eventually did self checkout online.

The guy working was very nice and personable! The van was also well maintained. Our only complaint that there seemed to be only one person working at the store. The same guy was waiting on customers, then he had to go outside and retrieve the vehicles for people. So, while our reservation was for 10:00, we had to wait in line for over 30 minutes because there was only one person working.

Apparently when I fill up the gas tank it's reads on the tank Past thr full mark when I received it it was at the full mark apparently you folks don't reimburse for gas that's unfortunate. Perhaps next time you folks should fill up the tank to you can't fill it up anymore. Merci.

Very nice location, easy to access and very secure. The people there were great as well. I did have a very stubborn door that was sometimes hard to open but that is really the only thing I could complain about! I would use this location again if I ever needed storage or a truck.

Uhaul rates are to expensive.. This location their alarm goes off periodically just to remind you that you have a heart and scares the crap out of you every single time. If you have weak heart, think twice about this location because it will put your medication to the test.

Manning in the office was a bit sparse. I don't know if that was due to COVID or not. The first time I walked in, there was nobody there and I had to call out for someone a couple Of times.

I was given an extra three days by Uhaul with my trailer because I was having transmission issues on my trip from Az to Fl.. I return my trailer and still got charged 65 more dollars for it.

At the last minute you changed my pick up location for my truck. The one I hooked it at, over a month ago, is where the storage unit was I needed to empty. You had a month to get it right. Bad!!!

The only negative comment that I could make is the parking of rental box trucks too close to the unloading and loading area. Other than that my rental experience was awesome.

Was told I could access Storage 24/7 because it was outside. So drove up there with a car load at midnight to find that I couldn't get in. Really screwed me up here.

I had two 6 foot leather couches that I had to throw away because they had mold. I asked how could this happen the workers said it can happen if the air is on to cold or to hot. I deserve to be paid.

You need a patron dumpster because sometimes thing brake when your moving and it’s not fair from them to transport the broken objects like a mirror across state to dispose of it.

Your staff changed my lock, When I asked if it had been changed the guy at the counter had an attitude and said "no we don't do that". When in fact UHaul did change it. Worst customer service ever!
