The fact that it has this promotion allowed me to pick the size I needed without worry of price hikes. I have a year to figure out how much I can spend the following year in hopes the price doesn’t inflate tremendously, as my need will remain the same.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe facility is very nice. I had a 10 x 10 unit for the past month and needed a 2nd unit so I reserved another 10 x 10 unit and the app gave me two smaller units side by side so I’m very limited to what I can put inside. I’m a little disappointed about that and also now I have to keep track of a 3rd set of keys.
Joel P | Déménagement en ligneI really enjoy the professionalism of all the people at U-Haul.
ROCHELLE S | Premières impressionsGreat people in the office, friendly and very helpful! I would highly recommend the Baraboo U-Haul.
Tina M | Expérience généraleVery happy with the use of this unit.
jason r | Expérience généraleCustomer service was excellent!
SHANTI B | Premières impressionsWe were extremely pleased with everything about our storage experience. Tre was exceptional in his customer service - knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything was just right for us. The facility was sparkling clean, and the steps for entering and securing what we needed clearly explained. The lady who checked us out was also very helpful, but I didn’t get her name. Thank you!
LINDA S | Expérience généraleThe customer service person we dealt with was excellent. She was very friendly and it was a pleasure working with her.I believe her name was jasmine, and it was at the barboo wisconsin, uhall
Dolly N | Expérience généraleBaraboo u-haul was always clean, which i appreciated. The bathrooms were always clean and well stocked as well. Having our storage unit in a secured facility with temperature controls and out of the elements was important to us so paying the little extra for these services was worth it. We had two units and were grateful that they were right next to each other. Having a multitude of carts to help transport our items back and forth was convenient. If we need to storage again, we will definitely use u-haul
Jacqueline V | Expérience généraleVery good experience. Appreciated having a storage facility that was indoors/temperature controlled.
Tanya B | Expérience généraleAll good 👍 😊
KERRY M | Expérience généraleOne time last summer the AC wasn't working. Other than that, it has been maintained.
Doreen H | Expérience généraleReally appreciated the carts to transport from the truck to my unit in the middle of the building.
Michael R | Déménagement en ligneBest choice for storage at your convenience! There were no issues, even when I realized that I needed to switch to a larger unit! U-Haul will always be my choice in the future!
JULIE G | Expérience généraleNice experience.
PHILLIP K | Premières impressionsKnowledgeable and helpful staff! Well kept facility. I would definitely choose UHaul again for my storage needs in the future based on my fantastic experience at the Baraboo, WI branch!
JONATHON G | Expérience généraleI felt very confident that my furniture would be safe in this unit We stored upholstered and wood furniture for two years and there was no signs of mice or mold. I told friends and family that it is one of my favorite places!
