We were locked out of our unit and then just allowed 30 mins in a day after we drove to another location to check on. Total bs......we weren't allowed to clean out locker out so they sold out stuff at auction. We weren't allowed in. But boy did they still charge their monthly fee, renters beware, very unfriendly and very unprofessional.......

I called the manager Mariah and she pulled over and helped me reset it. I was so upset that I had to call her on mother's day but she understood. Debbie Bailey is absolutely amazing. Friendly and courteous from start of rental until the end. We used this storage facility for almost 3 years. Great people!!!!
