When we arrived to the location it was about to close in 30 minutes and they were renovating so they weren't 24/7 access yet. The move-in process was going to take a bit of time and our uhaul trailer had to be returned to a different facility. It was looking real tragic until they came back and apparently the trailer we had, had a tow hitch they requested from the same facility weeks prior and we were able to move in and leave the trailer without paying extra. The staff was amazingly friendly and extremely helpful.

Area is really small and kinda hard to get your items in. Gotta have a good back and strong arms to walk to your storage. I really don't think it's a good area for a storage. to rent truck yes. And prices are high

I loved the customer service I received. I really appreciate the upgrade and patience that the young lady had over the phone by checking if the equipment was there and also the overall treatment. Not sure what her name was, but she deserves a raise and praise for making uhaul the place to go back anytime I need a moving company. Thank you so much especially during the pandemic where we are all feeling down but with that weekend experience, it made my whole day even better!

Customer service representative polite and friendly. Need direction signs as to where to return the truck on their property. We parked and started again three times!

Your advertising says you keep your promise. In reality, you DO NOT. I had to drive 40 miles out of my way to pick up a trailer reserved almost two weeks prior at the location where I live. The trailer was not used the previous day and could have been delivered to my PROMISED location, but your company is TOO CHEAP to provide customer service anymore. You did not even offer a discount for my 80 mile round trip detour. Also, your employees were not wearing masks as directed by state and local mandates, nor did they require customers to wear them despite a sign on the door.

Unfortunately, the manager is a bit sassy and a “know-it-all” and talks down to customers. The gentleman who arraigned my reservation and the gentleman who did my hook up sure made up for the young manager who needs a course on how to treat customers.

I had to wait several minutes as both employees were out putting hitch on a vehicle. They didn't realize I was there until I walked around their desk and called to their attention. I suggest a door bell be put on the door so they know when clients walk in. Also I understand waiting a minute, but not for almost 10 minutes to be recognized.
