I’ve always been very grateful and thankful for the help I’ve gotten from this premises staff members. They’ve always been kind and considerate and very helpful. All of my stored items stayed safe, clean, and well dried and maintained throughout the three years they were stored at this facility. Thank you Rebecca,, Andy, Kati, Gary and all other staff for all your help and your considerations :-)

All of my thing couldn't fit in there so I was offered an additional storage space at no cost The additional storage space was the previous one I'd been assigned that had auction items inside. Very stressful experience despite the staff trying their best to be helpful. The system has to get better.

HAROLD Z | Overall ExperienceWe have been happy overall with our storage unit; however, we recommend that you put motion sensor lights inside the units themselves as they are quite dark and it is difficult to see anything once you are inside the unit. Even small lights for safety would be helpful. Thank you.
