on the weekends maybe have more than one person there because the weekends were busy when I came in and there were like six people sitting around and one person behind the desk it might not be like that all the time but still we were all taken care of with patients and courtesy and respect so all in all your staff and your company is doing a great job in the Bristol plaza location in Pennsylvania

Elizebeth had the best customer service I have ever experienced after having an awful day by ordering my uhaul for a 17 foot truck then I was downgraded to a 10 foot truck. My location was switched my time was switched this is very unacceptable on uhauls behalf. The lady on the phone was very rude to me as well I was charged extra because I had to take extra trips I should be discounted on uhauls end. Worst experience by a company ever in my life but the lady at uhaul elizbeth was the best of help and deserves to be rewarded for it

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION! I was told i would receive a call the day before delivery and pick up in PA and CA. Not only did I NOT receive any calls but i had to call over 12 TIMES total and was on hold for over 20 min each time to arrange pick up/drop off times. Then when my box did finally arrive it was damaged and there were 17 NAILS STICKING UP OUT OF THE BOTTOM! The door latches were broken and the ramp was broken. Then upon pick up the driver said they would be there at 9am, so I arranged my day to be there at 9am and she didn't arrive until after noon! I had to call out of work because she lied and did not articulate that her shift did not start until 11am! Absolutely horrible communication. I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone. This was the worst part of my move. What terrible service!

The facility was fine, the folks working there friendly and nice. . . My problem is with the equipment - 20ft. truck due to safety and ease of operation. . . The cargo door (counterbalance tension cables) broke during my use of the truck. The cables snapped and the door slammed shut - I could have lost my fingers if I was not paying attention. Furthermore, I had multiple stops after this, and on a schedule, in which I had to open and close the door with no counterbalance assist whatsoever, i.e. just the weight of the dead heavy door. The move was stressful enough, it was very disappointing, to say the least, that the equipment wasn't right. I would like some sort of credit for this "inconvenience".

I had a terrible experience with the Bensalem PA location where I was supposed to pick this up. I did the pre-register online but when I went to pick up the truck Sunday at Bensalem they told me it was changed to Bristol. You never sent me an email or anything telling me about this change. Additionally, the employee who helped me at the Bensalem location the day I was supposed to pick the truck up there was rude, was not wearing a mask while everyone else was, and continually mentioned to me that it was his day off when I expressed frustration about the location change without notification. He offered no help what so ever when I asked what could be done to rectify this, he just continually brushed this off and told me to call the 800 number. This was one of the worst experiences I have had in the customer service area. Additionally, the two people who were helping me move also rented trucks from the Mt. Laurel NJ and Voorhees NJ location and expressed the same frustrations. Location change without notification, rude or unhelpful staff, and you did not have the Dolly's they had reserved a week before. Why bother reserving something if you don't acuatually reserve anything? I will not recommend anyone I know use u haul again.

Highly recommend using the U-haul facility at Bristol. Rt 413 and Durham road. Totally a five star operation. Staff from reservation to completion top notch. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Totally customer oriented. This is the second time I used them and was extremely happy then. Can't go wrong using them. I'm a 65 year old regular guy needing to move some stuff. And if I need to move again or more stuff. That will be the first place I am going to. They treat you like a good neighbor or family.

The front end was all over the place in the 160+k vehicle I was given. The box was never cleaned before i got it as I found a massive fake fingernail with diamonds and a custom finish as soon as I opened the door. Someone lost a nail! :-D

I reserved a one-way rental but with very little notice was forced to accept a local rental which required me to drive the empty truck back to the starting point of our move, and due to mileage fees this cost about twice what the one-way would have cost. I will look at other companies for my next rental due to the lack of communication and the doubling of my cost.

Associate when I got there was alone and clearly overwhelmed and talking aloud to herself as she went between computers and took calls. She was nice enough but not at all professional. I waited for over 15 mins while she tended to 2 phone calls and attempted to contact someone else to take photos of something outside. She spoke about the old, slow system, why she needed to go between systems/PCs, etc, basically she seemed to speak aloud her every thought and what she was doing and going to do next. It was just a bit odd. She was nice enough but just lacking professionalism. When I dropped off neither associates in the store had masks on nor did they put them on. They told me to go outside to equipment return and didn't provide any other instructions as far as the "check out" process goes. The whole experience just seemed very second rate - though they were overall pleasant. The man at equipment return was the most pleasant and professional of all.

I was told the person would be out in a minute to show me which trailer was mine. He was on the phone for 15 minutes while u waited outside for him. He then left with a police officer for an earlier incident. Never said anything to me, another coworker to possibly help me. In all I waited for 30 minutes and finally had to go inside and get someone else.

