Check engine light came on approx. 50 miles away after 'topping' up the tank before my 9 hour drive. Key would not come out of the lock cylinder until the steering wheel was locked and then it was a 50/50 chance it would come out. Otherwise an okay experience. I just wish the truck was at the destination I asked for in Bordentown NJ, after all $2 000 and I have to waste my time to get the truck??? And a friends time and gas..... This is the second time I had to go find the truck on a previous trip.

Michael Dillette | Online Move InHours state from 7-7 so I booked in-person pickup. My order was changed a day or two later (not by me) to virtual pick up. I called to make sure the items I bought would be available to me. I did not receive the furniture pads I had rented. Had various issues picking up the truck using the 24/7 share which resulted in a 30 minute delay. Once we had the truck, all was good and drop off was fine.

I definitely would not rent from you anymore. and I would never recommend anyone to you guys, rip off. I rent a van for three hours. I went 75 miles a full tank just like where you had it and you still charge me $145.

Armando GuzmanReturned trucks should be cleaned and properly maintained before renting to the next customer. The previous renter had pets, so there was fur all over the place. I had to clean the mirrors and windshield. Also, service light was on. Otherwise, the member at the counter was extremely professional and knowledgeable, he was able to help me get the reserved truck after self pick up failed.

Tom DalyUpon checking in the agent was rude and did not want to check me in! After repeatedly telling her that the app wasn't working she finally checked me in 20 minutes later with an attitude. The truck was clean on the inside but crashed up and dirty on the outside. The damage on the drivers side door was so bad that in order for the door to shut it had to be slammed! I was given a truck with an 1/8 of gas left and barely made it to the nearest gas station! After returning the truck I noticed a charge for returning it with more gas than when I received it! I am waiting to hear back regarding a refund!

This time around, U-Haul representatives all seem to only care about collecting a check and they are Not there to work for it. Office staff appear lazy. I Didn't feel that they cared about how my rental experience went. Sad cuz I valued myself being a U-Haul customer.
LESLIE HANNAHA truck for a few hours cost too much. There is no way, especially a very small truck not used overnight cost so much. No matter how far you go in one day.

Karen SchiffhauerI moved from Toms River to Mt Laurel, so when my drop off location was changed, it was harder for me to find a gas station. Google maps promised a BP gas station before I got to your drop location. Google maps was wrong. There was no gas station. I was not about to put more miles on the truck at 9pm driving around in a town I'm not familiar with. A little grace and a refund would be greatly appreciated

Plenty of times I've gotten off work Rush there because the answering service and online says they're open till 5:00 and I would get there before 5:00 and the office is closed. Or the answering service and online says they're open on Saturdays and this specific store wouldn't be open on Saturdays. Causing me to have to pay a late fee 2 months in a row so that's frustrating.

Carla DiniYou can make sure trucks have been serviced before renting them out to customers. Five minutes on the road and I got a low tire pressure light which means I had to stop to add air. I was told on return "Oh yeah that tire doesn't have a sensor." Wouldn't that have been nice to know when I received the truck? After move was completed, the truck wouldn't start. I'm in Brooklyn, NY on a busy street, double parked with a truck that won't start. I had to call AAA for service. I received the truck with a gas tank 3/4 full. Because it's impossible to judge how much gas to add to the dollar, I returned it with a full tank. NO credit was given towards my final bill. This isn't the first time I've used U-Haul, but certainly will be the last.

It made it difficult for me to go in and out my unit. I had to bring someone with me to help push it up. It was dangerous because once it was up, it could come crashing down. If you don't wanna work on a Saturday just say that! The two individuals that help me at the Somerdale location we're extremely polite and helpful but the gentleman at the Burlington location needs to work on his people skills and if you're stressed out take a day off because I don't pay money to feel like I'm beyond a annoyance!!

I have a letter from the storage manager verifying this. I was not offered a refund for the remaining fee. I have been charged $10 for a long time for 24/7 access and my access code only worked 9am-5pm. I mentioned this to management and was never corrected nor the $10 charges refunds nor removed from my bills. This can be verified on my account statement. I always paid on time!!!

The managers and other staff was not very helpful at all. I wanted to talk with a manager, but all they would do is email. After speaking with your service representative, them sending emails to the managers, that I wanted to speak with them. They would never call. And you could not send responses back to them. Thought it was fixed the first time. Unfortunately they still did not fix it. I called multiple times.
