Got charged ridiculous fees. Can't even get in contact with someone about an explanation about the fees because everytime you calll your on hold for an hour. Don't recommend this place at all. The Bristol location is much much better. Never had an issue with them.HALEY A.
The employee who assisted us in the morning was beyond friendly and treat my partner with the upmost respect. I forget her name i belibe it was Amy. And was blonde and super nice We were told to being the vehicleback before 8 if we wanted to speak to an employee. All I wanted to know was our final bil costl. I was walking towards the door and an employee saw me coming g and proceeded to lock the door; the time was 7:50. I understandstand the man was trying to leave but he had two pairs of customers in there as well. I just did not appreciategetting the door locked and he made eye contact with me and locked the door any ways. I just found it rude and I was completely dumbfounded. Also please get the vehicle serviced. It was pulling all over and the fan did not stop functioning when when the turned off. Beside the customer serviceissues towards drop off. I reserved a 26 foot on Sunday along with a storage unit, called on Tuesday morning to move up my pick up time only to be told they didn't have my reservation and there was no 26 foot available so I received a 20 foot. It sounded like it was going to blow up it reved so loud the whole way driving. Very disappointed with my experience.DANIELLE P.

I reserved a truck maybe a month before we moved. When we went night of our reservation the truck wasn't reserved for us. We had to wait until the next morning to get it. This set us back so much that we had to keep the truck an extra day when it could have been returned sooner. I called to let them know and how I wasn't happy and all the guy said was that he would make a note of it in there for the manager. Well when it came time to return it I got charged full price still. Pretty crappy situation to not give someone some money off for all the trouble we went thru. Then on top of all of that there was food stuck on the ramp part, dolly was missing and a freaking gigantic ass booger on the steering wheel!! We will never use this location again and won't be recommending it to anyone else either.ALBERT S.

This location and the person who checked us in was great! However, we spoke with someone prior to pick up in regards to the reservation and she was rude and unhelpful. I called to check on the status of a cargo rental and without explaining why, she cancelled one of our trucks which was not part of the order or why I called in the first place. She would not address why I called (cargo rental), but rather, cancelled the truck and hung up when I asked for a supervisor. Completely unprofessional and had us scrambling to figure out our move when we thought we were all set.Melissa J.
Rate your trailers by actual inside useable space dimensions. I rented a 5x9ft trailer. The actual useable space was far less. I could not load something 52 inches wide(less then 60") without removing the tailgate chains and hoping it would squeak in,JOSEPH H.
Just don't like that I was charged for 48hrs when used it for less than 24hrs employees need to start doing a better job ... Now I gotta wait and see the outcomeWILLIAM N.
