Not much. The move was a complete success. The desk person was very cordial and helpful. The vehicle was well maintained and ran well. Would plan to use U-Haul again as usual.

MICHAEL N.Uhaul website lets you make a reservation and select waiting or dropping off. I needed my car back by 1pm so I made an 8am reservation and checked off that I would wait. Only to be told later that every appointment was a drop-off and that the hitch technician wasn't even in yet (at 11am). Website should be updated to get rid of the will wait option (unless you want to sit and wait for 6 hours). And probably should not allow 8am "appointments" for services that won't be available until after noon. I had to get a ride to my function and then go back to Uhaul at the end of the day to pick up my car. I understand that the staff there was not aware of the reservation process on the website, but maybe they should be? And the website should be revised to eliminate the "wait" option as I said.

There was no food in our unit, but the amount of rodent droppings that I had to sweep out was disgusting. The price was much higher than anywhere else and snow/ice removal did not seem to be a priority. I would not recommend under any circumstances.

Office staff wasn't necessarily rude to me, but they weren't exactly friendly or very helpful either. Calling this location is pointless; I've yet to have someone answer. Try another location unless this is your only option. Storage unit itself was as described, and dusty, but otherwise clean. For the price of the unit though, and the overall customer service experience I would recommend going somewhere else.

There was a really bad stain on the floor, though it didnt smell bad, I took it as the location and size were good. I put down plastic and then towels on the floor to protect my items.
