I was a little disappointed in myself. I did not check the mileage when I got in the truck and was charged $38 extra for mileage I didn't use. Live and learn.

When arriving to check in the vehicle, I went into the store to get help checking it out. No one was there, and by the time someone did come out, she locked the door and said she was closed. She had me do the checkout process on my phone, which is fine, but she told me to turn in the keys to the box, which I did before going through the mobile checkout process. So basically there were empty photos that I couldn't take because I couldn't turn back on the vehicle for proof.

I did called in to extend my reservation prior to the end of reservation, but you all still charged me for double period and charged me insurance coverage twice, which is so annoying and wrong, i hate this experience.

Sell locks that really work. My experience was GREAT. RESERVATION TO TURN IN.TRUCK WAS A GIFT FROM HEAVEN... (HEALTH /PAIN ISSUES). THE STAFF WERE MOST HELPFUL WITH ALL MY QUESTIONS. THANK YOU

Hello, I just received my bank statement and it shows you charged my card twice, one in the amount of $70.03 and a second (pending) charge of $15.58. I was originally supposed to drop off the truck at S Cottage Grove St location. But when I reached there the manager there told me that I should have received a text about an updated location of W Pershing. When I said that I hadn't, she went inside and suddenly I got a text right then, and I was told to return it at the updated location. Not only I had to go through all this trouble, the manager was quite rude and unapologetic. I had to take an Uber from W Pershing location and still got late for an appointment that I had. Overall, returning the truck was a very terrible experience. I think U-haul should at least compensate me for the Uber.

I wasn’t told I needed an access key for after hours moved. I assumed since the truck was reserved in the evening, in the middle of my move I was locked out. my storage was open unlocked

Explain the WHOLE contract, the we the consumers can make a better decisions on how to rent your services and NOT get hit with sticker shock of hidden fees. I would like to personally thank your employee Beautiful or Beauty; I think that was her name. The ways of professionalism, candor she demonstrates CANNOT be thought but admired; very well done, the personnel traits that makes parent's proud. Waited over an hour because the person who was authorized to check people in was not in the store. Unacceptable. Then to get assigned a unit that was not easily accessible.
