I was given a unit that had dirt spread all over the unit floor that ruined my mattresses and was told after having rented a truck to move to come back and move the very next day out to another unit. And was told it was dirt from "flooding" when that dirt did not match outside dirt around the building no water marks no grass/greenery from outside just fresh light brown loose dirt evenly spread across the unit floor. With a fresh lock placed on top with no dirt on it.

STEVEN M | Expérience généraleI was told it was first mo free but for some reason I still had to pay the 1st mo rent
Tammy A | Déménagement en ligneOur light didn't work in the unit, but when reported they said there isn't susposed to be lights in there so they didn't fix it
Sherry C | Expérience généraleI didn’t move out it was auction after stating I was experiencing financial hardship I’ve had this unit for 5 years. Access hours arent feasible when there is no one on site for the last 3 years. Had to wait over 2 days to access my unit due to lock being placed and not removed after payment. Was told it was set for auction in May. But have a move out day in june sounds like an internal position switch and miscommunication.
zuri H | Expérience généraleBesides our unit being broke into, we had a overall good experience
JASON M | Expérience généraleEven during the day seems like staff wasn’t there or it was their off day or something when I was going
Gabe G | Expérience généraleMy truck was broken into repeatedly.
Deazee M | Expérience généraleTried to call the location when I arrived because there was no lock. Just an empty plastic box. Called the next day still no answer. Every time I use uhaul for anything (especially the move to get here) it's always a problem.
braxton c | Déménagement en ligneEveryone I've ever came in contact with have been very welcoming, friendly, & understanding while maintaining professionalism. The manager has gone above & beyond to help me get caught back up on payments after I got behind when my Mother passed last year. The only issues I've ever had is the length of time it has taken after getting caught up on payments for the unit to be unlocked on their end. Other than that I've not had one complaint about the facility or it's staff.
Kimberly R | Expérience généraleTodo super bien
Marlen B | Expérience généraleCurrently there isn’t a manager on location. This makes it difficult to conduct business. This is the only reason for a one star rating—otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
JOHN D | Expérience généraleThe store manager Mariah Wlalker was very kind and helpful.
Kenya C | Expérience généraleEverything was good except for that I paid for 24hr acess and never was able to get in after 10:00 p.m. everything else was awesome. Thank you for your services. I will be for sure useing UHAUL storage again.
