They also did not do a walk through with me when I dropped it off at this location. I was told all they needed to look at was the odometer and gas gage. They supposedly noticed damage to the vehicle AFTER I left the facility, that I did not cause and are trying to blame me for it. They also charged me a cleaning fee after saying that there was nothing I needed to do after dropping off the truck. It was clean.

I found out when later verified my reservation themom pickup day between the office computer the soo operator and the Web site they have me picking up the same truck @ 3 locations and the truck was @ a 4th location and the nightmare goes on but enough of the story has been said and I no longer deal with littand I will say this reserved I large they rented the same unit to someone else And U tHaul frequents does Computer updates the employees will tell You EVERYTIME there is an update for many day It is a nightmare pressing you rental goes from 5 - 10 minutes to 2- 3 Hours !

Darlene W.Reserved a small truck for 7am Sat morning. At 7:30pm Friday evening received a phone call to tell me that truck would not be available until 9:30am. Said a customer had extended their rental, and because of system problems, were unable to notify me until that time. Strange thing is, I was out to dinner, had to drive by the location on my way home, and noticed same truck I was renting was in front of the location. When I arrived at 9:15am, same truck was there. Morning person told me it was there all night, and said he was not sure why the person the night before called to say the truck would not be ready til 9:30. I was unhappy with the fact that I was not getting the truck til 9:30, even more unhappy with the fact that the information I was given was incorrect, and I could have had the truck at my originally scheduled tike. When asked if I could get any compensation for the inconvenience, was pretty much told there was nothing that could be done.

Michelle C. | Expérience généraleThis is important, not to be overlooked. I rented a small trailer in Brookville for a trip to Bradenton FL. I was driving at night. The lights on the trailer went out....black as night. I stopped and inspected my connection to the trailer...it was fully secure. I followed the trailer wire harness to a point on the trailer tounge itself and as I wiggled a connection point of the harness the lights came on. I could make the lights come on and go out by twisting the harness. Now please understand, this had nothing to do with my equipment, on the trailer tonged the harness has an additional connecting joint for its own wires, and there is the location of the problem. Now fix it or someone will get a ticket or worse. I also reported this condition when I turned in the vehicle.

I asked for another truck which he gave me but I found out 2 days later he never fully transferred my contract to the new truck. I received a call stating if I still had the truck and I was late returning it. I explained I have it reserved for 4 days he said no only one day. I pulled up my contract and it stated pick up Sunday at like 2:30pm then to return it the same day at 12:30 pm. That isn't possible and customer service well there wasn't any. Very disappointed in my whole experience.

I traveled less than 100 miles (95 % highway), filled the tank with 10 gallons of gas and was STILL charged for not filling the tank up. I find it very hard to believe that a 15' U-Haul truck gets less than 10 mpg hwy

The truck I drove was a piece of junk. It needed a front end alignment or something. Rude, crude and attitude !!!

The unit I went to see and subsequently obtained had a sticker on it stating it was cleaned by Chris melencki however it wasn't at all. I ended up sweeping it out. When asked about it and to have it cleaned Chris had a major attitude like I was bothering him. Not professional at all. I would recommend any one to go ask Raymond for help, he was awesome, friendly, and professional.

I completed the paperwork to leave my vehicle at this Uhal location . Maybe 15 days later I received an email telling from manager & President of marketing telling me that I had 30 days to remove this vehicle from there Uhal Premises. NEVER A REASON WHY in the email I started calling calling leaving messages calling no response from this manager at this unit. It may have been 7 to 10 days later I receive a certified letter in the mail again stating the same thing that was said in the emaile THAT I had 30 days to vacate my vehicle from these premises with no reason again I tried calling and calling the customer service people were awful kept telling me they would send them an email and let them know that I was trying to get a hold of them never got in contact with them still to this day haven't spoken to anyone I will NEVER USE UHAL AGAIN IM ONLY STATING WHAT HAPPEN WHEN I Finally was able to get a unit I won't even begin to tell you the problems I had with customer service called them about the 30 to 40 just to try find a locating to stir my SUV . The customer service was NOT GREAT they gave me a storage unit to park my SUV in which was a storage unit for your furniture etc. IT would take to much time for me to go into GREAT DEATAIL ABOUT MY Experience with Uhal I did have to drive back to Florida 15 hours there & 15 hours back to Texas to remove this vehicle from this Uhal location SO MUCH WASTED TIME & ALL THE MONEY I SPENT & the MONEY I SPENT AT UHAL. SO UNHAPPY WITH THIS LOCATION & SO SAD. I will be sharing this experience with U-Hal with all family friends coworkers & anyone else that will listen. By the way I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN TOLD WHY I NEEDED TO MOVE Vacate my SUV OFF THESE Premises. Service POOR AT THIS LOCATION.

The UHAUL customer service team were of very little use, they changed my info from the original contract that I wasn't even aware of until I arrived to UHaul Brooksville. . HOWEVER. Marie at the UHAUL storage unit was amazing. She calmed my nerves and made the remainder of my journey a pleasure. You can absolutely THANK MARIE for saving you a customer and restoring my confidence in using U Haul again. I can tell you that Marie is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable with everything UHaul. U Haul could certainly us more amazing people like Marie.

Marie is absolutely Excellent in every way you can imagine, her main concern was me, and my trip to Ohio, and she made everything easy for me, from renting me the 20 ' truck along with the auto transport, to moving out of my storage unit. I was elated & so very pleased to hear from my husband & son, that Marie was attentive to them and she even gave them water, she saved me a long trip back to the storage facility by doing something as simple as that. Marie had no idea the enormous amount of stress I was under moving back home to Ohio put on me, and that women has no idea how overwhelmed I truly was.From the time I walked in, she was patient, professional, kind & understanding, knowledgeable in all aspects of her job.
