The employees we dealt with were great and handled things efficiently. You might separate this if posting - Equipment was clean but may need additional mechanical maintenance, as relayed when we dropped off: Heater knob was off but heat was definitely on; occasional slight bump/hesitation in the get-up-and-go e.g. fuel feed, drive line type issue; and stuck on high rev once, put it in neutral to coast down the hill and it settled down.

DERRICK SI normally like this location but I had to contact support yesterday because upon returning my uhaul they said that I returned it with about 1/4 tank of gas even though it was returned with a full tank. Thankfully I took a picture of my dashboard when I returned so I could prove that I had a full tank, but that was extremely sketchy. I got charged for gas that they wouldn't have needed to put in. (I have already gotten a refund for the charge).
April DThe Truck was not the style I requested. Though I was guaranteed the proper truck a week out, was not informed of the wrong type of truck until I arrived to pick the truck up. Truck was in poor mechanical condition; steering felt loose, brakes were soft and spongy, exhaust showed signs of leaking seals (smoke and noxious fumes) until engine warmed up. Blankets provided with the truck were damp as if recently washed.
MICHAEL LMy reservation order for pick up location was changed which cost me more gas and miles and more time. I did not appreciate that. It also cost me my day off. People were friendly and kind in helping resolve this issue but I do not appreciate having to pay a higher price because your business has break downs and other issues. I feel I should be compensated for your business issues that cost me more.

LETICIA MResponse to your request for a review of our relationship so far: I can't click on any of the "rating options" options above just yet- it's too soon to tell since this job remains unfinished. We are presently waiting for the call from the manager that we were promised by the ass't mgr when we took the car home on Thursday with part of the work still undone. Today is Saturday Aug 24, no call so far. As a Good Faith gesture we paid the bill in full before removing the car from the premises (3 days after the originally promised day of Tuesday). We are far from satisfied to say the least; nor are we prepared to just let it go. Still waiting for the promised Call from The Manager!
Greg KFrom the start it was weird. The online process kept timing out. Then when I finally got the appointment sent. Later, I got mandated to work the day I sent the appointment. The email, call in and local office was not helpful or unavailable to assist me to change the date. The day before a lady calls me to remind me of the appointment and pleads with me to change my appointment since the tech "has a personal project" and my van is "super difficult" to do the wiring on. Since, this wouldn't work for me I kept the appointment. When I arrived at roughly 1030 for my 11am appointment. The lady informs me that the tech is working on something eles right now and it'll be atleast an hour til he can start on my van. And the job would take 2-6 hours instead of the 2-3 since its such a hard van to work on. She was nice an offered me to wait across the street at a local Cafe that was actually a great recommendation. The Cafe was so nice to let me and my 2 year old kid wait there til 2pm where they asked me nicely to leave. And when we walked back in the rain the staff was nice and offered for us to wait the next "couple hours" in they're sitting area. Where we were forced to listen to less the staff, being less then professional bantering and shaming of each other. It was quite the odd experience but I don't believe we'll have further business with this uhaul

FRANK GThey offer a month of free storage but only had a unit on the 3rd with no elevators or help to move. Really U-Haul? I ended up paying $130 to store my stuff for a month. This was why I went with U-Haul. Disappointed

They were looking to help us move our motorhome out of the parking lot, in the best way possible. They met us where we were, helped unload our car from the tow-dolly, and then detached the tow-dolly, so we could easily maneuver and exit the lot without getting stuck. Sia AI made my reservation on line in an attempt to speed up the check-in process but still had to wait in line and check in at the site. I shouldn't have to check-in/reserve twice. Also when I checked in on line there was a section that asked for "relocation address". I was not relocating so I entered that statement. At the site they informed me that I needed to enter my current address in that space. There should be a statement there telling people to enter their current address even if they are not relocating.

Annette WVery friendly staff. I had a 10-foot van (TE10) reserved for a Sunday move unfortunately, they had over-booked and did not have one available. However, the quick-thinking staff offered a 15-foot van at a discounted price I couldn't refuse. I was able to meet with my moving crew with time to spare. Would I recommend this facility to others, yes. Thank you all for a job well done!

I noticed immediately after confirming the reservation that I was charged $89.95. I sent an email right then saying this was to be free and to cancel if there is a charge. As of 06/01/21 I have not received a response nor a refund for this amount. The storage unit was not used and is not going to be used, I did not want it if it was not free for the first month as advertised when I made the reservation.

They also called and said the lock (that we bought from their store) was not a valid lock and threatened to cut it. Just overall a bad experience. Erik R | Expérience généraleI began renting a storage unit at the end of April of this year; and since that time I paid every month by way of automatic debit. On at least one occasion the hinges of my door were tampered with; and I right away alerted the staff. (I was glad I chose the extra insurance in case of theft etc.) Throughout my time there many times I had to walk to the office and request they unlock the door during normal business hours; and found difficulty with my key-card working consistently. This was inconvenient as many times there were long lines and I got tired of waiting. When I was notified that my cost was increasing, and had moved to another location, I made the decision to exit and left the unit in good clean condition for which I have a whitness. After vacating the unit I spoke with the staff; and they retained my key-card; and issued a refund. Subsequently I received a late notice stating that I had not paid. I sent numerous emails and called to resolve the matter. By contract however, the truck rentals over the years has been helpful with easy transitions; and problem free service.

They did not seem to want to help. Lone was moving extremely slow, they had no urgency. Very I'm pleased. Everything was completed and done. Will not go back since they were not helpful not even on the phone when I was trying to set up moving help and storage and truck reservations.
