Was not impressed at all with the lack luster of customer service for my own experience with the staff and observed the same poor customer service with other patrons when dealing with the staff at this location. Very unorganized and borderline unprofessional is putting it nicely!

Phil & Roxi were FABULOUS! GREAT customer service. It’s so sad though that I’ve had one bad experience after another with the boxes! This time, even though I really appreciate the boxes being secured with screwed on plates to prevent opening them to prevent theft, it was very disrupting though as I had men I was paying to help me who had to stand around & wait as it was the first time the warehouse received boxes secured line this. It took nearly 45 min for the stuff to finally figure out what was needed to removed the plates. All the while I am paying men to just stand around doing nothing while they waited. In addition, it was really upsetting when we found enough furniture pads to fill nearly half a box. I had helpers load them & had no idea of such. It’s really crazy that it took a 4th box when I really only needed 3 once all the pads were gathered up still in the plastic & not needed. On a good note, Phil & Roxi were “very” helpful in assisting me with everything.

I was upset that after I got a quote with specific pick up and drop off dates (they held my u-haul boxes for 3 weeks, I was charged for storage that wasn't included in my online quote. $117 per box, total $351 that wasn't in the quote. I feel like it was a cost that could have been anticipated given I'd told you my dates. Felt a little bait and switch like.

When I came in to reserve the trailer, the clerk did not seem to know what he was doing. When I came in to pick up the trailer the same clerk told me I had to go to a different location to get it. He could not tell me where the place was other than to give me an address. He told me his location did not have what I had reserved, but after using the computer for several minutes he found he had one on the lot. I had seen it when I drove in. Then I had to go through all the same reservation processing because he did not have access to my previous paperwork. In short the clerk needs to know his stock and how to process the rental quickly and efficiently. Do not ad 45 minutes when I reserved the trailer a week earlier. Do not try to send me someplace else when you have it in stock. Honor your reservation.

I rented a trailer on Sun 8/31 to assist my friend who just recently lost her mother and lost her father a few years ago. Picked up the trailer at around 1145 and was told that the store closed at 530 but if I go there after just completed the online trailer renter process. After moving her belongings we arrived a few minutes after 5 and the front door was looked. An employee came to the door but did not unlock it and told us to pull the trailer next to one of the large trucks in front of the store, place rocks under the tires and complete the online return. We did that and left the store. This morning after checking my credit card online, I noticed that I was charged an additional $21.40 which would be a late fee. So, I called the store this morning around 945 and explained the situation and was told to call back in about 15 minutes to speak to the GM. I called back about 25 minutes later and was told the situation was explained to the GM and that they would have to research it and I would receive a call in the afternoon. I never received a call and I would like to have my funds back asap. This is unprofessional and unacceptable practice for a business that services the public. I would not recommend this facility to anyone I know. Improve your customer service and refund my funds. That's what I would like improved.

Staff was excellent, especially for such a busy time prior to hurricane Doria. Customers were catagorized by what they needed (propane, returns, trailors etc;) and handled accordingly. I was in and out and my return three hours later was even faster. I always use this uhaul, they are always busy but seem to be better at handling it and always have correct equipment. Great job!

On express drop off, was logged out of system three times. Your system does not save information, so had to start from scratch each time. Not a great finish to a terrible day after a really bad pick up experience and a four hour drive. You need to improve your express system and connectivity.

The truck needs to be sent to auction. Okay for local but would never take it more than a hundred miles. The staff wad incredible. I didn't have a reservation but they were quick at accommodating my needs on short notice. The process was fast and easy at pickup and drop.

I was not too pleased with my pick up service . The 2 service associates did not know how tho process my transaction and they started to blame me for the system not going through. I was highly upset about that I'm usually very patient with technical difficulties a business may have in service. But to blame a customer for the issue and say its there card ,may not have sufficient funds for the transaction is very very rude so i was not satisfied