I rent lots of vans for my business, I have used a few locations in Bensalem, I tried Bristol because the others seemed like i was a bother. The Bristol U HUl is by far the best. They work around my needs, go the extra mike to help, its simple, and O feel like they want my business. The managers, I feel bad ,I can't remember her name, last name starts with a P..anyway, professional, knowledgeable, cares, and is without a doubt, a u hauler, she believes in their product! Ask if customers need a padlock for the truck latch. Also mention there are no straps in the van and what can be used or purchased to secure the load. Would be great to start with a full gas tank as well. Truck mirrors do not stay in place. Once positioned, the wind stream pushed them toward the cab making it difficult to maintain rearward situational awareness. Mirrors should have adjustable cranks inside with some sort of locking mechanism.

Online Reservation is a joke, my time wasted contacting on phone up to an hour several times then calls cut off your to big for customer satisfaction, I must heard “I'm sorry 40-50 times all for the same situation to go amiss 2-4-5 more times. I called corporates 3 times and there is no accountability' they just switched me from one rep to another. Your system holds no one accountable. I was charged a $22 fuel fee even though I filled the gas and returned the vehicle at the same level as when I picked up. I called the store several times to try and get the issue resolved and i was told a manager would get back to me, however I still have not heard from anyone. I've rented from uhaul several times in the past and I've never had this problem before. I am aware of the policy and I always return the trucks with the fuel at the proper level. I will be needing another moving truck in the next few months and this incident makes me feel as though I should reconsider using uhaul again

I spent hours on hold anytime I needed to speak to someone. The people answering the phone are always happy to forward me to another person and that goes on every time. No one compensated me for taking a day off to receive the Ubix only to find out there was an errror and delivery would be delayed. It got delayed again when the forklift got stuck again no compensation.

I purchased a dolly online with my rental and when I arrived, they had none left. This made moving boxes very difficult for us and slowed the process. Because of this, we had no time left to put gas into the vehicle and were charged extra.

I had set up for 24/7 pickup for 8 am. I arrive there at 7:45 and was not able to be picked up. I wait on the phone for an hour to be told that even though i was set up for the 24/7 pickup my truck was not so thats why it was letting me pick it up. Then when the store is open they tell me that they think my truck was double booked. I ended up an hour and half later getting a truck. Also the lady I spoke with on the phone was unprofessional and I will never use or recommend anyone to uhaul again.

Improve wait time should be a Must!!!! A line of 2 people and other employees walking around, taking down Registers and cleaning trucks and no one thought to even say "Hi, Hello or do you have a question while you wait"??? I waiting to drop of off a returning Van for well over 45 Minutes. While my wife and infant waited in the car on a hot Saturday afternoon. This is totally unacceptable and I will be sure to go out of my way to use other companies in the future!

I would recommend more staff. When we got there, there were 2 staff members each helping other customers and 1 was also fielding a call with an issue they seemed to be having. I signed up to check in electronically but it wouldn't let me saying a piece of equipment was not added to my rental and after waiting almost 20 minutes the woman told us they didn't have the cargo van available that the website allowed me to rent from the location. She went out and they did end up having it but after sorting that out the line was literally to the door when we were finished.

It took one hour to get the keys for the truck , Vince was very nice but was extremely overworked. There was another woman working there but instead of taking care of the 5 customers that were waiting in line, she left. This resulted in me waiting another 40 minutes for Vince to get to my reservation. I would recommend anyone to use the mobile app.

The mobile pickup option needs to be changed to be more user-friendly and accurate. The truck number I was given to pick up had already been assigned to a truck that had been driven away by another couple and the second truck number I was given belonged to a truck that was not on site so I had to try for a third truck number before I was able to actually pick up the truck. The process took longer than if I had just gone inside which defeated the purpose of the mobile pick up to begin with as the website said mobile pick up was a faster option.

The communication between employee and manager was poor when we removed our furniture from the storage bin we found mice crap all over our furniture and in our furniture made a claim against the insurance with the employee and heard nothing it has been a month we took pictures of this not happy

I have never experienced such chaotic and poor customer service with regards to such an important/high cost service in my life. Every time I contacted the company, I was given a different answer. Sometimes they could find my boxes, sometimes they could only find one or two of them, sometimes they couldn't find any. They changed my delivery dates due to their admitted service errors and never told me. They forced my moving company to wait for 4 hours on the pickup/delivery day because the boxes were not ready, even though they had said they would be. One of the three boxes was at least 10 cubic feet smaller than the size of the other two (and what was promised), yet they insisted that it was the same size, insulting my movers' and my intelligence. In sum total, I spent about 15 hours on the phone (either speaking to a rep, on hold, or being transferred from one desk to another) and never received calls back, even when promised. Absolutely the worst customer service and their entire business model needs to be re-evaluated.

This location has got to be one of the nicest storage facilities I have ever visited. The entire facility feels like it is brand-new and well maintained. The indoor parking for the storage unit is a nice plus. The climate controlled zone was nice and cool even on a hot summer day. Katie was extremely helpful during the move-in process and made sure everything was in order with my automatic payments. I would definitely recommend this site to a friend!

Everything was well until pickup day. The day they picked up the empty box, they didn't lift it up completely off the ground and scraped my sidewalk. Now there are deep scratches on the concrete.
