Daniel C.I feel the vehicles should be rented out with a full tank of gas, not 1/4 of a tank, if that. We rented the truck for a week, plus the insurance for a week, over $400, then to have to go put gas in the vehicle BEFORE we could even drive it home,, C'mon Man! We "reserved" at a location 2 miles from home, then 20 minutes before scheduled pick up, we get a text that we have been moved to another location, 15 miles away. When we got there, He said one of his trucks was stolen, and the other wasn't back yet. While there trying to figure things out, I got another text that sent me to the White Lane store - 25 minutes in the opposite direction, and another 15 miles from home. Tried calling to verify they had ONE - ALL the way there 25 minutes on hold. We walk into the store, and the guy is sitting on the chair at the register playing on his phone!! NOBODY else in there, 2 other guys (employees) walked in BS'ing and laughing,, WHY couldn't they answer the phone? They gave us the keys to get in the truck and leave, it was NEVER inspected with us. We asked which one it was, there were 4-5 pickups, He said press the key fob, it will show us..LAZY ASSES couldn't even walk out side to rent US their vehicle?? It cost ME 48 miles in my car, to rent theirs, after a 2 hour wild goose chase. Crazy
Louie P.Have extra appliance dolly's available to rent. My reservation was incomplete because the previous customer still had the dolly. I rented one from Home Depot so I had two different drop off locations which was a time consuming juggle all through my move.

Jesus R. | Expérience généraleEveryone was helpful especially Falicia she was exceptionally helpful, but when I went into the store in the afternoon there was a young girl at the counter that was very rude and mannerless in her attitude because the parking at this facility is extremely small she was very demanding on where to park when I just parked to ask why my access card was not working. I felt disrespected because I am Hispanic, she was very ugly how she was talking and looking at me. But other than that it's was good.

Donald G.First off, my drop off location was on Brimhall, but the U-Haul employee refused to take the truck and trailer even after I stated that it was my drop of location. Employee was very rude and argumentative and frankly aggressive. But the white lane location made everything better, great employees and great customer service. Will we ever use U-Haul again? Probably never because you guys let anybody give out trucks and when you do that, you let asshole people drive your company's name down the drain. To this day, I am still pissed beyond belief that a U-Haul employee would lie to a customer and frankly be a rude dick head. But it is what it is. White lane U-Haul, you are amazing! Keep up the good work!

lalena G.Services were great. Communication was poor all along the chain from start to finish. Some of it had to do with there being no central place/person to speak with to answer questions for out of state move and storage. My calls were forwarded around, sometimes dropped, and I was given incorrect answers. In the end, it all worked out, but it's very frustrating to not be able to get questions answered when in the middle of a life-changing move. My credit card used for payment was lost during the move and no one seemed to be able to update charges to the correct card, even after having charged to it. What can you do? Improved training on giving clear concise answers, not passing the buck, whom to contact, and the importance of follow-through might be helpful. Thank you for asking.

Nothing was damaged or broken and all was exactly the same as it was placed in the ubox. Overall good experience thankfully and was also one of our cheapest options so that worked out well. Vicente G.I thought everything was excellent from start to finish. Not that you need to do this but if you had a barcode or QR code that the people at the register could used to check you in it could be faster. However it was very efficient and good. Just a thought.

chris J.Clean, yes. But the truck was running very poorly. Engine sounded like it had leaking manifold. Brakes were weak. Steering was loose. Suspension seemed shot. Those new tires won't last long. Seriously, have never rented a truck that ran and handled so badly. Also very difficult to park truck for drop off after hours as staff block most of the paths with trucks so you can't access the parking areas.

Barbara B.the lady who help me out, could have been the manager, was very helpful considering it was my first time installing and using a car transport for my u haul truck...Before I took my 4 hour trip I went back to ask if they make sure I had everything set up correctly. They were willing to do that and made sure my care was stable before the drive....Even though I had a flat tire on the Transport 3 hours in my travel...the uhaul help was very helpful considering I was stuck in the middle of no where on a busy interstate in the middle of the country. They were very helpful for my first time.

One of them was trying to get into a fight with me while I had my 2 children with me! It was an awful day and then she threatened me that she was never going to help me with my storage. I prefer pay less in another storage than stay here I love my storage space and the location but because of these 2 disrespectful girls I left.

He was verbally abusive and demeaning to the young lady assisting me. There was an additional female employee who's professionalism fell far short when I attempted to gain her assistance in showing me WHERE I was to swipe my entry and exit card for my storage unit. The Manager at this location was very professional and helpful when I asked for her help... her staff however get a 0 for ethical treatment of others as well as professionalism.

AND answered all of my gazillion questions and was still very nice! The storage room was SO CLEAN and looked as if it's brand new. It was a nice surprise to find a little "welcome" bag with a lock, a to-go coffee cup and a pen! I have a feeling this was a "Nichole" thing and it was a nice little touch. Thanks Nichole, and Uhaul on White Ln. This is the best location in Bako.

Damon B. | Expérience généraleI moved to a different storage after my roll up unit was BASHED -IN and forcefully PRIED open with lock intact. The thieves took a LOT. At the time 12/18/20 there were NO known CAMERAS viewing the storage units area. No one appears to actually occupy the front apartment-looking structure and there were often questionable persons of no apparent means wandering freely up and down among the storage unit rows I think some are living in storage units. I believe with the rental of vehicles and sales of supplies kept staff from proper monitoring of the storage units. I have chosen a new facility that does one thing; just rents out storages units. I was pressured to purchase renters insurance upon getting this unit in Jun/July 2020, insurance which is now asking for receipts of my stolen items and since I barely have any and clearly this insurance maybe wasn't right for me I do believe such stipulation should have been pointed out as clearly as the pressure to buy it was. I am glad to see that many new cameras and high tech are finally being installed at the facility. I will use U-Haul again but I certainly would rent another unit only with great caution. Merci

They were not able to get anything on camera because my unit was in a "blind spot". There insurance did not cover anything because the they stated that I provided proof of insurance. I did not have my own insurance. There was also some female living in one of the units at the time. They gave me 3 months free rent but after two months they began to charge me again. I was moved into a new unit that was by a camera. I kept my belongings there a short period longer and moved.
