Only my complaint is the grounds yard work needs tended to, like the grass & put more gravel down in the back where to park cars.

shawn m | Overall ExperienceI rented a U haul from this place and the check out and return process was horrendous. When I got to the place I was moving the Truck got stuck in the mud. I paid the extra money for the inscurance, and after calling u haul to ask for some help, getting this big truck out of the mud, I was told it would cost a minimum of $450. I refused the help and got the truck out of the mud by myself, and because I was a Lil while late returning the vehicle because it was stuck in the mud for 15 hours, they started to call ever hour asking when I would have the truck back. I will try not to ever rent from them again but it seems like they have a monopoly on the moving truck industry. Wanted to share my negative experience with everyone

Total bs......we weren't allowed to clean out locker out so they sold out stuff at auction. We weren't allowed in. But boy did they still charge their monthly fee, renters beware, very unfriendly and very unprofessional.......

I feel like that wasn't fair. If I had of know I wasn't getting any money back I would not even cleaned out the storage
