Travis Rusnell, the GM charged me an extra 160,00 $ because of a scratch he found when checking and blamed it on me. The vehicle was not checked prior to me receiving it and the fellow named Kevin did not ask me to check nor he checked before he backed it out of the space and gave me the keys. I had a friend with me and he told Travis we were not aware of the scratch. I wonder how many time he has used the same scratch with other renters. I will not recommend Travis or his location to anyone.JOSE R.

I rented a auto transport trailer from this location for a 24 hour period. I made sure to ask 2 of the uhaul guys what I should do upon an after hours return. They both told me all I would need to do is to leave the auto transport trailer in the return / pickup lane (nothing else). So upon my return I left the trailer in the lane as expected. Next thing I know I am getting charged $21.50 for a late return fee! --- I called in an talked to one of the guys and he said I was in the wrong and basically that he was going to charge me the fee irregardless of if I was right or wrong. I made sure to ASK several times on what to do upon returning the trailer and no one had the decency to explain the return process to a customer who has never rented a trailer from this location before. My card was still charged $21.50 on my bank statement and I will make sure to write an honest review about this location to voice my frustration about the experience I had here. These guys will take advantage of you then call you a liar then steal from you.NICHOLAS D.

Employee that helped me when I picked up was great (didn't catch his name). The return process after hours was a little confusing. The website could be simpler and having to take a bunch of pictures was a pain in the ass. I figured it out but there was a group that didn't speak English returning a truck at the same time and they could not figure it out and gave up and just left.Michael W.

My reasoning for not recommending U-Haul to a friend is what I experienced last weekend. Prior to the rental I was unable to load my driver's license to your site. There were issues with the U-Haul app and I subsequently uninstalled it off of my mobile phone. When I went into the office on Saturday I was unable to get the rental due to a driver's license issue. When I came back on Sunday the complete system for U-Haul was down prohibiting us from renting the trailer on Sunday. I ultimately did receive the rental on Monday which caused severe issues with my schedule as we had planned to leave earlier than we did. Overall not satisfied with U-Haul's inability to overcome system issues and put the customer first. I paid full price for a trailer but your company was unable to deliver timely - not satisfied at all.Cynthia C.

Pick up great. Very nice and helpful. Uhaul provided Lock broken and did not realize until locking up truck at 10pm. Should have been checked before facility allowed to leave with uhaul location. I had to run out and purchase lock at 10:30pm. My time is precious too especially when packing into uhaul all day and extremely tired. Running to buy lock was not in my plans. Drop off was nothing special, I expected at least apology, but nothing. Rep didn't seem to care that I was inconvenienced. For that, I have bad taste for uhaul.MARY D.

I rented a trailer for a day, i needed another day and I could no get in touch with the office location because long waiting in line, next day they called me and when I asked to extend they said no because there was another reservation 30 mins after mine was returned, so I guess uhall has only one trailer to serve an entire city. So I was charged a $54 fee plus another day. You guys need to have better customer service things happen and you can't expect everyone to come a return a trailer at specific time and have another reservation 20-30 mins afterJESUS S.

One ratchet strap came off twice on the same wheel safety issue. I use registry abs a lot so it was not knowing how to use it the ratchet had to be lubricated before I left because they were not working and then the one came off twiceFrancis M.

The guy who checked me in first was very rude, and very impatient. I didn't understand when the pictures of the truck did not match what I was seeing physically. The truck was very shaky and I have driven your 26 ft trucks in the past and this one was very hard to drive. The guy the checked me back in was great. He took the time to explain the final charges. The first guy didn't even tell me to verify the information on my phone, which I am glad I did as the gas level was wrong and so was the mileage. He was very unpleasant to deal with.PAULA H.
