Really good experience. Greeted when walking through the door. Quick to pull up my reservation and get me all checked in. Even faster when dropping back off. Always have a good experience with uhaul stores and this is a great one

I gave my Email address to rent the van. I thought you were a professional company. I can not believe the amount of junk emails I have received in the past 24 hours! You were the only company that got my email address as of late. Please remove my email address from your system. The counter person at the location was a great help he did above and beyond to make the whole trans action great. But I have to be honest using my email address is very in professional. I know that it is most likely writing in the paperwork that you made me sign and you are covered for giving out my address. However I think it should have been made clear to me at the time of the rental that you would be giving my email address to third parties. I will pass all this information on to my attorney. I am not happy at all. If I continue to receive the junk mail I will seek legal damages

The day I was moving out the large door was locked before 7:00pm, even though I told the guy I was moving out, so I had to take everything out by the side door. He told me to call at 7am the next day I was on hold for an hour and still got general customer service. I was told the wait time was 15 minutes.

I was scheduled to pick up my van at 8am on Sunday, 6/26. When I reserved the van, the UHaul website said I would be able to pick up the van with just my cell phone and no employees needed to be at the location upon pick up. When my husband and I arrived, the UHaul website was freezing up, and when I was finally able to log in, a notice kept popping up that said I needed to wait for an employee to arrive at 9am. We got up early just to pick up this van, only to have to wait an hour in the UHaul parking lot to wait for an employee to arrive. Ridiculous. This should have been communicated to us prior to our arrival. UHaul should not treat their customers like our time doesn't matter.

I really did not have any issue starting from the on-line reservation thru to the drop-off. Your representative at the location of pick-up was very helpful, the truck was clean and well maintained and I would use U-Haul at this location again if needed

I always had a great experience at this location. The staff should be recognized for their professionalism and their quick attention to any concerns I had. The Manager Kate and Assistant Manager Lucy are the best! No matter what concerns or issues I've ever had they were quick to handle them. You have a great team at that location and they should be recognized for their "above and beyond" work ethics. Especially during these trying times when people are struggling across the board. Customer service was horrible !!!!!I I had to wait over a hour on hold for someone to answer the phone!! Once the person answered she was very nice and helpful but to sit on hold for over a hour was unacceptable. I was given a number and told to just call before I dropped it off was not expecting drop off to take 1 1/2 hours!!

I enjoyed a flawless experience with U Haul very recently. The 6'X12' trailer was perfect for my needs and handled very well. The personnel at the Bristol, Pennsylvania, location were very helpful. Don't Nicki know over a gallon or two of gas. Customer can only go by the neatest estimate of gauge. Also, explain more in detail why you need to know the excat location of where the move is too. Rather then just "Its rental policy." Plus YOU advertise the use of the trucks per day but yet at 10:30am, I was told I had to return the truck by 6:15pm.?

I was charged for a dent that I did not know was there it was not told to me or I did not understand that I was supposed to look around the van before I left I thought I was approving the rental when Pushed agree so I was charged for something that I did not do which I think is her Renda‘s I can see how U-Haul makes money by up charging after a person leaves saying I agree to these things I do not have anything that I can do but I will try because I think this is really wrong

The rental process and my ability to easily drive the cargo van were much simpler than I Imagined and would definitely recommend to other novice users. My only problem was that the storage unit I use was incorrectly locked stating that I had not paid my bill….this is a serious issue if I am locked out in the future and I'm unaware of it happening. The supposed issue was that I hadn't paid my fee….this was quickly resolved once I contacted the office ( they verified that payments were up to date) HOWEVER as discussed above could create potential problems for me in the future if accidental/inadvertent lockouts are done without the renters knowledge.

Since I am of the older generation, it would have been helpful to receive more detailed instruction on: 1) when swiping entry card use sliding door to enter since the physical door remains locked ( i didn't see the sliding door open 2)loading dollies are hard to find and not by the entry area 3)you should also swipe your card as you leave which ?? Locks out your unit. OVERALL it was great and staff very helpful…..

I would like to have been told everything up front. When went to checkout was told couldn't check out till I went back and took pictures of the empty unit, nobody stated that to me when I did the initial setup. It was just an inconvenience to have to drive back and forth to take pictures of the unit then have to drive all the way back to finally be able to checkout.

Had my things there for over a year, I never had any problems! My mom left my units unlocked on an accident and housekeeping saw and reported it right away so I was able to properly lock my unit. Definitely would use again!!!!

The staff was friendly, the storage facility was bright and clean but we did not feel safe at all moving in. There were several suspicious looking men hanging around the storage building who obviously did not belong there. YOU REALLY NEED TO HIRE ARMED SECURITY GAURDS. The police responded to your staff's call and asked them to leave but when we dropped off the truck, there were more people sleeping(?) in cars in the back area and homeless people wandering thoughout the lot. This is not a safe place and we will be moving our stuff ad soon as we possibly can.

There are drugs being sold on it of the back of the facility and people living in the storage bins. As I clean out my unit there were people strun threw out some sleeping some doing drugs even someone having sex right in the storage bin next to mine..

