Great service from associate. He pulled truck and trailer into lot for us and then came back with receipt total since there was a little less gas than expected. Very professional!
It took forever to process pickup. There is only one person at that location. There was dirty on the floor of the trailer. Drop off was a nightmare. Location was closed, no one to help unhook trailer. Roadside service wanted to charge me to help unhook. Customer service people were no help!!
I don't think you need to improve anything. You was great!! 😑
Make sure truck is clean
I paid for my unit...never got to get into it. The office was closed and no one answered the customer service phone. 😒
Assign pin codes instead of those cards. Normal office hours would be nice, as I could not get in because it was closed. The only saving grace was the girl from Preston who came to our rescue, and Jason who has been there for me for years --- you don't treat your people right, and it shows.

Location was fine, but Uhaul seemed to have overbooked this location. The attendant was very stressed and frustrated with his lack of support. The equipment that we ordered was not there. And the location and time of our pick up was changed 2 days prior to our reservation. Everything with this location was fine, but I was not impressed with Uhaul's logistics and coordination overall and would be hesitant to refer them as an organization.
Online and the store need to communicate better. They double booked for the same truck.
Phone calls for service at go uhaul are way too long-hold time extreme.

You need to get the guy there some help, he's every nice. Be closed in the middle of the week is not a good idea.
When I arrived At the U-Haul facility it was 4:45 P.M. There was a customer there that the clerk was taken care of once that customer was done conducting their business the Clerk said to me “sorry I'm closed†as he is walking towards the door. I Said to him I have a reservation already I'm just here to pick up the truck he said “ I understand that but I'm closedâ€. Then he asked me Was I here for the 26 ft. truck. I Told him yes, then he said I have it already for you but I am closed. Then, I had to sit there for an hour and a half trying to go online and get in touch with customer service to figure out how to get the 24 seven app so that I could get the keys out of the lock box.When I finally did Retrieve the keys in the gas needle was on E (Empty). This gentleman needs to learn how to deal with the public. And have class is on customer service. When he said that he had the truck ready for me, obviously that was not the case because if he had the truck ready he would have at least Made sure that there was some gas in the truck. This is unacceptable as much as I have dealt with U-Haul before I've never had this issue or come across anyone so rude.
Listen. I dont want to be rude. The transaction was smooth, the attendant was great but the store smelled like sh!t. Like real life human sh!t. It bothered me. Its still bothering me how bad that store smelled. Hey if the guy has to use the restroom and he works there okay. But bleach that entire place afterwards. I mean the smell is stuck in my mind. Stressing me out. Human Sh!t smell like as soon as I hit the door. Everything else was flawless, great transaction. But that attendant needs to visit the doctor.

I rated average only because when i downloaded my license as requested for early arrival, when i arrived the process was not on point, thus the guy at the counter needed my license anyway.

Drop off was a nightmare. Had to wait 30 minutes for customer service to answer & then they still couldnt help me with my phone finding the location. Was on the phone about 45 minutes & we still didnt find the location

There was a terrible smell in the facility.
I was sent there 20 miles (30 minutes) out of my way since the location where I reserved my unit didn't have one. The attendant was rude and didn't believe me when I was told I should receive the $50 guarantee. I should have been able to drop off unit where I originally ordered and he said no. I had to drive 40 extra miles and it took an hour longer. I should not have to pay for the extra miles or extra time.

Zero complaints about the drop off location. The worker had not been having a great day, but he was upbeat and helpful in spite of it (we only knew of the issues he'd had after asking how his day was going).

The phone rental was a nightmare. Having an account made it worse. The only truly bad u-haul experience I've had.

U-Haul should make customers aware of possible $25 cleaning fee. This would help customers bring back the equipment in a cleaner condition, and by telling us before we rent it, it will allow us to factor it's cleaning into our time while using it.
They lost maintenance and my personal belongings ruined. Units around me expecting damages also.
Truck was not full of gas when I picked it up I completely filled the tank with gas when I dropped it off. And was charged an extra 7 dollars for gas. I have a picture of gas gauge on full and mileage at time of drop off.
I will not go back
Unit 241 has no lights and never got fixed but i was fine with that but it needs fixed before renting again
Good experience using the storage facility over the past years. Had two increases in storage fees over the last few years. I thought the increases were not justified. Move-out was smooth. Thx !
Aggravation with the check-in process
I had to pay for a full month when I was not utlizing the facility for a full month. You all should retro pay customers for an early exit before the full month.
Jason was very professional and answered all of my questions with detailed information. I will be using this location from now on for ALL of my U-haul needs. He not only showed a winning behavior and attitude; he also surpassed his duties by adding a personal level of attention to be sure I had the right vehicle for the job.
The cargo Van's were nasty. Dog/cat hair everywhere. You all need to provide vacuum cleaners for every location. If I was not in dire need for a truck I would not have rented. There was something spilled in the back and it was not cleaned up. Horrible ratings when pertaining to cleanliness.
There was only one person working and it took 45 min for me to pickup a truck that I had already reserved. I set it up for mobile pickup but the app crashed. The person working had no idea how to help me. It got to a point where there were about 6 people waiting with no one being helped. Everytime someone needed a truck the one employee would have to go outside and open the gate and do whatever else which took them an extremely long time, meanwhile no one inside was being helped. It was one of the worst business experiences I've ever had.
Go over contract with customer s and explain that if you go over the mileage you will be charged when you return it plus the fee they are holding
I found this location to be well staffed and had a very personable experience. I prefer to deal with this type of dedicated outlet as opposed to part time opperators.
The drop off was super simple, minus all the EXTRAS I had to pay.
I was unaware that this location was closed on Wednesday. Also, I rented a storage unit from this location. Being a U-haul dealer, I would assume the driveway would be big enough for a U-haul to drive to the unit. This location we had to walk our stuff to the unit because we would either damage storage unit properly or the U-haul. If you happen to have a remodel, try making sure the trucks that are rented at that location can make it to the units without fear of damage.
The staff was very helpful and patient with me while I ask many questions. Things were explained well & without feeling like I was putting them out. This was my first experience in renting a unit.

To start my reservations I made for traveling to ky from Miami was never made. And put me bk a wk had a leak in tire traveling 1080 miles and outer loop lady was very rude and told lies out loud!!!

Gave my truck away , had to drive to another city to get auto transport, never again will I use uhaul. Schedule a month ahead and told them I couldn’t come until after 12. They gave my truck away at 8

My mattress was ruined by water causing mold also damaged my couch and a box of purses and now I have to get that replaced and I have to sleep on my floor
Kris was wonderful in accommodating our needs. The unit I initially reserved was much to small and Kris went over and above in helping us find the right size affordable unit. Excellent asset to Uhaul!

Storage on Outer Loop was great, picked up my truck on Preston Hwy. and the whole way home it shook, transmission was off, couldn't go above 50 without truck pulling. Just awful.
Great customer service! My son was relocating from another city. Reservations were quick and easy and there are numerous drop off locations so it was easy to find the one closest to our home.
EXCELLENT staff, quality service and very good job with payment reminders sent to my email! I will truly do all my storage and moving needs with U-Haul every time! Thank you kindly for a job well done
