Not much. The move was a complete success. The desk person was very cordial and helpful. The vehicle was well maintained and ran well. Would plan to use U-Haul again as usual.

More employees working at a time or a faster checkout it doesn't help to do it all online then arrive and have to do it all over again on-site. Young man working alone was very helpful I get it they can only help 1 person at a time so at least 2 people working at check in would be helpful.

Person working there was helpful, but the place is severely understaffed!!! Truck was so beat up on the outside that it was hard to fill out online report on condition of vehicle. I would recommend only because of convenient location. Not a customer friendly experience.

I'm overall pleased with my experience with UHaul. The van was the right size for my needs and it handled nicely. The mileage was good also. I was originally charged extra for damage but I was very pleased to see that it was refunded to me within a day. I'll use UHaul again and recommend it to my friends

Had the same issue when dropping off U-Haul the app was not working and I was standing redoing the questions 10 mins after I dropped off truck .

The gentleman is drop off center we're having a hard time with a customer and very impressed with how they dealt with the whole thing and a very kind and courteous and respectful throughout the whole process with this other gentleman but again great people at this location I wasn't able to get the gentleman's name

Uhaul website lets you make a reservation and select waiting or dropping off. I needed my car back by 1pm so I made an 8am reservation and checked off that I would wait. Only to be told later that every appointment was a drop-off and that the hitch technician wasn't even in yet (at 11am). Website should be updated to get rid of the will wait option (unless you want to sit and wait for 6 hours). And probably should not allow 8am "appointments" for services that won't be available until after noon. I had to get a ride to my function and then go back to Uhaul at the end of the day to pick up my car. I understand that the staff there was not aware of the reservation process on the website, but maybe they should be? And the website should be revised to eliminate the "wait" option as I said.

The truck was immaculately clean and the check in/check out process so quick and easy.

The passenger side door lock was rusted and as a result was frozen shut. The Engine light was on for the last 20 miles of the trip.

The staff at 480 Pleasant St in Attleboro Mass are courteous and helpful. Please let them know what a great job they're doing. This is the only Uhaul I frequent.

Good service, couldn't use the trailer, ramps were too steep. Websites says if you can't/don't use the trailer they will refund you, was told in store after the fact that I will not be able to get a refund

The only item that was a concern is the gas cap was not tightened and came loose when I was on the highway. I had to pull off the highway to tighten the cap, as I did not want to do it on the highway.

My daughter swept the truck right before I returned it, but I was charged for the truck not being swept out. Other than that, it was fine.

There were technology issues at the checkout counter involving both computers and printers resulting in a delay. Staff was very helpful but clearly frustrated with the IT issues. I add this comment only in an attempt to get their IT issues addressed for their benefit.

Absolutely superb service customer service was also superb store employee hooked the trailer up and the lights came back in two hours same employee disconnected trailer in two minutes and off I left

Have the vehicle filled with fuel. It only had 1/4 tank and I wasted time having to put gas in it before I started and then before I returned.

Place was great, quick and efficient, no better employees that know exactly what I needed, will be letting all my friends know that this place is clean and organized and always respected, equipment is always readily available with reservations promptly, couldn't ask for a better managed corporate location.

My belongings were damaged due to animal access. Droppings all over my personal belongings I had to trash the whole storage. A lot of property lost

The garage door was not working for you over a year; for a little over a year I had to have a staff persons help to open and close the door to my storage room because the holes for the lock didn't match up. Finally, the price increased even though I paid my fee on time and the garage door still remains inoperable.

Rented from U-Haul for over two years and garage door to get things out or in easier was constantly broken and had to inconveniently bring in through a regular door.

Our furniture and clothes are all heavily damaged by mildew (despite using several humidity reducing canisters) and rodents. There was no food in our unit, but the amount of rodent droppings that I had to sweep out was disgusting. The price was much higher than anywhere else and snow/ice removal did not seem to be a priority. I would not recommend under any circumstances.

I left my valuable family heirlooms at your facility in Attleboro Massachusetts on pleasant st. When I came to retrieve them from my storage unit, they were all destroyed by rats and water damage. Nearly everything was destroyed

The staff at the North Attleboro, MA office are always rude and NOT helpful. They want to charge 139,65 a month for a unit yet know one is helpful.

Guy who works there doesn’t seem to know very much and is never in the office I think this place should have more than one employee on site at a time .he was very nice though

I was surprised to see that storage area is not fenced in and locked. I was given a gate code but there is no gate.

I vacated this unit prior to the end of my “free month” due to an experienced employee who did not check me out properly I continued to receive bills and late notices.

Only issue is that I continue to get letters and emails indicating that I still owe the monthly payment and late fees after having met with the staff to close my account prior to due date.

Overall, an underwhelming experience. The layout of the parking lot is unfortunate. Hard to navigate if the lot is full & there are more than a couple of customers. Office staff wasn't necessarily rude to me, but they weren't exactly friendly or very helpful either. Calling this location is pointless; I've yet to have someone answer. Try another location unless this is your only option. Storage unit itself was as described, and dusty, but otherwise clean. For the price of the unit though, and the overall customer service experience I would recommend going somewhere else.

The particular unit I rented looked like someone got sick in it! There was a really bad stain on the floor, though it didnt smell bad, I took it as the location and size were good. I put down plastic and then towels on the floor to protect my items. Please repaint unit 9, first floor inside the building at the Attleboro MA Pleasant St. Location! The staff was always very helpful and polite.

Trying to call Uhaul is a nightmare. I have yet to receive my refund from August and credit of 5 for not needing the blankets and returning them. The hold time is over an hour to try to get this

When no one answered the phone after several tries. I settled the account over the 1-800 number and was told I was 'all set' and did not have to return to the location. Now I have a bill! no communica
