There was a extra charge for not reason. In a way of 30 miles, a extra charge for $14. Doesn't make sense.

Raymond was friendly and helpful during a stressful moving situation. Even though the computer reservation I made was having technical problems when I arrived to pick up the truck Raymond worked with me to get things straightened out.

One of the contacts was very helpful and friendly, another one was a grouch...maybe just a bad day form him? Otherwise very well done.

Can't really think of anything. Truck was practically new. Added bonus was that the folks at the pick up location had the truck nice and when I arrived in -20 below.

When we arrived to drop the truck off the person came out to greet us and check the vehicle in. She listened to and took note of the poor condition that I had received the truck in, broken mirror and bad windshield wipers. She provided great customer service, very concerned about safety and the customer.

the staff was good but the equiptment was bad it cost me almost $100 in fuel to make it to my location, when i did arrive i found parts of my furniture soaked from a leak somewhere on the roof of the truck. I would like someone to reach out to me asap

Charges me 95 then I got receipt checked my bank and they took 216 and 120 from my account this is fraud and if don’t fix I’m reporting it to a lawyer

The site was slightly under staffed. I had to wait for a time while the U-Haul associate was helping another customer. It would have been best if I had not had to wait at all.

I thought things were going well. I went in the attendant asked if I needed a printed receipt or if the email receipt would be OK, I'm fine with email so I gave him the key and left. I thought it would be that easy. MY MISTAKE. Next day I check my account and the truck is listed as overdue. I spend the next hour on the phone with the call center because the local store and store manager will not answer their phones getting the issue resolved. Call center told me the local store would call to let me know the issue was resolve, they did not. My take away, always get a paper receipt and email, don't trust this location if you use it. It created a very stressful situation that should not have been. If you can avoid them, avoid them.

Apologize when you make a mistake. You make it sound like it happens all the time and it's no big deal. Charging extra when you don't do your job correctly it's not good customer service. Wish you had competition I wouldn't be coming back.

Your website is terrible. It took us one hour to do an after hours return of a trailer. The website couldn't read my location. Scanning The UPC code on the building location would only result in an error message. Cheshundra was helpful in getting the trailer checked in, but the system is non functional.

Community areas need to be cleaned more regularly and it was weird how there was carpet in weird shapes on the ground, it made it hard for transporting stuff sometimes with all of the bumps between tile and carpet. The facility also could use cleaned more and employees could use a little bit better training and professionalism.

We arrived early for our 9am van rental reservation. As we entered the location the Trump hat wearing employee working the counter was attending to another customer. We made eye contact so I know he knew we were there and in line for our reservation. The employee then took the previous customers outside to help them with their rental. Then we waited for 20 minutes inside the store alone, no one else came to help us or even acknowledge that we were waiting for our reservation. I called the main reservation number and spoke to an operator and they were not able to get anyone via their phone. We finally went outside to ask for assistance as we've been waiting and the employee told us that there was another person working on a repair, and that he would try to call them. We then walked back to the location and found the person working on the repair and we knocked on the glass door to ask the person to help us. This person was helpful and got right to our reservation. Once we got the van something had been spilled on the floor and he immediately addressed the needed cleaning and when we opened the back of the van it contained several things (garbage?) and this stuff was removed. Once we got through this part of the process, the rest went smoothly and we returned the van with no glitches. If it weren't for the convenient location we would use another Uhaul dealer. Next time I'm going to look into the online check-in rather than the counter check-in.

I'm not sure if there is much more this location could provide its customers. It was a very smooth and uncomplicated process. The equipment was very clean and presentable. I had absolutely Zero issues or concerns. I returned the equipment and there were no "hidden fees or charges". I will definitely use this location if the necessity ever arises again. I will let my friends know it is an A+ dealer.

I had lots of interactions with office staff members outside of my storage unit, and every experience has been helpful and pleasant. I really can't say that about all businesses that I frequent. I've just been impressed about the quality of the staff. Professional and kind.

Storage hallways were very dirty. I've had a locker here for several years and it's never looked so dirty! On a positive note, the Locker was clean and staff friendly and helpful.

The entire building smells like pee and honestly it's filthy inside. I would consider replacing the carpet out of there because it's really gross. Also the area for community sharing needs to be monitored better it's often things that smell like pee, or are filthy, and it really isn't an inviting experience when you first walk in. Management otherwise is decent, the new store manager is nice, workers are helpful, etc

Customer service was horrible. Walked in to rent a truck and storage unit was told none (trucks)were available. He told us to go else where. Went to the car and went online to possibly reserve one because the guy inside was completely rude and didn't even check to see if one was available and sure enough we could rent one and reserved. It went back inside and ask if there was a difference between reserving online and walkins and he stated no and proceeded to tell me that if it's after 12 they will deny any reservation and then said I will do it this one time. Today as I drove past the same trucks that were there yesterday or still there, so did he really have reservations? Who knows? Worst customer service ever

Menards has better deals. Just as secure and I don't have to worry about setting off an alarm that will cost me $1300 or moving the latch on my unit too many times and setting of another alarm that cost me $50.

I have to say the staff working were amazing and helped me out. I have one personal unit and two units to assist with homeless veterans when they get housed. Your staff is always helpful!! Tell them Thank you! Keep up the great customer service!!!

Even though we messed up the codes to enter the building, the owners were very nice in helping us correct the mistake. The facility is very clean and very safe. Bathrooms were also very clean. Would highly recommend them.

Someone who doesnt work there acted like a rep, showed us the unit and when all the paperwork was done that was not the size of unit showed and transaction was reversed. Waste of everyone's time.