This was my first time renting a storage unit. I reserved my unit online, and the online tools were very helpful for determining the correct size for me. When I went in person to the office, the staff was friendly and very helpful. I was very impressed at how clean and well-lit the storage buildings are. My unit was spotless. The security of the property is excellent. I feel very safe there. I am very happy I chose U-Haul for my storage unit

The storage area was very clean and well lite. The bathroom spotless. The loading area provided easy access for loading and unloading. U-haul even provides platform trucks to transport items back and forth. Thank you U-haul.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I have had storage units with other companies. Uhaul made my experience as easy as possible. The climate control is amazing , along with all the carts available to use. The available bathroom was a plus. I really liked and appreciated the re-use section. Over all an excellent experience. If I ever need another storage unit I will go to Uhaul.

It doesn't matter if I called or stopped in everyone was polite, helpful & professional no matter what the time was. Customer service has always been on point & I've always felt my needs were as important to them as it was too me. There is one associate whose name I remember bc he helped me at least 3 diff times & his customer service has made me want to only go through that store for truck & or storage rental. Thanks

To start, I had a very poor experience starting with the S. 20th street Uhaul location in South Philadelphia about 2weeks ago. Customer service is very difficult to get through. On hold very lengthy times until I got a prompt to leave my # for a call back which was very helpful. I called Saturday early evening. I spoke with a customer service representative to extend my rental truck another evening. When I was talking to the representative, she was having a conversation with someone in her background. Obviously, she was working at home. She never updated the records to change the rental to the Bristol Durham Rd location or to extend the rental another day? Never taken care of.. Very sad customer service!! Mark at the Bristol Durham Rd. Was very exceptional and caring regarding my rental needs on Friday evening, I was in a last minute dismay.. When returning the recently truck to the Bristol Durham location, I was able to meet Mark in person. I wished to personally thank him for his professionalism and helping me.. Amazing works there. I would hope someone from corporate to contact me regarding my concerns and discomfort regarding the other situations. That was not exceptable.. Thank you.. Joel M. Rachlin 267-726-9838

I had reserved 2 furniture dollies. They had none. I had also reserved a 15 ft truck. They called me the day before my reservation to inform me that they might not have a 15 ft truck available, and asked me if I would take a 10 ft truck instead. I told them no, because I needed a 15 ft truck. Thankfully they had a 15 ft available when I went to pick it up. Otherwise I would not have been able to move all my mom's stuff who had just passed away from Covid. The 15 ft truck was packed to the door. That really upset me. They indicated in a text that I had made a "Last minute reservation," which was untrue. I had made my reservation a week before. While I was at the same location later that evening putting my mother's stuff in the storage bin I had also rented from them, I stepped on a long yellow metal horizontal pole they had that is intended to keep the dollies from going into the parking lot. It had been raining and it was wet. I stepped on it not thinking about it with items in my hands, and fell face first onto the concrete a step below. It shook me up. I couldn't get up for a few minutes. It hurt really bad. I bled from my face. I now have a black eye with scrapes all over my face. I also have two severely bruised knees that also bled. The yellow metal beam should have rough grips on them. They should not be so slippery. There was also orange cones blocking off part of the entrance to the storage bins with tape on them blocking part of the entrance, which was why I took the route I did, and ended up falling and really severely injured. I did not go to the hospital however because I was on a time limit. I had to have all of my mom's belongings out of her apt before the next day, or I definitely would have. The fall I took is on their security cameras I'm sure.

The first time I came to excess my unit the door wouldn't open. My card was denied. I tried 3 times but no luck so I went home frustrated. Little did I know that you had to scan both boxes on either side of the door. Not sure if I was told , or if I simply forgot. But now I know.

Not enough carts in the storage areas. Also staff is great except they are always short handed and customers have to wait very long times for help. Perfect example I rented a trailer online and checked in online it still took 35-45 mins to get the trailer.

No clear direction on moving in. Where to go or what to do. Was given locker #, code (not needed apparently) and told lock was in unit. That was it. Went to locker and saw a small tag on it that it was ready for user. Thought okay, cut it off and an alarm went off like we did something wrong. Nobody around to help or explain so just went about business. Alarm did go off so hoping everything was fine. Also directions on where to park are nonexistent on premises. I found my locker # on map easily but when you pull into complex there is a wrong way sign where you think you are to go to get behind building. So I keep driving to the end where I think it is going to dead end but realize I can actually get behind the building that way. Then when leaving I attempt to go out the way I thought I couldn't get in at (assuming 1 way, but again no signage) and then I see the do not enter sign is also facing the other way. Are you not supposed to enter or exit at the top of the complex? Only go in and out at the end of the complex? Very confusing. Need signage, need directions on what to do on day 1 to get into unit.

The staff was very helpful. The truck was a great help for me. I'm a senior and it was easy to drive. The ramp to the building was perfect and Kaitlin mapped out where the storage unit was located and I didn't get lost. Merci.
