Rent a U-Haul van and had 1/4 tank gas . Return the vehicle and accidentally fill up the tank mistakenly . Return the truck with 3/4 gas and U-Haul refuse to refund or simple give me a credit . It is sad to see how they rob people . I would NEVER rent again and NEVER recommend anyone to this company. The previous month before I rented another vehicle from Edgewater park U-Haul put in 40 gas when returned it they said it is not full .The took a 10 out of my account . This time they REFUSE to return or credit me my extra 50,00 gas i mistakenly put in . No one should go there to rent very dishonest
ROBERT BSome of my items were water damaged. I reported to the office and never got any resolution or callback from management yet, when my payment was just days late I got numerous phone calls and messages.

I'm new due to office closing my account. Ultimately having to start a new contract. The manager did compensate me for inconvenience. However still no paved entry!

Scott RI have nothing specific to write except that I was satisfied with my overall experience. The new smartphone procedure to check out my truck rental was a bit confusing. This is probably attributed to my inexperienced rather than the design of the app. Regardless, I was helped by an associate as I arrived to your facility.

Kathryn FFix your computer system. It wouldn't take my id but that's to the young man who checked me in made sure I was able to check in. The customer service was excellent with both picking up and dropping off.

Lisa RAlthough the office was able to view my reservations, it was never available on the app. On day of move, the systems were not up, constantly down in middle of check in. It took over an hour to get my truck which cost me an hour extra with movers. I left a friend to wait and get vehicle as I had to go meet movers. They found a work around that sent her to my house with a 26' truck, I had reservations for a 15'. I called immediately and was told that was what I ordered when in fact, I had reservations for a 15'. This too was unacceptable as it was too big for our needs and at a higher cost. Upon returning, the storage recommended was a closet when in fact I had a 1 bedroom condo. Going back to the office, I was extremely upset, and was now fed up with Uhaul. The young lady had the audacity to tell me, there was no need to be aggressive when I wasn't aggressive, I was mad, very mad, upset, annoyed and further in debt than planned. It was not her money, time or effort put into this, it was mine. I will never again use, recommend or consider Uhaul. Furthermore, they did nothing to make good on Uhauls bad business. Absolutely the worst experience in moving. I have nothing good whatsoever to say.

jaonna wStaff was great. Truck had 3/4 tank of fuel. Had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to get the truck on an already tight schedule. Check engine light came on approx. 50 miles away after 'topping' up the tank before my 9 hour drive. Key would not come out of the lock cylinder until the steering wheel was locked and then it was a 50/50 chance it would come out. Otherwise an okay experience. I just wish the truck was at the destination I asked for in Bordentown NJ, after all $2 000 and I have to waste my time to get the truck??? And a friends time and gas..... This is the second time I had to go find the truck on a previous trip.

Michael D | Déménagement en ligneHours state from 7-7 so I booked in-person pickup. My order was changed a day or two later (not by me) to virtual pick up. I called to make sure the items I bought would be available to me. I did not receive the furniture pads I had rented. Had various issues picking up the truck using the 24/7 share which resulted in a 30 minute delay. Once we had the truck, all was good and drop off was fine.
Stephanie Cyou overcharge me for my mileage customer service Was sucks .the little girl or whatever and the little boy was very rude.. No smiles. I definitely would not rent from you anymore. and I would never recommend anyone to you guys, rip off. I rent a van for three hours. I went 75 miles a full tank just like where you had it and you still charge me $145.

Armando GReturned trucks should be cleaned and properly maintained before renting to the next customer. The previous renter had pets, so there was fur all over the place. I had to clean the mirrors and windshield. Also, service light was on. Otherwise, the member at the counter was extremely professional and knowledgeable, he was able to help me get the reserved truck after self pick up failed.

I had to bring someone with me to help push it up. It was dangerous because once it was up, it could come crashing down. I had to move because I got frustrated.

If you don't wanna work on a Saturday just say that! The two individuals that help me at the Somerdale location we're extremely polite and helpful but the gentleman at the Burlington location needs to work on his people skills and if you're stressed out take a day off because I don't pay money to feel like I'm beyond a annoyance!!

Nothing and still haven't received a callback from the first complaint filed.

Jones A | Expérience généraleI was told to vacate by 7/30/22 due to discontinued RV parking which I complied, when I was paid through 8/7/22. I have a letter from the storage manager verifying this. I was not offered a refund for the remaining fee. I have been charged $10 for a long time for 24/7 access and my access code only worked 9am-5pm. I mentioned this to management and was never corrected nor the $10 charges refunds nor removed from my bills. This can be verified on my account statement. I always paid on time!!!

I'm just glad I'm done with it
