The manager was awesome. She is way better than the worker. It’s one young lady that is a little rude, a little mean in demeanor, she is a very pretty young lady she just has an attitude and I think the facility is too new to have an employee like that. She was working on Saturday the 17th when I returned the truck rental. Other than that, my experience was a awesome thanks to the manager for explaining and taking time out to help and explain to me what I needed to know.

Storage accessibility is good, you could drive your vehicle inside the unloading bay and use the wheel carts to move your stuff. Storage space is clean and climate controlled facility is a plus. Experience overall was great.

Dusty H | Overall ExperienceMy only issue was we arrived for the first move-in after 7pm when the office closed, but move-in is available until 10pm. I didn't understand where to go to get into the building because the link to find the location was broken, tapping on it did not redirect me to anything. Fortunately, an employee was leaving at about 730ish, saw me struggling, and came up to help me understand where to go and what to do, so it was all good (thumbs up). Thank you again!!! Oh, and I was in a standard 15' U-Haul truck and we pulled into the right side drive in bay, (awesome by the way, hugely helpful), and if I'd kept going forward I'd have taken off one of your sprinklers. I moved to the left bay where there isn't a sprinkler, and made it in ok. So heads up, there isn't enough clearance in the drive in bays for some U-Haul truck models. But we are super duper happy with the facility, the security is great we feel our junk is safe there, and the staff has been 100%. Thank you for the free disk lock, and for having carts available for use.
