The Uhaul system went down. The Uhaul representative at the location was rude about my reservation and the fact that I was on a time limit. It was not my fault the Uhaul system crashed. After an hour wait, I asked the representative to cancel my reservation because I made an alternate reservation with Home Depot. Then suddenly, the representative was able to manually input my reservation and I was able to rent a truck. I was quite disgusted at the lack of care from the representative and will not rent from Uhaul again.Aleisha M.

I've used this location 2 times now and each time they have been great. My complaint is probably with corporate. I can never reach the actual location to call and update them (i, e, that I was running a few minutes late, or if I had a question). When you call the local number you get routed to a call center where you can wait 20+ minutes listening to prerecorded messages and "due to unusually high volume to callers........." very frustrating. Moving is very stressful but then to not be able to reach someone at the pickup or drop-off point only adds to that stress. I will see if Pendle, Budget or others are more reachable the next time I need a moving truck. Maybe they have the same set up but I will certainly explore other options. Other than that, everything else was ok.Patrick B.

A few months ago I reserved a car trailer at the chattanooga broad street location. I went to pick up the trailer I had reserved and they told me the trailer I reserved was not there and they didn't have one available. They said sorry that happens so I left with no trailer. I rented a trailer this weekend and was scheduled to bring it back at 3 on Sunday. I needed the trailer one extra day. I got a call around 10 today free m a lady that seemed irritated that I had not brought the trailer back. I told her I needed it one extra day. She said she had a customer that needed the trailer. I took it back at 12 today and paid for two days like I planed. She told me they paid the customer 50 $because the trailer wasn't there. I was never got offered the 50 $when the trailer I reserved wasn't available. I have rented many trailers from Uhaul and I feel like I'm getting jerked around when I wasn't offered the 50 $when the trailer wasn't available I reserved. I reserved on line for a specific size trailer 6x12. It was confirmed via email. I showed up on time and was informed that the trailer was not available as it had been rented. I needed a specific size to pick up 12 ft lumber. I was offered a 5x9 and took that but I had to put the load hanging over the tailgate which is what I was trying to avoid. The 20' truck I got had a child size brown (poop brown) hand print on the back wall above the middle seat, the steering wheel was tacky, the inside windshield was filthy, and the cab was in general disgusting. But the truck drove well for the 2800 mile trip.Hugh G.

I reserved a 20' truck but was given a 26' truck without prior information. When I asked, they mentioned they upgraded my reservation without my knowledge. This was a big issue as I wasn't ready to drive the 26' truck. It caused delays and I felt they could have let me know before pick-up.Ayotunde E.

Make sure the uhaul has the required amount of fuel. We told the store it was on a 16th of a tank and nothing was done about it. We pulled off lot and went 2 blocks when the fuel light came on.DAVID T.
When the vehicle says low tire pressure, actually check it, instead of telling me â€œit's fine thoughâ€....I had a flat with in an hour.... and actually check the mileage because it was only 10 000 miles off!!! There was a African American guy there. He was absolutely helpful. Now there was also a new guy there (red he'd-not trying to be rude). He was terrible. He was arguing with me and my family almost the whole time. The facility and everything else was great. But maybe you all should let him go.
